Maribel & Quincy did an OUTSTANDING job!!! I've had my carpet cleaned before but this is the first time someone went behind the doors and cleaned along the baseboards. The carpet's high traffic area required more work and looked great when they finished. They were friendly, fast and I am referring them to friends. My only regret was I let my coupon expire and had to pay additional money.

They forced as to sign prior to performing the job then afterwards they changed the price. They were 20 minutes late despite that they had 2 hours grace time. The one room took 1. Hour 15 minutes.

Great service. Bought a deal but knew it would cost more.

Overall, I wasn’t very happy. I wound up paying more than I thought I was going to. I felt like they weren’t very professional.

It went well. The quoted price was less than the actual price as the disposal fee was not mentioned up front

pretty well... I guess the service didn't include certain relatively basic things in terms of scent and stain prevention that they wanted me to pay extra for but i guess that is to be expected since the cost was cheap

We have two dogs, so our carpets get really beat up. These guys did a very good job under challenging circumstances. Spent a long time working on bad spots to insure a good result. Very pleased with them.

The only reason I tried this company was their Big Deal offer for carpet cleaning. I was annoyed from the start, as they did not come in the time window they arranged, and did not call me until the end of their window to tell me they were going to be late. When they eventually came they stated that the carpet cleaning was only a "maintenance cleaning" and that if I really wanted the carpets cleaned I should opt for the "deep cleaning" - which was, of course, more. They did give the Big Deal discount but then charged a $10 Angie's List surcharge - what was that about? Either it's the Big Deal price or not, there should be no surcharge. They stated that the carpets would be dry in 1 - 2 hours. They weren't dry for at least two days. I would NOT use this company again. This experience has also soured me on trying anyone new offering a Big Deal.

Not all stains were remobed but overall satisfied.

The deep cleaning that they did felt like it was a difficult type of cleaning. It did not leave the carpet wet. It pulled out the odor and dirt instead of just pushing it down in the carpet. It felt fresh afterwards.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They came pretty quick and they did a really good job. This was the first time I've used them. I liked them. The guy was really nice. They gave me a coupon for future use.

I felt like this company used their deal as a sales pitch. They tried to up-sell me on work immediately and it took a while to convince them to do what I had paid for (which ended up being less than I expected.)

I had to give the company a rating in order to finish this "review" even though they didn't do the service. I gave them a "C-Fair" only because after purchasing the service, they wouldn't come to my home, yet no distance restrictions were given for the offer when I purchased it. Their actual cleaning service might be excellent.

They were very good and I liked them. I purchased the deal for my mother as well and they did an excellent job with her carpets.

They did an excellent job cleaning my carpets, but the Big Deal I bought seemed to be a bit of a 'bait and switch'. The pricing was a bit misleading. However, I was happy enough to have them back for more work.

I wasn't there to meet the service person, but got it from my roommate that the first thing they did was measure the square footage of the area to be cleaned. I don't remember the exact math, but the cuttoff was 350 square feet. I wanted to get a bedroom, hallway and living room cleaned. But apparently I was over by a bit and told them not to do the bedroom. Later I was told that my roommate asked them if they moved furniture and they said they didn't. But I have a pretty large couch taking up a good section of the living room, not to mention a queen size bed that they wouldn't have to move either. So my roommate asked them if they could subtract that from their measurements and they said no. Minus just the bed and the couch and not my other furniture, I would have been within the square footage limit they imposed. I've never had carpet cleaners be that exact about taking measurements. I received a call from the service person and was pitched on some other cleaning services. Don't recall exactly what, but they were asking for another approx. $70, or basically what he was saying was that my carpets wouldn't get cleaned. I don't understand the point of offering a carpet cleaning service if the basic service isn't going to do the job in the first place. I told them to just stick to the basic service. I wasn't happy at this point, and if it wasn't a service I had already paid for through Angie's List I would have told the service guy to forget it. This brings me to price. For carpet cleaning service in the past with my apartment, I've always paid around $100. I figured this deal was costing me about the same, but maybe I'd be getting some better cleaning solutions or have better service or something... Something that would justify what they said the full value of the service was without the deal... $285. Now, I find it hard to believe that anyone in their right mind would pay almost $300 for the basic carpet cleaning service. A service where they wouldn't move or get behind furniture and that was limited to an unbudging 350 square feet. And lets not forget that this service wouldn't even get my carpets clean unless I spent the extra $70. In the end, the job they did left my carpets half cleaned.... a worse job than another cleaner I had spent $120 for. Who offered to get the seat cushions of my dining room chairs for no extra charge by the way. So I was very disapointed in this service and would not use them again or recommend them.

Found them on Angies List, called for an estimate which they lived up to.

They were very professional & very thorough. I could tell my carpet must be very dirty since the 2-3 hour time they quoted me ended up taking nearly 6 hours (and they did not take any breaks). And the carpet looked very nice when they were done. The difficulty I had was that it took over 48 hours for the carpet to dry, and one particular area that had been very soiled took even longer than that and started to smell mildewy. Outside of the drying issue, I thought they were fantastic and would certainly hire them again.

I was given a 2 hour window of when the serivce people would arrive. They arrived during the window but towards the end of the window. I had expressed to the person who set the appt up that I prefer that they arrive during the beginning of that window but it didn't work out that way (which was a little inconvenient but not that big of a deal as they were on time b/c they did arrive within the window). When they arrived, they surveyed the rooms - measuring them and examining the carpet. I had a coupon that allowed so many sq. ft. so they wanted to ensure that I fall under the square footage and I did. For the stairs, they charged me a lot ($10 per step) but it was worth it to me because they got our staircase VERY clean. It was amazing. I think they did the deepest clean on the staircase. In two of the bedrooms and the hallway, they charged me extra for some heavy traffic but this was not the same deep clean that they did on the staircase. I kind of regret not paying more for the deep clean because though the carpet is definitely cleaner, it's not nearly as clean as our staircase (which looks new). I think there are more inexpensive companies but I suspect they would not do as good of a job. Also, this company says they use a more natural solution, which was important to me because my young is on the floor a lot. Overall, I thought they did an excellent job and will have them come back again - probably for a deep clean next time. Also, though the service ppl did offer me more expensive packages, they did not pressure me a lot (which I appreciated).

During the initial phone call Pure Choice was upfront on pricing. They gave details on the Chem Dry process.The technicians gave me a 30 minute courtesy call prior to arrival and were very professional upon my arrival. I am General Contractor and I will definitely keep them for my future clients!

Hard work, spent hours getting the floors cleaned. Job well done.

The company came out to clean a carpet, they said that my BigDeal coupon could not be used to clean the type of carpet that I have. The price to clean that carpet was way more than I had thought. They were polite to deal with, I just could not use them at that time.

. There was a Big Deal Offer on their services.. They really did a good job. The carpets were really nice looking. I was happy to have my carpets cleaned really well. I did it because he was convincing. They were very professional, very pleasant and the carpets were beautiful when they were done. I have animals around so though there was no urine there was a lot of animal hair. I would use them in the future.
