Description of Work: My heater went out on a Friday and Condition Aire came out Saturday and by Saturday afternoon I had a new heater and air condition unit and I am so happy with my new unit and the excellent work Condition Aire preformed.

Description of Work: When my ancient central AC was KO'ed in the midst of the recent October heat wave, I was depressed beyond limits. The temperature inside my home was in the high nineties. Thinking the worst case, the total replacement of the entire system (and I may as well up grade the furnace while I am at it). I imagined a total cost north of $10,000. When Brett arrived, at the agreed upon time, he listened to all of the particular facts of the situation, and to alot of my opinions of what the problem was. Being a contractor myself, I had made a preliminary diagnosis of the problem. Brett, followed up where I left off. He located a frayed, burnt, corroded and otherwise shorted out electrical conductor in the junction box on the compressor. At last the cause of my woe and misery was evident. He spliced in a short piece of wire, cleaned up the connections. Badaboom! Badabang! He transformed the sweat box, h hole my home had become. It's now 30 minutes since Brett completed the repair. The AC works great. And now sitting here in the family room, I think I'll go look for a sweater. Thanks again!

+ -1 moreIVE USED THEM FOR A LONG TIME. IVE BOUGHT A COUPLE OF UNITS FROM THEM. I HAVE FOUR UNITS AND THEY TAKE CARE OF ALL OF THEM. THEY ARE HONEST AND I FEEL I GET A GOOD PRICE. I FEEL TOTALLY SATISFIED. ID BE DEVASTATED IF THEY EVER WENT OUT OF BUSINESS.
