4 Reasons why I highly recommend Conditioned Aire: 1) We have an old house and we’re adamant about preserving the original architecture. 4 other companies told us “It’ll be very difficult, but don’t worry, we’ll take care of everything” when we asked for specifics of how they were going to approach installation. Bryan from Conditioned Aire was the only one to thoroughly inspect during the estimate visit and then answer intelligently exactly how they would approach the extremely tricky issues we had. They weren’t the cheapest estimate, but choosing them proved to be the best thing we did. 2) Jojo managed the job and was obviously knowledgeable with decades of experience. Again, we had so many challenges and he tackled them cooly and quickly. Nothing phased him. Not once was there ever talk of charging more money for unexpected issues. 3) Hilario and Paulo joined Bryan and that crew worked hard! They were always polite and professional. One of my pet peeves is crews that are sloppy with cleanup after a long day at work. These guys were meticulous about minimizing the amount of disruption and leaving the home completely cleaned up after every day of work. 4) Founder Brett Hoffner came personally to inspect things when it was complete and went above and beyond the call of duty dealing with city inspectors. I see other reviews about Brett emphasize integrity and honesty. I heartily agree. Best contractors we’ve ever used.

They do a fabulous job. I will recommend them to others.

They came out on time, They followed the CDC Requirements for wearing mask. They are always courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. Explained to us everything they did and how we can maintain our unit

Fabulous! They were on time, the amount they quoted what it came to and I don't have any problems with the repairman. They just really did a fantastic job.

Old-fashioned standards and cutting-edge tech co-exist at Conditioned Aire. From initial consultation with Brett through configuring a very complicated install with JoJo, everything was handled in a way that made me feel confident. The crew laid out clean floor coverings throughout the house each morning and cleaned and vacuumed any debris at the end of each day. The crew was competent, courteous, and put up with our little dogs. JoJo responded appropriately to several special concerns. Their concern was not with getting in and out as quickly as possible, but rather with providing the best system for my home.

Overall I would rate them the highest you got! They beat everyone else on price also. It was a great experience. I would use them again. We signed them up for a yearly maintenance program. They were on time every day and they did what they said they were going to do. I used them instead of others because of their price and professionalism. There is nothing but good, we have referred them already.

Reasonably priced. It takes about an hour to service for one technician. They are honest and trustworthy. I've gotten quotes from them that were honest evaluation of project. They are punctual. They come out quickly if needed. They leave the area clean.

Honest, dependable, trustworthy. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were referred to me by a friend after I received a BOGUS evaluation about my AC system from another company. Michael, the technician that came to my condo, was extremely professional and knowledgable and we will be signing up for yearly service with this company. They didn't try to sell me anything or lie to me and say there was MOLD as did another company that I had come out. I am in love with this company. It is so refreshing to find good people out there whom you can trust!!!!

Cleaned out the cabinet that the old AC was in. Took out old AC re piped it and he did everything that he was supposed to do. He gave a set of instructions as well. He installed new registers as well. He also went in the attic and ran a duct in the bathroom so now we have heat in the bathroom. He did not charge me extra for the registers and any extra work that he completed. His work was perfect. He came with 4 guys and they completed the job in the same day. He was still less expensive by several thousand dollars than other competitors. He was five minutes early.

They showed up on time and got right to work. They flushed the copper lines and prepared the furnace and blower unit in the attic.They then removed the old condenser unit from its pad outside.The new Condenser was then installed and calibrated. They tested the unit thoroughly and then checked the zones in the house to be sure that everything was working properly. During the zone checking and adjusting they were consulting with myself and my wife to be sure that it was doing what we wanted it to do! They cleaned up when they were done. Additionally the owner, Brett, worked with us, and was very patient with all of our inquiries. He helped us choose the unit that would work in our house without being lured into units that were larger, fancier, and a lot more expensive! I appreciated that. I'm a gearhead and love all things mechanical. The foreman was very patient with all of my questions.

We were happy with the people and the service. We will call them again for any AC/heater needs.

They always were very efficient, always come on time exactly when they say they're going to. They're very good.

The service was performed as needed and went well. Technician had to release some freon from the system in order for the unit not to run too cold which causes the condensation.

Absolutely perfect as always!!! I have used this service and only this service for my HVAC needs for almost two decades! The workers are courteous and knowledgeable and do the job quickly and efficiently. They come ON TIME. I would highly recommend this company to all Angie's list people.

We were very pleased with Brett and his crew. The price was comparable to competitors and Brett was happy to answer all of our questions prior to the install. His crew did fantastic work and were really nice guys, too. They kept our house clean while the work was done, and Brett went out of his way to help when a situation arose with our permits. A year and half later, the system is performing flawlessly. We couldn't be happier and have referred several people to Conditioned Aire.

Excellent. They came out and clearly stated the problem and guranteed he would solve the problem. They cleaned up after themselves. Reasonable prices.

I requested Brett to complete my service work. Upon troubleshooting the air conditioning unit problems. He gave explanation of the findings. He stated a new air conditioner would cost $7000. Whereas to repair the current one would be $1400. I opted to purchase a new unit. They offered about 5 or 6 brands of air conditioning units. The company especially Brett is very customer centered, honest and offers quality work. They are a company that repairs or replaces only if absolutely necessary rather than trying to make extra money. I did not do any cost comparisons of other companies as I truly honor this companys positive business approach.

I thought they did a great job and I highly recommend them. We have not had any major problems with the new unit but I have had to call them a couple of times to ask questions. They are always very helpful and come straight out when we ask them to. At the time, we had a lot of renovations done by several different companies so I do not remember the price that we paid for each specific job.

I have had no problems with the work that was done. I was very pleased and I would recommend them to anyone. The workers were on time, friendly and made sure to answer all of my questions. They were professional and dependable.
