Tom made this little dream of mine become a reality. He was great in offering recommendations and solid advice as to where and how to add the room, and his workmen were very competent as well. The project was completed sooner than expected, which was great, because I had my first guests coming again a week after the new room was done! Tom was great in every way: keeping things on track and running smoothly, and updating me along every step of the way.

I called and met with a number of different contractors, and in the end hired Tom. What a good choice that was! I took charge and care of everything, from large to small, but always making sure that my wishes were being met. Tom and his guys had to add walls, stairs, lighting, and plumbing (I put in a little bathroom for myself), and now it all looks so great and I can work in peace and quite. Thank you Tom!

Throughout the years, I have worked with various contractors and project managers, all of which I ended up in some sort of conflict with. This was not the case with Tom, however, who was a team player and very agreeable to work with. I had the balcony at my condo completely redone, in addition to remodeling both of my bathrooms. Tom impressed me with his knowledge, competence, punctuality, and professionalism. If I ever need more work done at my condo, I would definitely work with Tom again.

I met with a lot of different people before deciding to hire Tom. He was basically the only one who was on time, followed up quickly, and answered any questions I had right away, even before signing the contract. This continued throughout the whole course of the project. Sometimes I was gone for work for multiple days, but I didn’t have to worry, because I knew Tom would take care of everything with great detail and thought, and he also updated me daily on what was going on, so I never once had to worry. Now I am happy to say that my driveway is completed and very easy to drive up on. So happy about that.

And Tom excelled at this as well: to deliver exactly what you want (and sometimes more). All in all, I’m so happy with results and am glad that I found Tom!

Not too long ago I had two new windows put in, in addition to repairing large portions of my roof. One thing you can’t leave in bad condition are roofs, since without any repair work, they just get worse over time. And nobody wants to have a leaking roof. So I’m glad I caught the damages when I did and hired Tom to take care of them for me. He was able to give me a pretty good price since he was doing multiple jobs for me, and he was also entirely honest and transparent with me when we were discussing the contract. Honesty in the construction business is rare to find, which is why I appreciated Tom and his conduct so much. The work Tom’s team did on my roof was great, and the new windows look great as well. I’m very happy with the results and how smoothly this whole job went, thanks to Tom and his great work ethic.

I’ve been having plumbing issues for quite some time in my bathroom and kitchen, and all the plumbers I had come by could never solve the problem permanently, but only for a while until it got bad again. So I decided to get advice somewhere else and see what general contractors thought about it. I met with Tom, who was very insightful and knowledgeable in his diagnosis. He said that we could only know for sure what was going on when we opened up portions of the wall. So of course I wasn’t too happy about opening up the walls, but I’m glad we did. Tom’s suspicions turned out to be correct and so we decided to replace the existing plumbing with new pipes and fixtures. I was worried that my bathroom would look patched together after putting the walls back in, but Tom and his team did a great job. Now, you can’t even tell that the walls were touched and I don’t have plumbing issues anymore. Thanks so much Tom, I wish I had called you earlier.

I have been wanting to expand and reconfigure my closet into a custom-made space that fits my needs. The closet I had before was very impractical and wasted a lot of storage space. What I envisioned for a long time was a walk-in, custom-made closet, and thanks to Tom’s excellent work, my dream closet is now a reality! Tom at Pure Energy Constructions really made my role in the project very easy and relaxed. All I had to do is tell him what I wanted, and he took care of the rest. It was such a nice experience. Tom makes sure you get the results you want, and does so with the utmost professionalism and consideration. Will definitely be calling Tom in the future if I need another home improvement job done!

My new windows are beautiful and make being in the house so much more pleasant. The doors now, also, don’t slam and squeak all the time, which I am very happy about. Tom was always on time and very communicative throughout the whole process, and this dedication and professionalism I really appreciated.

Everything went so great and smoothly. Tom's go-to attitude made me feel very comfortable and confident that he would complete the project to my complete satisfaction. I also really appreciated it that he gave me daily updates and was at my job site at least once a day to let me know how things were going and progressing. Overall, just a great experience and I look forward to working with him again when I have my next remodeling project!
