Description of Work: Evaluated whole sprinkler system, which was great. I did not receive a reply for the cost to upgrade my sprinkler system as stated per conversation with the service person.

Description of Work: They said I was too far away, so they weren't interested. Then why are they on my local list. So far, have not been helped by Angies list at all and I need to end my subscription. No one on the lists seem to be in the San Gabriel Valley

Description of Work: Sprinkler Tech was hired to do work on 2 different homes we own. At one property, they were hired to totally redo a pre-existing system, changing out the system to a mainly bubbler and drip system instead of the standard spray type. They did a perfect job! At the other location, they were hired to add a couple of hose bibs to the property. They had to run a long distance through the yard, tapping into the main water feed. Again, they did a great job with this task. The guys were capable and professional, and I would absolutely recommend and hire them again.

Description of Work: The Sprinkler Tech came out to fix our sprinkler system and install a few new sprinklers.

Description of Work: I wanted to have my sprinklers fixed and had contacted this company. Called but no one picked up the phone. Left a voice message and 3 business days later I did not get a call back. I decided to call the company and someone picked up the phone. I believe her name was Tanya. She put me on hold for about 5 minutes and got back on the line. For some reason, the call got disconnected. I immediately called back 3 times but no one picked up the phone so I left a voice message. Next business day, still no call back. I cannot believe how this company can have so many reviews. They are absolutely terrible!!

Description of Work: Carlos did a great job servicing my sprinkler system!

Description of Work: I had some leaks in my front sprinklers (water bubbling out in one spot and flowing down the street in one spot). I also have a large tree with major roots all over the yard. Sprinkler Tech guy came one day about 4pm to see what needed to be done and then the next day they did the work. For one leak they had to dig a fairly deep hole and pull out several tree roots. The other needed another deep hole and was a more major pipe that needed to be repaired. They did all the work in about 2 hours and everything has been working perfectly ever since. The only complaint I had was each time he said he would be there at a certain time he was about an hour late.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaky sprinkler that was busted underground.

Description of Work: I submitted an earlier report after Carlos did an amazing job of fixing, replacing, and generally making our sprinkler system work much better. This involved changing the pressure gauge. My husband and I went out of town and the next day our neighbor called to say water was gushing out of our property. I called Carlos and he went over to our house right away and fixed an old broken pipe. The next day I called our neighbor to make sure everything was all right and he told me that our gardener had come over to his house to tell him there was another leak. I called Carlos again and he didn't hesitate to assure me that he would take care of the problem. When I called Carlos later in the day he explained that the problem was too much water pressure building up in our area due to the limitations on water gardens to 2 days. He replaced the pressure gauge. When my husband and I returned, all was in good working order. And, I want other Angie members to note, as of yet, he has not sent us a bill. Carlos is very conscientious and is amazingly quick to grasp a problem. He deserves lots of gold stars and lots of business!
