Mike from The House Next Door Did a gorgeous job on my front yard. It came out more perfect that i thought finally now. I finally have the grass that i been wanting. I highly recommend The House Next Door to my neighbors and friends.

Well finally i have the backyard that i wanted thanks to The House Next Door. The Concrete was layout perfectly and even. There was a lot of communication between the contractor and the company. Thank You The House Next Door.

It was a amazing experience with The House Next Door. Especially Igor and his workers were clean and super fast. It all happen when a big wind storm knock down my fence down. That's when i realized that this was a emergency and i remember that a person from the house next door came by and offer me a flyer and i told him that i would keep it for anything. Well i am glad that i kept it. Thank You so much THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR.......

An unusually strong and prolonged wind blew out two sections of our uphill, north vinyl fence. The company repaired it, as promised, about a week after we called about the damage. Time will tell, of course, but the fence still looks fine, and the additional screws that were installed to fasten the lower support securely to the posts may have solved the problem. Based upon the efficiency with which The House Next Door constructed the fence and the integrity they demonstrated when we needed a repair on the lifetime-warranteed fence, I would recommend this company and may hire them again for additional projects.

Excellent work from start to finish. I called the House Next Door to come to my house for an estimate. Rani arrived on time and explained to me what needed to be done. He gave me an estimate on new hardwood flooring. The price that was given to me was extremely fair, mainly after the outcome of the work; I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality. A month back I had a piece of wood come up, so I went ahead and called for warranty. The contractor that had initially done the flooring installation was sent out to my residence on the date and time I requested. Their customer service department manager Neiva was great at communicating and arranging our scheduled dates for repairs. Also Jonathan came by to check everything was fine. I felt very comfortable dealing with this company in general. Great experience.

Well my fencing came out better that i expected. Finally i Have Full security to my backyard and my house. The House Next Door did a marvellous job on the wood fencing and my beautiful Iron gate. Plus there was a lot of communication especially with Igor And Jonathan came by couple of time to make sure that i was really happy. I honestly recommend The House Next Door to everyone.

Well I Can Thank enough THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR and IGOR for helping me with roof. specially before the rain had strike so hard. Now i feel relief that my roof won't leak any more at all. when i come home i can believe how amazing my home looks. Thank you so much IGOR and THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR.

The House Next Door did my pool about 3 years ago and it is still looking beautiful, however I had tiles installed and just recently I noticed a couple was loose. I called the office and spoke to Neva who communicated my problem to her warranty department and scheduled our dates and times for the crew to arrive. The crew completed the small problem within hours and at no additional cost. Thank you for taking care of my problem in such a timely manner.

I'm happy to write a very good review for The House Next Door. They came to my house when they noticed my driveway was horrible. I had them replace the driveway with beautiful paving stones. Next, the Foundation of my house needed retrofit. Next, the lights in the house were all incandescent and have been replaced with LEDs, including dimmers. I had some cracks in the walls and outside, which were beautifully patched then painted. A smell was noticed in the kitchen, under the sink, which turned out to be mold. The entire kitchen and front bathroom has been remodeled with wonderful cabinets, and the exquisite appliances I purchased were installed (new Oven, MIcrowave-Hood, dishwasher and Garbage disposal), along with a really cool new sink. Next, gorgeous carpets have been installed and all new windows will be installed in a week. All of the above was performed by expert painters, electricians and pavers. I am more than happy and would recommend "The House Next Door" for your remodel needs.

The House Next Door did a beautiful job on my house they basically build a new home for me. Neiva was always helping me in regards to any problems that occurs. I could not say Thank you so much to THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR for making my home feel like a new again.

The House Next Door Did My 2 Bathrooms,Recessed lights, Added a Closet Down stairs. Had The Stone match Backsplash in my island. The service was fantastic. The worker were friendly and very clean. Sammy Was Always Making sure that things were getting done. I Highly Recommend The House Next Door Specially To My Family And Friends.

Painting went well. Workers courteous, hard working and clean. Paint job itself turned out excellent. Project moved quickly and on time. Quality was better than expected. I expected to find missed detials, cracks, missed areas etc. I did find two extremely small touch ups and they without question took care of everything and made it perfect. Great job.

The House Next Door Did My Insulation In the Attic, Foundation,Tankless Water Heater, Exterior Paint,Roofing, Reese Lights,as well my plumbing. The Workers Fast And Clean. There was a lot of communication with the contractors. I would definitely use the house next door for my future project.

Igor the salesman came to my home gave me a great estimate on painting my home and of course because of the how awesome he was and how smoothly the process was I was just so ecstatic with everything. The price was worked along my budget and my family is extremely happy with the work. Thank you The house Next Door.

These guys are why people hate contractors. The technician (or should I say, salesperson) could not efficiently identify and address a simple problem with a shower door leaking, and instead focused on up-selling us on re-doing a brand new shower. Our shower was new when we purchased our home a year ago and there is a small amount of water damage on the baseboard due to the door not properly sealing. The technician barely glanced at the baseboard, didn’t check the door seal, or test the water to determine the cause of the water damage. Instead, he stepping into the (new) shower and starting a long speech about how thing whole needed to be redone because of the “mickey mouse” workmanship on the tiles. When he couldn’t adequately answer my husband’s questions, he called his supervisor to come to our house. We waited over 45 minutes, and when the supervisor finally arrived he immediately started on an entirely different sales pitch - that there was a serious mold problem and we needed to pay several hundred dollars for a mold inspection of the entire house. We have since hired a REPUTABLE contractor who in two minutes did more to diagnose the problem than these clowns did in 90 minutes. He turned on the water, tested the door, and immediately identified leaks in the seal. He will fix the door for a reasonable price and assess the water damage, which he doesn’t expect has anything to do with the tiles being crooked. If there does turn out to be a more extensive water sealing problem, I feel confident he will address it in a reasonable and cost-effective way. This was a small job - but we have several much more expensive projects planned for the house and wanted to find a reliable contractor we could trust before investing more money. So disappointed in The House Next Door and after reading a few of the other negative reviews, glad I didn’t give them a penny!
