We knew Mike was right for us the second we opened the front door on our first meeting. He is warm and personable and you feel like you have known him for years after just a few minutes. He is professional, passionate and trust worthy about what he does. Mike came highly recommended by our good friends because of the amazing work he completed on their home. He has good attention to detail as well as good problem solving skills. He always keeps you updated on the schedule and progress of the job. He is always available to you for any questions or concerns. Mike has an amazing team! This cannot be stressed enough. His office team constantly updates you so there are no surprises. His office team also goes the extra mile by rechecking the cost of all of your desired appliances to ensure the sharpest price. Though we think of ourselves as always able to find the best deal, we were pleasantly surprised that Mike's team found over $1,000 worth of savings! We think of many of his team members as good friends now. Mike and his team really care about their work. When a freak rain storm popped up during the venting stage of our air conditioner install, Mike and team sprung into action to ensure we were leak-free. He even sent over his work team on Sunday to ensure all was dry. Also, Mike works with some of the best craftsmen in the Los Angeles area. Mike's cabinet maker is a true artist and master woodworker. Mike's team is very professional and on time to the job. They are very courteous on site and always clean up every day. Overall, our job went smoothly. All parts of our project were completed per our agreed upon schedule. We are very happy with all of the expert work that Mike and his team completed on our home. Can't wait to start work on our third project with Mike (he also did an amazing job on both of our bathrooms on a previous project) and re-do our backyard!

1. I chose Mike for several reasons: he was enthusiastic and passionate about his work, had great ideas and I liked him from the first meeting. He was easy to communicate with, open to my ideas and best of all - willing to work with me on the project which was in Anaheim while I was in Honolulu. Communication was key as was timeliness, quality and trustworthiness. He was superior in every aspect. 2. He had a team of also highly motivated employees willing to go the extra mile to make it all perfect. 3. His aesthetic was modern and hip - due to my distance I trusted his judgement on many decisions and was never disappointed. 4. He was up front and honest about cost, spoke easily about more or less expensive options and I felt he was honest when communicating when to go for a more expensive item and when it wasn't as necessary. 5. I would not hesitate to give Mike and his team the highest recommendation. The project was large, I was involved from a distance with two visits and it could have been a mess. Mike did an amazing job sending me photos, making sure everything was in line with me intent and concepts as well as adding his own innovative viewpoint. I could not be happier with the work: quality, timliness and most of all the experience of working with him.

met with mike from elite remodeling and felt as if he is the right guy for us to do our job. the crew showed up every day on time, and they left the job site very clean on a daily basis. mike and his office contacted us on daily basis and our comunication was grat. i would definitely recomnend them and would use them again in my next projects.

Contractor presented sometime in February, discussed what work we were interested in, gave some ideas, had discussion about an estimate,. Very personable, very pleasant to talk with. we gave the go-ahead to begin construction. Kept us informed of work to be done, inspections; always on time, always here when they said they would be. Would check in from time to time to see how things were going. Even though we knew he was also working on other jobs, we felt he was personally interested in our project. Contractor took care of all the details and/or our concerns so that it was not stressful for us. We were impressed with his integrity, attention to detail. Also spoke often with his wife who kept us informed almost daily of schedule for workers, etc, always pleasant, answering any of our questions. We would definitely consider them for any future projects in our home.

Contractor remodeled the 2 bathrooms and replaced 4 sliders and 4 windows. Worked with Mike professional from the start. Tile work was very good and left place clean everyday after leaving jobsite. Helped me in deciding the best options for my use and stay within my budget. Communicated daily on the progress and what is scheduled the next day. Workers always on time. I'm happy and would hire /recommend on my next project.

This company has done many jobs for us, from exterior paint, roofing, and now this remodel . This job started as a mold abatement job and turned into a remodel to the studs. They were very pleasing to work with and helpful with ideas . Mike is very high energy and is a "get the job done right" kid of contractor. His office staff stays in contact with me, letting know changes and when to expect workers. The men working with us were consistent and capable of any job. The most impressive thing to me was the cleanliness of the workplace everyday when they left the job. I would highly recommend this company for any remodel , interior or exterior.

Elite was responsive, took the time to thoroughly explain the various technical and design options. Mike made a number of recommendations that made the design better than we imagined. He did not nickel and dime us, but rather willingly made a few repairs to hardscape items that were not covered by our contract. Either Mike or his staff followed up with us on a daily basis, and worked with us on any questions or issues. He also stated that he stands behind his work and if there are any problems in the future just let him know.

I met with 6 contractor's all from Angie's List Elite was very personable and spent the most time with me. Owner did most of the computer drawing design on that visit. I got one alteration after and never a final plan. Job started March 10th ended July 17th I did have problems with loan from broker provided by Elite. One big problem was he was calling an incorrect number to reach me. Contractor tried to take agreed upon parts of job off, stated he had to charge me more to do part of job included, wanted to charge me $3,300 more and then said he would split it with me? Communication by phone or email became spotty and punctuality went out the window contractor quit after receiving almost all monies from bank if I did not give him more money Under duress and stating I did not owe any more monies; I agreed to an additional $1,800 for peace of mind and to get the job done. It still took way too long and way too many trips. I went without a sink and running water for over 2 months and then they took my oven door without communication and that took over a month to be returned? I added all figures for work to be done on contract again...total $1,000 more than itemized work. I asked if he did not include my deposit? He said deposits are different? Conversation became PAINFUL with contractor, mostly spoke with wife/office manager from then on I have copies of contract and tons of email communication I have paid more than $300 over contract total and amount does not add up from itemized. I was also stuck with over $700 in back splash that was suppose to be a part of original job. I would provide all documentation and communication in writing, but need help with negotiating; don't feel I owe another $1,504.00??? I realize all the frustration and lack of communication, as well as time struggling to get job done are on me. I actually think this man owes me $1,000 and an apology. I am single and work a lot. Anyone that does not eat out regularly for work and has a family would have been driven off the deep end by this ordeal. Please let me know what could or can be done?

Mike was extremely professional and helped guide me as the homeowner through his bid and assumptions. Nick also pointed to several areas where we might think about minor changes to significantly reduce the overall cost. My impression of Elite Remodeling's pricing and experience were both excellent - they came out in our top few potential contractors out of the close to 20 contractors we met with during our selection process. I ended up going with someone else, but would not hesitate to recommend Mike in the future.

Mike was extremely personable , knowledgable and took the time to explain The project ran into a bump when the demolition revealed that the prior contractor had installed a deck on top of an existing one and had not connected it to the bond beam of the pool. Mike came up with an acceptable solution and kept the project on track. Clean and timely. I will definitely work with them again.

Elite was a very response and quality company to work with. I searched several options and am very glad I selected Elite. The cooperation and coordination was great. They were happy to fix minor issues with no additional cost and were easy to work with and make minor adjustments as the projects progressed. With my pool remodel we discovered old issues, specifically that the original gas and electric line did not meet code and required removal of the existing lines and replacement. Elite worked closely with me to ensure that everything was upgraded to meet code and ensure I felt secure that my family was protected going forward. I was glad I started this project as it allowed me to identify some serious safety issues with the way the original work was completed(gas and electrical). After this, I also went back to Elite to repair damaged stucco across the back of the house and install a new exterior door from the garage to outside. The work was completed with little touches beyond what is normal. This is an outstanding and reasonable priced contractor for many construction services. I am happy to give them my vote of confidence to anyone seeking quality work for their home.

If you want to work with a company that is caring, compassionate, detail oriented, and passionate about their work, then Elite is the company for you. Hiring Elite was the best decision we made for remodeling out back yard. They transitioned my outdated, messy, broken backyard into something more beautiful than we could have ever dreamed of. We spoke to 2 other contractors, 2 pool constructions companies and a landscaper before choosing Elite to do our back yard remodel. Mike came out to our house. He listened to our wants and needs and gave us a clear vision for the project. He spent nearly 4 hours discussing everything with us. He would go over and over the same thing until we had a clear understanding. He was always patient, calm and smiling. The price was not the cheapest, but it was not the most expensive either. Everything he said they would do, they did. He is a man of his word. Every other word was either “No problem” or “We want you to be happy”. Mike spent as much time with us answering any / all questions we had. The price was set and there were no changes unless we all agreed on something. Sigal (Mike’s wife) runs the office. She would call periodically just to check up on things and to see how things were going. We hired a contractor yes. But we also feel like they are part of the family. Right from the start we felt so comfortable with them. They truly made us feel at ease throughout the entire project. From start to finish, Mike was either at the house or readily available for a call or text. You hear of so many horror stories with Construction companies. The only complaint we have is that we have nothing to complain about! Thanks to Mike and Elite and all of the people who work for them, our backyard truly became a dream come true. We can’t wait to have them do our Kitchen and bathrooms! Thank you Elite! You are definitely above the rest!

The project took about two weeks. The results were beyond our expectations. The company went out of its way to satisfy our ever changing designs. They even built a platform for our spa with extra paving stones. The results are beautiful!

Hiring Elite Remodeling and Development was the best decision we made during the process of our remodel. Prior bad experiences with different contractors left us nervous about hiring another, but Elite delivered on all their promises and left us completely satisfied. The crew were extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. Everyday the worksite was left in an organized manner, clean, and no garbage. They came on-time everyday and if they were late we received notification in advance. There were no surprises and all unforeseen issues that arose were addressed before they were fixed which avoided any misunderstandings. The job was completed as scheduled and within budget. The best part was not only the finished product (which is amazing) but the follow up afterwards. We received at least 3 calls asking if everything was okay and if any issues had risen. This truly was a great and stress-free experience, I would highly recommend hiring Elite Remodeling.

The BEST Contractor in Town! Being our first time dealing with a contractor, we were very skeptical, but when Mike walked into our home there was an immediate connection. He was very personable, professional and in-tuned to our desires. We started out with getting window and patio door replacements, then we had him remodel both our bathrooms. He did such an excellent job that we just kept projects going. We had him pave our driveway and our patio area. He also installed a beautiful one-of-a kind fence and gave our home a new paint job as well. We were over the top happy with all results. The crew was exceptional, always on time, very clean and neat throughout the process. Shout out to Alex, who worked inside our home and was always respectful of our space and to the family. The quality and service can't be compared anywhere. The price was very reasonable and Mike always made us feel that we were his first concern, his best clients. We never doubted his dedication. Our home looks brand new. Mike and his lovely wife Sigal, have become part of our family and I could not, would not, recommend any other company, but Elite Remodeling & Development, Inc. Call them, you won't be disappointed!

I was having problems with rain run-off going down the middle of my yard and into the garage, through the man door. Mike with Elite suggested a French drain across the the yard and a slight bump (like the continental divide) down the middle. The workers arrived 3 hrs late on the first day. They removed the cement that covered 1/2 of the yard and the vegetation that covered the other half on that first day. The second and third day, they arrived on time. They dug down and leveled the yard. They dug the French drain and laid the pvc drain pipes and laid and tamped down the rock coverage. They laid down and leveled the sand. The forth and final day, they arrived 3 hrs late, but worked until the patio was done. They were conscientious about leaving everything clean. There was no damage done to any of the property. There is one area that pools water. I've been assured by both Mike and Seagal, that that will be resolved soon. Throughout the job, Mike and Seagal (in the office) were available by phone to answer any questions I had. They really seem to care about making their customer happy. As to the price........ the neighbors next door had a solid stamped and stained cement patio laid a few months ago. They paid 3,200.00 more than I did for the paver patio. I think I got a great price. When I get ready to do the kitchen, I will call Elite. Overall, I'm very happy. 3 days later: Elite had 2 men come out to adjust the slope, in one area, so the water drains properly. Quick response = a very satisfied customer.

Elite Remodeling and Development turned out to be the perfect choice for me. I interviewed many different contractors but no one showed me the passion for their work as Elite Remodeling did. When Mike from Elite came to my house to give me a bid, he spent 4 hours with me and my wife. He constructed a detailed 3D drawing on his laptop of what our kitchen would look like. But I think I am most impressed with is how he presented his product. He seemed very genuine when he stated he is a very detail oriented person and he doesn't cut corners. He takes your feedback of what your vision is and adds his personal touch and produces a quality product. MY wife and I were blown away after our vision was captured. He does not want you to like it, he wants you to love it. Over the past 6 weeks I have had the pleasure of working very closely with Mike and his team. The take great pride in ensuring your house is protected during construction. They cover everything and at the end of the day they clean up after themselves. This is very important to me since I have 3 kids at home. Elite Remodeling is a classy company. They called me daily to ensure everything is going well and were prompt in returning my calls if I had a question. They have passion and have demonstrated the highest integrity I have seen in a contractor. My kitchen has been completed and my wife and I love it. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of having construction done to their house to Elite for a quote. They will not disappoint you. I was referred to Angie's list by Elite remodeling. I have posted some pictures of how my amazing kitchen turned out. 10May2013. My wife and I decided that we wanted our island moved so we called Mike from Elite to see if it was possible to move the island. He reassured me that it would not be a problem. So he and his crew came over and took care of it without any issues. This is a clear representation of the professionalism and customer service his company provides. We were just married and bought a home, and while the excitement of marriage and home owning settled down we realized that our driveway was in complete despair, a broken, rotten, and uneven kind of despair. Our home insurance company asked us to replace it citing the driveway had become a liability. Outside of our first large purchase together, the home, we did not know what to do. We never purchased or commissioned a job of this size before. Needless to say price and utility were a large factor for us. Enter Mike of Elite Remodeling & Development Inc. Mike came to our house to assess our existing driveway and help create a solution that worked for us. Mike was warm, epithetic, and sympathetic to all of our concerns. While discussing different solutions Mike showed us existing examples of work that clearly articulated Mike?s technical understanding, passion, creativity, and fastidious workmanship. After a couple of hours we settled on replacing our driveway with paver stones. Mike took us outside and showed us exactly what he was going to do with the stones and how he was going to do while gracefully and tactfully pantomiming the whole process for us. Answering every question we could throw at him. Mike never tuned down or brushed off a question. He answered us directly and always with sincerity. After which Mike then translated all that we discussed outside to paper and he created for us a scope of work that detailed everything. Mike could see that we were playing the part of the nervous newlyweds and homeowners and never pressured us. Mike never put money or payment first. In fact, in hindsight we can see that Mike puts his work and our experience first, always. My favorite part of the whole experience, aside from seeing our brand new stellar driveway for the first time was that Mike was never in a hurry. Like I said we were nervous and not ready to under take such a huge project. We strung Mike out for four months and he never lost his cool, he responded to every email, text message, phone call, and even offered to come back out if we had even more questions. Once we decided to move forward, Mike came back over one more time. We scheduled a date and he stayed in touch with us throughout the entire project alerting us to the progress daily. Mike finished the work in three days and we could not have been happier or more impressed. I even tried to hate the driveway at first, but I could not, it is too well done, the driveway is beautiful. We cannot wait for the chance to work with Mike again in the future.

The coating on my concrete patio was chipping and peeling and there was no drainage system for this area. I called several companies to get estimates. I wa just planning to repair the concrete , set up some kind of drainage and recoat. Mike came out very soon after my call to Elite. He was on time. Not only was his estimate more reasonable than the others but he also suggested a much better way to do the job. They offered a better warranty on their labor. Within a day of signing the contract, Elite's crew was here to do the demo. It was quite a job! They installed new pavers and coping around my pool and replaced the decorative tile in the pool. I was so happy wit h their work that when they suggested I could do my driveway (a larger area) for about the same price, I went for it. At one point I counted 11 guys workin on my project. Each and every one of them worked very hard, was courteous, and really seemed to take pride in the job they were doing. The quality of this work could not be better! And the whole project - front AND back - was completed in only 2 weeks despite a couple of rainy days! During this time I feel I established a very friendly yet professional relationship with both "Mikes" and Sigal (this is a family business) Malka. Big Mike even personally fixed my shower door and helped with some problems with my pool filter at no extra charge! They did some stucco and painting at cost. These were completely unrelated to the project and just done out a willingness to do whatever will make their clients happy. My only complaint is that they were SO quick that they are done now and I will actually miss having them around. I will never use anyone else to work on my house. They are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!

We hired Elite Remodeling and Development to do our kitchen remodeling. After meeting with Mike we have decided that he was the right person to do our project and we felt very comfortable with him. Mike took the time to explain us all the aspects of our project and provided us with a 3 dimensional design of our project (That was cool!) along with that we were given full detail specifications about our project from demolition, electrical, plumbing, framing, cabinets and counter tops to the last detail of the project. There were no Gray areas and everything was done and completed to the last detail and our satisfaction! Mike even came with us to help choose our new tile, fixtures and appliances. Mike was available to answer all our questions and concerns throughout the project and his Foreman on the job was very polite and professional. The crew showed up every day, worked very fast and efficient, they kept the job site clean on a daily basis which made it easy on us. Like most home owner we were concerned about hiring the right company as we know how this kind of projects can turn sour and we feel fortunate to have met Mike and have him do our project as it went smooth, clean and hassle free. Most of all, there were no sudden extra charges We would definitely hire Elite Remodeling again and refer to others!

Not only was the work done on time, and within the estimate, but the level of perfectionism was beyond even our own. The kitchen design was only possible because of the creative input of the owner, who seemed to have no end to imaginative ideas. When the process began, he even went from door to door and introduced himself to neighbors, giving them a card and telling them to call him if noise or mess bothered them. Work proceeded quickly. Even the usual delays with permits, and the surprises that happen when walls come out, were handled so well, the stress level was at a minimum. Once the place was gutted, the owner actually accompanied me to tile stores and made sure the choices we made would work. He even picked up fixtures for us. When the job was finished, the level of detail was phenomenal. Things we hadn't even thought of--like where to put the garbage disposal button--were covered with care. We have a beautiful, warm, showcase home thanks to Elite and crew. On time, on budget, and stress-free.

From start to finish Elite is my only choice for a general contractor. Any concerns I had during the bathroom remodel was handled quickly and to my complete satisfaction. This involved crew members behavior and location where supplies were stored. The results of the remodel were better than I expected.
