I could not be more happy or pleased with the new carpets and bamboo flooring installed by The House Next Door. Every person I dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It was actually fun and exciting working with them. The workmanship is superb, the materials are excellent, the supervision during and after the job was impressive. Each manager wanted to guarantee my satisfaction and happiness with the finished project. I highly recommend The House Next Door and will definitely be calling them for future projects.

He did a fantastic job at a very competitive price. he was there to answer any questions to explain completely everything that needed to be done and why. despite our nutty schedules making it difficult to sign papers, write checks, etc. We got a very nice laminate floor installed on time he worked with us every step of the way to get it done right! professional, neat and beautiful work!! Even moths after they completed the work we had a question and JOE responded within an hour or so. THANK YOU!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with The House Next Door from start to finish. From the initial estimation to the finished project, we have no complaints/issues.

My husband and I interviewed 5 different contractors for our kitchen renovation and were most impressed with Adi due to his project management approach and his HND team. Each of his team members provided great ideas throughout the process. As a project manager, Adi kept us updated regularly and ensured that the team addressed any follow up items in a timely manner. David the field supervisor came out as well and oversaw the job once it was completed. Overall, there were no surprises, the project was delivered on schedule and the quality of the work was exceptional. Lastly, the entire team was very trustworthy as work was done . Based on our satisfaction with the project, we definitely plan to use House Next Door for future projects.

The House Next Door Did A Great Exellent Job On My Roofing Also They Removed All The Molding From The Ceiling And Walls. There Was A Lot Of Communication When It Came To The Job Been Performed. I would have to say that this was an awesome experience. We first met with Sammy. He came out to give us an estimate. We had lots of questions and had a lot of ideas. Sammy made sure we were comfortable and that he answered every question we had. We came to a decision and had our side yard done and it looks absolutely perfect. Guaranteed we will be getting more work done and looking forward to working with Sammy again.

The front of the house not only looks much better, but is now more functional and usable. They did a very nice job of getting rid of some trees and shrubs that didn't look very good at all. Now we will be able to use less water keeping that area green, and we have a much cleaner look from the curb with the new pavers. The pavers have extended our driveway, thereby increasing our front parking area as well. All of the workers were very courteous, very professional, showed up on time, and when the project was completed, they cleaned everything up very nicely. Sammy was amazing to work with. We had a lot of questions, and he was always available to address all of our concerns. He also showed up every day during the course of the project to check in and see how things were coming along. The House Next Door was top notch as far as service, and we are VERY happy with how the project turned out. We will definitely send our friends and family to Sammy for any work they need done.

Our home was built in 1966 and the master bath was in need of an update. Tamir and his team understood my vision and are making it happen. Cost is very reasonable for the excellent service and workmanship. They have great attention to detail and go over everything with us before making any changes. We love working with them and would HIGHLY recommend them to friends and family. :)

I have had a lot of time go by without replacing my doors. I've brushed it off for a while, but when they came to my home i realized its time. I made an appointment and just like that i was already going to replace the two doors i had in mind. Adi was a great salesman too he made sure the work was done right. it took a while but they were okay with my hectic schedule and sure made it simple for me.

It went swell. they helped me pick out the right fit and were not hesitant to make sure my needs were attended in regards to the work. they were extremely nice. The tile on my kitchen looks GREAT! Igor was great too he was nice and explained everything to me

A beautiful design was made following my instructions and wishes. I wanted the natural curves of a meandering creek, and it was beautifully done. Both Sammy and Emil were wonderful not only in their professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness, but also in their adherence to detail. They explained everything to us step by step, and it happened like clockwork. We were very impressed with the precision the working crew had from delivering the materials, their work and even their attention to detail constantly checking with us that the plants were where we wanted them, they even planted a 5 gallon palm tree I had and they placed it exactly where I wanted it. The clean-up was wonderful, and the area was left as if there were never there. Sammy and Emil estimated the work would take four days for completion, but it only took three days. That's how tight the precision of their work was performed. Even the neighbors were impressed with the work being done. We've received quite a few compliments by neighbors and people passing by. The wheelchair ramp was as promised. The same pavers used for the walkway up to the house were used and it matches perfectly. It truly is aesthetically pleasing and one can hardly tell it's for wheelchair use. Sammy and Emil worked closely with us and they even found a government program that sponsors drought-resistant landscaping. Living in the Antelope Valley desert, water-conservancy made me realize how ludicrous it is to want to have and try to maintain a tropical rainforest in the middle of the desert. Now my front landscape reflects the true natural beauty of the desert we live in. Thank you to "The House Next Door" for helping us do this, and a special thanks to Sammy and Emil who warmly and graciously held our hands and guided us as we transformed out dying tropical rainforest to a beautiful front landscape. We truly appreciate their warm, genuine courtesy and friendliness. I truly believe this gives not only great curb appeal to our home, but also increased value. We have two more projects to complete we will call them.

I Got a estimate from them, was confused about how it works but they explained and made the experience great. They explained prices and how the project will work. They listened to what I wanted and what my budget was. They made it easy and very helpful for my first time remodeling my home. They were sweet and I couldn't have had a better experience with them. So I was thinking about a couple projects for my home that I had in mind. didn't know what company to choose so I went ahead and got a estimate from them. They first explained how everything works and if the projects would be possible. They gave me a couple prices and worked with me in regards to making it happen and what I had in mind. It was great and they were very patient with me and I had a awesome experience. My home exterior looks great and i wouldn't have it any other way.

After having 3 estimates to replace our windows, I chose Ben from Hnd ,The other contractors seemed eager to make a big sale, not fix my problem. During the process Ben was excellent in updating me by phone. Ben and his crew were professional and what a great job they did, including the clean-up each day when they finished. I am glad I trusted my instincts after speaking with him although the reviews Hnd has on Angie's list .

It was a awesome experience. Ben explained everything from the work to the cost. Ben also gave me a fair price and worked with my budget. He made my driveway look great and I'm extremely pleased with the work and customer service he provided. I highly recommend this company.

We had been told about the integrity of this company by several Neighbors, and decided to go with them , we were very pleased with the outcome! We called them and in the next day they came to our house and give us an estimate,we really liked Gary he was very friendly and very professional and answer to any question that we had! We didn't hesitate and sign the contract with him on the same day! The work was starting two days after. Every day they left the place spotless and worked with our busy schedule! My husband is in the construction business I can honestly say I have not ever talk to someone over the phone that I felt so positive about doing business with I just felt that Gary cared. We hired the house next-door for installing a new roof our roof was 25 years old. We found them by a flyer on our door call them and on the next day they arrived to our house to give us an estimate. The price was not the lowest that we had but was worth it they did a perfect job we're very kind and friendly and the most important they were very professional. The quality of the work left me extremely satisfied I generally don't give an A+ grade because I am not an easy guard there but this time it's warranend & well earned.

I am very pleased with the new roof I had placed on my home last week. My old roof was more than 25 years old and had run its course. The shingles were very old and in poor condition and my neighbor who recently had her roof done recommended a company called “House Next Door, “that she used for the job. I can’t tell you enough of how I am extremely pleased with the work they’ve done and their manor of professionalism throughout the duration of this project. I’m glad I took my neighbors advice; I would recommend them to all of my friends and family who are in need of roof replacement

I highly recommend the house next-door. It's my first time that I'm doing a project with them I'm very please with the outcome , they were always on time clean up every day after them , but it took them two days more than I expected, but the final result was perfect.

Looking for roofers on yelp, i stumbled across the house next door , gave them a call and was pleasantly surprised that they got someone out to me within a couple hours. The guy they sent out was really thorough and showed me pictures of exactly what was wrong, and got started on the repairs right away. A little expensive, but easy to work with and they got the job done pretty quickly. The roof ended up looking good so all n all worth the couple extra bucks :)

I was very impressed with The House Next Door. They did everything they said they would do and then some. Their bid was on the high side, however I don't mind due to the quality of the work.

When we purchased our first home the word was "honest contractors are a rare commodity". That statement has proven falls since we hired the house next-door. They are now Reno waiting our second home and we could not be happier.I am a perfectionist but I didn't have anything to say because they did it perfectly ,very professional and with a lot of patience to all of my questions. My wife and I needed our kitchen remodeled. .badly 😊.. we had a flyer from The House Next Door Remodeling, so We set up an appointment for the estimate and consultation regarding design options. Al was the contractor that came out and I'm so glad he did! We hired him to do the work. He is polite, knowledgeable, detail oriented and the price is competitive. His workers did an awesome job and were neat and clean and thorough!! We love our new kitchen. Al gave us upgraded materials and did not charge us more. Al & The House Next Door get ALL our business!!

A good friend of mine recommended me this company. I mentioned to her my budget was low and told me that company was very affordable.the moment I called them they gave me a great quote to have my entire roof . the house next-door and their crew did a great job on constructing the brick walls for my new garden place. they entire break floor looks amazing, I am very thankful for the company I would recommend them to all my friends
