Description of Work: Absolutely the best. If it's not perfect, they will do whatever to make it perfect. All work, and materials made and done by hand. No paint rollers, no pre-fab crown mouldings. Cabinets all wood, all custom. If you want it. They can do it. We will miss them when they're gone. They've become good friends!!

Description of Work: We spent quite a bit of time with the owner, and were very excited about his ideas. So we agreed to go forward with the work and worked out the bid but then as soon as we thought we were ready to go forward they surprised with a contract that basically released them of any liability whatsoever should anything go wrong. In addition, the company wanted us (the owner) to carry the worker's compensation coverage for their employees. When we tried to work through the terms of their contract and negotiate something that was fair to both, we were told that we needed to sign it as it was or they could not do business with us so we declined to hire them.

Description of Work: Elite Remodeling and Development provided two jobs for me. Daniel, Michael, and Sigal worked as a team to make sure that all the work was done to my satisfaction. The first job was the remodeling of the pool and the second was 100 feet of redwood fencing. For the pool, Daniel gave me the best price compared to 4 other bids I received. At first, I thought the price was too good to be true especially when Daniel included free extras after he made the original bid. The original bid included the complete demolishing and removal of all the concrete decking and coping, removal of the pool plaster, installation of mixed colored pavers for the deck and bull nose brick for the coping. Then Daniel added at no cost a 15 ft planter, a 5 ft circular paver figure, 20 ft walkway, and a new pool light. Daniel and his crews delivered on all the written and verbal agreements and understandings. Though the job was to take only two weeks, it actually took 4 months due to change orders and upgrades that I requested. Daniel and Sigal worked together to make sure that each phase of the work included all my requests. Everything that they promised got done. And when unanticipated problems came up, Daniel and Sigal made good on the corrections needed. The two crews (the paver and the plasterers) arrived on time early each morning with enough hard working men to get all the necessary jobs done. The workers were experienced and skillful. On one of the days 11 men were on the job. At the end of all the work, Daniel would not accept the final payment until we were fully satisfied. A few minor details were taken care of in a timely manner over the four months. I'm glad that we added the mini-pebble to the pool plaster because it looks fantastic. |The second job was the 100 foot redwood fence with three gates. Daniel gave me the option of paying for all the material and he arranged for the labor. Ernesto, the worker that installed the fence, arrived early each day and worked more than a full day. The installation took longer than anticipated with a few things that had to be redone, but in the end the fence came out beautifully with several additions that I requested. |I have recommended Elite Remodeling and Development to my friends on more than one occasion. I would hire them again. |

Description of Work: Our 35-year old pool was leaking and needed re-plastering, new tile and a new filter. |We chose Elite Remodeling to do the work. Daniel came to our home and gave us an acceptable price. He explained all proposed work, price breakdown, payment schedule and timelines very thoroughly and answered all questions. Then he put all the details in writing. |Work proceeded on schedule. When completed a problem was found. Daniel promised it would be fixed to our satisfaction at no additional cost. It was a simple fix and our pool is now looking great and running properly. |We got personal attention throughout the process from Daniel and Sigal in the office.
