Pure Energy Construction did an outstanding professional job on our kitchen remodel! This was a major project, a complete remodel of over 220 sq ft kitchen! Craftsmanship is meticulous, amazing!! It took a few months from estimate to final completion, but so worth the wait as this level of quality and attention-to-detail takes time. We could not be happier with our new beautiful kitchen! From the design phase, to demo, to build, new lighting, and the final finishing touches......everything was done with absolute quality and professionalism. We highly recommend this company, a very professional contractor who actually values their clients!

I called Pure Energy Construction for an estimate to paint my condo interior using the same color as it was. The square footage for painting the condo - 1100 sq. ft.. The salesperson came out and after some time of him trying to establish a personal connection and going over what they do, he finally sat down to prepare an estimate using his tablet. He took out a contract before sharing the bid and wanted to go over that. After that was done his verbal price - a little over $20,000! There was however a discount if I were able to sign now reducing the price to a bit over $18,000! Forget there was an ad I showed him for 25% off . After confirming that I heard him correctly, I asked him if anyone actually went ahead with a bid like this - he said yes. I was thinking how sad for those people. I told him we were done talking and I showed him to the door. I posted this same review on YELP and received a voice message from a person claiming to be the owner. I had checked the contractors’ license of this company and the contractor license holder was not the person who called claiming to be the owner. I did not call the “owner” back because when a company sends a representative who has the audacity to present such a dishonest estimate, they are telling you this is how we do business. Supporting a company like this is harmful for anyone looking for services. This is just plain dishonesty. This was Shameful!

A major construction project on my home was recently completed and I am pleased to add my review to the others I just read here. Pure Energy Constructions did the work and Tom was my contractor. He kept in touch day by day through the work and frequently asked me to let him know if I had any comments, suggestions, or recommendations as the project continued. The work on my house was major. The three bedroom, two bath house had a flat roof which leaked during heavy rains and under Tom's guidance, the entire roof was pitched and completely redone including new rafters, plywood and shingles. Tom brought shingle samples for me to select the one I wanted. He also provided photos of different examples of how the job could be done for me to choose what I liked best. Now, instead of a leaky roof, I have a new attic that has plenty of room for the items that used to clutter my closets. The project also involved the addition of a large front porch that I have always wanted for my house since I bought it thirteen years ago. I'm from Ohio originally where every home has a large porch which really serves to maintain neighborhood friendships and a strong community feeling. I really missed that when I moved to California forty years ago. Now, thanks to Tom's suggestions and the skilled workers at Pure Energy Constructions, you'll often find me sitting on my new porch waving hello to neighbors and friends. I couldn't be happier with Tom's help in giving me a "new home." Every step of the project was well-planned and carried out with minimal disruption to my family's daily life. The workers were neat, always cleaning up the area at the end of each phase of construction. Minor details that made the job much nicer were added without me even mentioning them. The finished home makes me very proud when I get complements on the remodel from neighbors, family and friends. Thank you Pure Energy Constructions!

It went very well with Pure Energy Constructions, My project manager was there every day to ensure work was going according to plan. They finished my bathroom before the date that they told me it would be finished. It wasn't a huge job, just a new bathtub,paint and flooring, but I appreciated their attention to detail, & they threw in the tile I had originally thought was out of my price range but really wanted, for a discounted price! I am very happy with the results. All my guests comment on how elegant everything looks, it truly feels like a hotel now. My back patio block wall that I shared with my neighbors was cracking and falling apart on my side, after having Tom speak with the HOA, the wall was removed and we were able to have a brand new wrought iron fence installed which everyone seems to enjoy, it lets more light into my kitchen and dining room and we finally have a little view. Very satisfied with the overall work and customer service. Would recommend this company to anyone needing some remodeling completed. They even send a cleaning team in when they finish the work and they didn't just clean my bathroom and back patio up, they cleaned my entire condo & even made my bed! I haven't ever worked with a contractor that has done that for me before.

It went very well. The team was punctual and respectful of noise levels and neighbors. They also finished everything on time and within the price we agreed upon. The project coordinator went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work and if something didn't seem practical he would suggest changes. My bathroom looks great and its much more spacious now. Most importantly its functional, and wheelchair accessible. My bathroom looks nice and modern, even have a sink and vanity that is comfortable for me to use. The quality of my life has greatly improved now that I have the freedom to get around my house and yard on my own. Very fortunate to have come into contact with this company, highly suggest giving them a try.

Pure Energy Constructions completed a major remodel for my home. They remodeled my backyard first and gave us a scenic area to entertain in. It came complete with lava rocks , a fire pit and a well lit pathway to our guest house. In the guest house they remodeled the bathroom and installed recessed lighting throughout. The construction was on time and on budget no surprises. The senior guys were on site managing each and every day. The workers were conscientious and skilled. Tom also worked with two different suppliers that I had picked who were clearly not as customer service oriented as his team was. We were not pleased with the other suppliers work ethic and lack of time management so we ended up just going with suppliers from Pure Energy Constructions. We got detailed bills and good communication plus almost no change orders. Permits and inspections 100%. I recommend this company to everyone! Thank you so much.

This company did a fantastic job on my backyard and painting my home. They helped us with design and came up with the plans that they got approved for us, they started construction immediately after. We had a pebble bottom put in our pool for my grand kids( Who complained that our pool gave their toes blisters before), and added a nice patio area with a fire pit and food preparing station as well. Very kind and personable staff, very pleased with the outcome.

I called Pure Energy about two months ago, found em through a flyer. They sent someone out was very helpful in making sure I was able to get financing for my project. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and I am very happy with the results. The project manager was there every day from day one to oversee the workers and make sure I was happy. My shower was about to collapse and for a reasonable price this company turned my broken shower into a beautiful bath/shower combo with customized tile that I chose. Highly recommend Pure Energy really got along well with all of their workers.

Found em online 6 months ago. We started work within 2 weeks. The guys completely gutted the bathroom, removed the existing vanity & replaced it with a double bowl sink, replaced the toilet, tub, shower walls, and floor. The only thing they didn’t remove was a portion of the drywall . Fortunately, the bones of our bathroom were in good shape, and there was no water damage or mold issues which we were told was a possibility. We had a vent over the toilet and it wasn't doing much good so Tom and his team repositioned the vent over the shower to make it more effective. Got new flooring, painted and it really looks great. Doesn't look like the same bathroom we had 7 months ago. I am glad we found Pure Energy Constructions, we would use them again and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Jobs completed for us: 1) insulation, drywall, interior paint. 2) master bath- new tile install, convert old layout by taking old soaking tub out and converting to full length shower, new vanities,3) closet shelf rebuild. 6) New interior doors installed. Pros: -Communication was very clear and the office always checked on progress before we started work . -The overall work performed turned out amazing. -They scheduled work in a timely manner to keep projects going. -Worked with my insurance company -Quality and cost were top notch. -Had several estimates and they competed or beat out all others. I highly recommend this company and believe you will not be disappointed.

We called Pure Energy after seeing them in a magazine. They sent a project manager to us that same week. Pure Energy's bid was very competitive. Lucas, our project manager, had a good collection of photos to show that he's done what he was recommending somewhere else, and it looked fantastic. We ultimately chose them because of their experience and honesty when it came to pricing and time frames for completion. We have done quite a bit of work on our home in the past and this was the first home project we had done, where we encountered NO unexpected additional expenses and everything was completed well before the contracted time estimation. Pure Energy's Project manager Lucas, was a pleasure to work with and did a great job helping us find creative resolutions that best fit our needs & sense of style. He was a wealth of information for remodeling a bathroom and always found great alternative materials to save us money. Lucas was in touch daily to help guide us through every step of the remodeling process, ensure that all was proceeding smoothly and assist in any way needed. The highly experienced crew included skilled electrical, flooring, cabinetry and paint specialists, all of whom did a great job and were always punctual, tidy, accommodating & polite. We are extremely happy with both the overall experience & end results. We intend to use Pure Energy for other remodeling projects and highly recommend them to all. They are a great company with a fantastic team of honest, friendly, customer focused people. Hire them, you will be glad you did.

They were the first estimate we got, so naturally we tried to shop around a bit for the best price which turned out to be our biggest mistake, I wish we would have chose Pure Energy from the start. At first we hired the lowest bid we got, from a different company in order to save money. But our project kept getting pushed back, the city continuously denied our plans, and the company we went with kept lying to us about why and what was going on, and they kept changing our contract price on us saying they needed more materials or that they had to hire more workers. We finally wised up and called Pure Energy Constructions again, and when they submitted new plans to the city they were approved immediately. They started work within one month, and had finished the bathroom in roughly 3.5 weeks. They had a custom vanity made with a his and her sink bowls and lighted mirrors, they also upgraded our old plumbing for free. My husband served as a marine for 13 years so we were also eligible for a veteran discount which saved us more money and enabled us to do another project on our kitchen. We replaced our old appliances with stainless steel and chose beautiful quartz counter tops. We had to gut the kitchen and since I am not a huge fan of tile , I had them rip it all out of my kitchen and give me beautiful bamboo floors. I feel very blessed to have kept in contact with Pure Energy Constructions, I don't know what we would have done without them. it turns out this quick remodel place we went to originally, did not do background checks on their employees who were certainly not qualified. We ended up loosing our deposit of $1,000 and if it hadn't been for Tom we wouldn't have had anything remodeled at all. This team is great if you need a quick turn around with out all the problems.

Pure Energy sent us a project manager to take a look at the damage as soon as we called them. They gave us a time frame and price that was changeable based on a few details. After such a bad experience with the last contractor we wanted to make sure we asked all of the right questions we had missed the last time around. We saw online that Pure Energy provided workers comp for their workers, and they showed us that they were insured, bonded and licensed, which is ultimately why we chose them. They were also the least pushy of all the guys that came out, had comparable pricing to other well known companies, and had some great references. They started working as soon as everything was approved by the city. The bathroom was first and The kitchen followed shortly after. They finished both projects in the amount of time it took the last workers to destroy our kitchen and bathroom. Pure Energy’s team was always clean and put everything away before leaving each night. I love my kitchen, it's everything I always wanted, they gave me the island and breakfast bar I asked for and my bathroom is spacious, modern and inviting. They designed a double bowl vanity for us and a frameless glass shower that is very easy to clean. 2 years later everything still looks good and we have not needed to repair anything yet. Tom was the name of our project manager he made sure that any work the previous guy did was corrected, he pulled all of the correct permits and redesigned our bathroom for us. We would have saved a lot of money had we gone with Pure Energy to begin with. We talked to many contractors before starting work on our home, PE’s team was really the only company to get on the same page with us while others just told us yes, yes , yes and could not deliver. Tom was so professional and above all he was kind. He explained everything that had gone wrong, how he could fix it, and how to improve the original plans. We have done several remodels since and always call Tom. highly recommend him.

I came into contact with PE Constructions about 2 years ago. I found them online and they gave me a call after I sent them an email. A gal from the office set me up with an appointment right away but I ended up having to reschedule a few times.The ladies in the office are always sweet and on top of scheduling, I really appreciated their flexibility. They sent Tom out and he gave us an estimate for a bathroom upgrade that I had been trying to take care of for a few months. I own multiple properties in the LA area and was in need of a few small projects to be completed here and there. I let Tom know that I wanted to see how they handled this minor project, before adding anything else to his teams to do list. Tom understood and said it would be no problem, he knew that I would not be disappointed in their work. It took me about two weeks to make a final decision, I met with several other contractors before and after my meeting with PE Constructions, some did not show up or were unable to reschedule, others shot me extremely high estimates without being able to lay out a work order or break down costs so I understood what I needed to pay for. PE did not give me the most expensive quote nor did they give me the cheapest. I chose Pure Energy over some of the other companies and contractors I had previously met with because of their professionalism and attitude. From the first phone call to our second appointment the whole team was able to answer all of my questions accurately and was always prepared with options A,B & C whenever there was a question about cost. During the remodel we hit a few issues with plumbing which was almost to be expected and Tom met each issue with a cost effective solution. He never once said this is the price and that's it, they made sure they gave me options when it came to making decisions about everything from the plumbing issues , all the way to the most energy efficient lighting solutions . I was hesitant at first because my wife and I are not accustomed to working with construction companies that actually manage the work being completed. I have unfortunately worked with many not so great “contractors” that sub out the work and only show up to collect a paycheck even when their workers don't show up on site. In the past my wife or I has had to stay home from work to make sure that work was being completed properly, otherwise we were signing checks for incomplete, or work that was not completed on time. This was a totally different experience than I had previously encountered elsewhere and was inevitably the driving force behind hiring PE again for a second bathroom remodel and room addition at a different property of mine. There were a few times during the second project which we completed last March, that certain workers were not showing up on time or would leave the site early and Tom took care of that immediately. I call him for everything now and it's been over a year since we have remodeled and both bathrooms are holding up beautifully. Our room addition has allowed family to stay with us during the holidays and we have been enjoying our new additions for a year and a half now.

I remember He was friendly , punctual and very knowledgeable. Just conversing with the office told me a lot about the pride they take in their work. The quote was very reasonable compared to some of the other places I called and Tom led us to many different options for tile and costs we could cut to save money. I liked that he did not always push us towards the more expensive options, he gave us what we could afford and if something that was a priority pushed us over budget, He helped us cut costs elsewhere so that we could fit everything in that truly mattered. They came highly suggested by my brother. During the first initial meeting I found it helpful to bring my brother along for advice and of coarse my wife accompanied us to the meeting as well. She just about designed the whole darn thing, but Tom got her specifications just so and I feel as if it turned out better than we had expected for our budget. The things that matter: Quality of work: everything they did looks great. From the tile work to seams in the drywall to the painting. They took the room down to the studs, re-piped, ran new electrical and rebuilt. The cost: He was straight with us, he wrote it all out on paper for us down to the permits and he just about did everything himself, My wife didn't so much as vacuum during the whole time he and his team here. and they always left on time, Shut the bathroom door and unless you opened that door, you wouldn't have had a clue that we had a construction site in our house. Boy, I'll tell you, I haven't met a team that works as hard as Pure Energy Constructions does and I had a great time planning everything out with them. We'll use em again,

Tom gave me many price points for cabinets and countertops and was very helpful when making decisions that could save money. I have attached the photos of my newly upgraded kitchen I can't wait to decorate for the holidays. His team is very talented and everyone loves my custom cabinets. He is very polite and always showed up on time, never missed one day of work. Pure Energy Constructions staff have been so kind and understanding, I am a retired widow and in my personal experience many contractors take advantage of older people, especially women. This company gave me a senior citizen discount that greatly reduced costs. And Tom really went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met.

My sister sang their praises last year after they had gone through Pure Energy to get their kitchen & bathroom redone. I requested Tom, the fellow that had worked on my sisters home, told them our situation and scheduled an appointment. We discussed our budget and realized we did not have much to work with so we had to put the project on hold for a month during which time, our project manager worked hard and was able to get us approved for complete financing. We really hadn't planned on needing financing but it actually saved us money and enabled us to get brand new appliances and open up our dining room area as well as remodeling our kitchen. For the first time ever, we hosted thanksgiving dinner at our home this year and our children have a quiet space to do their homework. We couldn't be happier with the results, and Out project manager Tom was great. our overall experience was enjoyable and Tom did a great job making sure that work started and ended on time each day. we really appreciated how clean and organized their crew was, Tom made sure everything was cleaned up and put away before each work day was over. They took the stress out the entire process of remodeling which has given my wife a new found love for interior decorating. Now, We are gearing up for another big project after the holidays. I immediately liked how straightforward they were. My project manager put it all out on the table for us price and everything written up before they started working, which avoided any surprises or extra costs. It was stressful until I met Tom, who came to me highly recommended by a friend. The kitchen renovation came next and within months they had delivered everything that they promised and more. They always found a way to give me a discount even when I didn't ask for it. Tom managed the project daily and made sure everything was done exactly the way we agreed. When all work was done, they also sent the cleaning crew in to clean the whole entire house even though it was not part of our agreement. I already recommended PURE ENERGY CONSTRUCTIONS to my family and friends And I highly recommend to everyone else. Great finishing, great service!

Pure energy offered a veterans discount which really cut the cost down and My son could not be happier and even though he and his wife were thousands of miles away, our project manager Tom made sure to keep them involved and up to date via email and skype so that everyone stayed on the same page up until completion. I'm so grateful that I was able to find them they are absolutely fantastic I highly suggest Tom.

My project manager Lucas and his team at Pure Energy Constructions did a fantastic job on my home. Very professional , knowledgeable, and always got back to us quickly if I had any concerns. The contractors were always on time and were very polite. In the past I have had many negative experiences finding contractors that could finish a job and do it the right way. That was never an issue with Pure Energy Constructions, from our first estimate to the date of completion, they made sure my family was always taken care of. They did a beautiful job in the master and half bathroom that we have, and now my wife wants to call them back for our backyard. If you need any work done they do it all.

It went Great! Pure energy constructions was able to answer all of my questions and reassure me that even with my budget, they could give me my dream kitchen as well as my bathroom. I was relieved after speaking with the project manager that they sent me, because I spent over a year looking for a trustworthy contractor. At one point I hired a general contractor and he never completed the work, Thankfully Pure Energy Constructions saved the day. My project manager was able to get all of my projects done on time, and he saved me money after finding mistakes the last contractor had made. He was there every single day and made my life easier by saving me the headache of having to organize everything myself. I had them do a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel and I even have beautiful bath tub with jets and the vanity I have always dreamt of. They were also able to fix my roof that was falling apart. My home looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. I will be using Pure energy Constructions again and advise anyone with a large project like mine to ask for Tom, he was our project manager and he was amazing.

Everything was perfect. Our first meeting was so thorough. We called a few different companies but no one came close to how professional and assuring Pure Energy was. Our project manager was here everyday and updated us the entire time. I have never seen a team that works so well together. I recommend Pure Energy Constructions to everyone.

I’m really glad that we had a bedroom reconfigured into a pantry. My kitchen looks so much nicer, and now I don’t have to store everything on the counters anymore, thanks to the new pantry. Tom, with all his knowledge and experience, was so helpful throughout this process, and a real pleasure to work with. He provided design sketches for the new pantry before we started tearing down walls, which made me feel confident that everything would be just the way I wanted it. And Tom excelled at this as well: to deliver exactly what you want (and sometimes more). All in all, I’m so happy with results and am glad that I found Tom!

The bathroom renovation was near completion and it was time for the flooring specialists to put in the hardwood floors. They found issues with the subflooring, but we lost no time because our contractors immediately brought in their workmen who prepared and leveled the floor. At this point we all took a look at the balcony which we knew needed work. We were going to defer this to a later date, but after conferring, all agreed that it would be much better to take care of it before the beautiful flooring went in. Again, our contractors immediately brought in their subcontractor and the job was done in a matter of days. Our entire project was completed on time and on budget. The contractors Tom and Lucas, who were on-site daily, relentlessly moved the project forward and have an attention to detail and oversight of the sub-contractors that impressed. They also were flexible and quickly brought in sub-contractors for the unexpected flooring repair, and unscheduled balcony work. The whole experience was positive, and the condo looks spectacular.
