THIS WILL BE YOUR BIGGEST NIGHTMARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a real honest !!!! Review from a real customer . The "good " review are fake , and was done by friend of people from this company . Not real customer !!!!!!!! This company is a scam !!! Own by Israeli people , that is manipulating people to work with them . Me and some other customers are looking to pursue a class-action lawsuit against The house next door . First , they don't do the work them self .. They hire sub contract , which will come to your place to do an average job . you will be the one that will need to supervise the project .. They charge for supervising but they don't do it !!! you will end up watching each one of the project . and will have to catch up with every thing that will go wrong !!! And each one of does project will go wrong .. From Solar Panel's , new roof & surface , foundation job , & new exterior paint . Each one of does project was not done by the Company themselves . They hire small contract . In LA , it's people from Mexico that don't speak English , they come to the house with no information specific about the type of job and the details .. they leave , when you get home you realize that they forgot to do a lot of things . And the one that they did was done in a rush .. You pay more and full price on each one of does project . That will be done by a small contractor that they hire... you can save your self the money and time and hire does individual contract people by your self . You will save thousands .. and get a better job !!!! I was thinking for the extra money , I will get good Job good and good customer service . and a Company that will supervise the project. I became the supervisor , and not from a choice .. I paid extra for this company to supervise the job and take care of all the details but they didn't .. They also scum the rebate information.. With telling me that if I install Solar Panel's I will get a rebate from the city for 30% (which never happened ). And they will take care of all the rebate paper work .. It's been few month since the project was finally done . With major stress and frustration .. Only to found out that there is no rebate .. I'm stuck with thousand of dollars in bills .. Been trying to get a hold of them on the phone with no respond . On my roof sitting the Solar Panel's for the last four months . They are still not working .. they made a mistake with taking certain pictures and submitting them to the city . That a requirement from the city power Company .. after a bunch of phone calls I found out that it the Company fault and they never took the time to check if Solar Panel is actually working already .. Or if the city have all the information that needed ... I had to take the pictures and email them by myself. They did not apologize for their mistakes . Do your self a favor and avoid the nightmare .. financially & mentally .. they will drain you both !!!!!!! This company designed to take money and not to perform the project right . It's never work for more then few month , I been paying full electric bills , plus the loan that I took for this project. The company ask me to remove my review which I did for few weeks , in return they hire a sub contractor "South West Solar " to install 6 more panels. They did a mistake and the original number of the solar panels was not designed to cover for my electric bills . ( Never mind that they told me originally that the solar system will cover all electric bills and even make money from selling back electricity to the power company). The company that they hire install the 6 panels . With discontinue parts !! The inverter was from 2011 . The company owner Asher know that most people will not notice .. And that more cash to his pocket.. Long story short , the discontinue inverter didn't work , after lost of phone call was replace to a new 2017 .. Which didn't work also .. I gave up and after 11 month that the system did not work , I ask The house next door , to take it back and install new roof from the damage that the panels that screw to the roof .. I got zero respond . So review are back , and I will keep updated

What a Great crew. We are near completion with our bathroom remodeling project. We have been supported every step of the way by a great management crew primarily composed of Eli, Cathy and Noam. Their attention to detail has been superb. They have helped us make decisions, and affirmed our decisions when appropriate. The work crews have been polite, efficient, and incredibly professional. wel Aaron and Alyna came to me two momth ago for estimate about a new roof. My roof was leacking after the hard winter and i wanted to remodel for a new roof. The communication with them was very good, they talked with me every day. the workers was professinals, they worked clean, fast and came on time. no screws or any garbage. I think that the price was little bit too much but it worth it. i will recomend The house next Door for future customer, but I recomend also to try few more estimats just beacuse of the price.

So we hire Ben and Igor to paint our house, and landscape the back yard, and put a water heater. The communication with them was great, all the progress was on time, the workers was professionals, they worked clean. I will recommend on The House Next Door for future customers and I will hire them again for any job.

Luise (my wife) and I found it very easy to talk to both David and Ronen (Company Contractors) who made it a point to be at the site each morning during demolition and much of the repair work. David made it a point to take Luise and I to various material supply stores specializing in tile, marble and flooring products to select the very best available (much wider selection than Lowes or Home Depot). The company was very supportive throughout the project and made sure we had suitable housing (hotels in the area) for over two months while the home was unsuitable to live in due to the extent of project. Ronen was always very helpful in explaining what were the next steps to be done and how it was to be done which I found to be helpful as I was present much of the time and watched the men perform their jobs. Both David and Ronen were only a phone call away and very responsive. I found it helpful to be able to go on my own and pick out the various kitchen appliances on my own (David gave us a budget figure to work within) as well as the bathroom fixtures rather than leaving it up to them. The project took 4 months to complete but part of that was due to rain delays (Jan. & Feb. 2017 heavy rains after a 4 year drought). I liked the fact that I was introduced to the various subcontractors (cabinet maker, roofer, tilers, etc.) and was able to interact directly with them when issues arose. David especially was very helpful in interceding on our behalf if there were any questions. My only suggestion would be for both David and Ronen better manage the timing of what subcontractor are doing and making sure the materials are available as needed. This would have saved several days throughout the course of the project. Overall, we were very pleased with the interaction and support rendered by David, Ronen and the various subcontractors. The cost was not inexpensive but due to the scope of the work it was reasonable. David Villasenor (home owner)

Terrible. High-pressured door-to-door sales tactics. No actual estimate provided, even though there was talk of a detailed scope of work. Suddenly a non-specific "contract" materialized that they wanted me to sign - not attached or referencing any list of what the would work on. P

I hired the House Next Door to remodel my floor. Roni came a week ago to give me an estimate for a new floor, Roni was very professional and friendly. we signed on the contract and the worked finished less then a week. Roni crew was very nice, they worked clean, they looked really professional, same t shirts and big smile on their face's. The communication with Roni was amazing we spoke every day on the phone, he explained everything, and was really politely. Yesterday i back from the work and i saw my new tile!! thank you so much Roni and The House Next Door for amazing job, i will recommend about you guys and specially about Roni!

The work was done on time. Our project manager Adam was awesome, he always answered my phone calls and showed up when he said he would. The workers were professional and on time. The roof was delayed by rain, and the workers covered it with plastic so we wouldn't have any leaks. The a/c and furnace were replaced in one day. Overall, it was a very good experience and I plan to use The House Next Door for future home improvements, and will recommend them to my friends.

Everyone was very punctual and considerate. The work performed was of excellent quality and was performed on time. The follow-up was excellent and everything got completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend The House Next Door to friends and family needing any work performed.

Fantastic Everyone was so professional and did the work neatly and efficiently. I had incredible communication throughout my job with Kareem and David from quality control. My house looks incredible and I'll never leave it. My windows are amazing and are sound proof. The pavers make my home look like a million dollars. And the astroturf finally made my yard clean and beautiful. I can't wait for my next job with House Next Door.

Ron and Eric came to look at the house and they give us an estimate. They were honest and friendly and explain everything. We sat an hour and half and we were happy with all of the conversation. 4 days later they came back and began all the work. The workers were nice, clean and really professionals! The communication with the company was wonderful, especially with Eric who took care for us all the time. They began on Tuesday and finished on Friday! Not one spot of paint or stucco on windows or cement! so clean. We highly recommend The House Next Door for any customer ! We will hire them again, ASK FOR ERIC!

The House Next Door did my roof and install a new solar panel. The job was good. They workers worked clean, professional and nice. The project manager was Ben, really friendly, loyal and a good guy. We recomend The House Next Door and will hire them again in the future.

It went great! There were 3 different storms during the work & the guys worked through the first one because it started while they were here. The crew was amazing and did a great job. The project manager, was great & whenever we had any questions. There was a slight issue with one of the drains that were installed, but when I contacted the project manager, he had someone come the very next day & it was fixed quickly. We are very happy with the job that was done &

I am updating my review after the company sent out another person to inspect the damage and give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and made some helpful suggestions. I do not know why they didn't send this person out in the first place and why I had to endure a month of being run around and losing wages. If you can work with David Kaufman, then you should, if you get anyone else, then you are rolling the dice in terms of customer service and follow through. Please note, they have not done any actual work for me and only attended to my calls after I wrote negative Yelp and Angie's List reviews.

Everything went Great. I felt confident in their ability to handle the entire job. I felt like I didn't need to constantly remind them or over watch their work. I am completely satisfied with the work done and would recommend. He never pushed me to spend outside of my budget. I am so happy I choose him he is like a dream come true. Kerem treated me like royalty, he kept me informed and he would inspect all the work once it was finished.

It didn't. An appointment had been made for their representative to come out and give an estimate. This was made with a door-to-door solicitor stating that 'The House Next Door' would be doing work in the neighborhood and did I have need of their services. I made an appointment, as was assured that they would call just prior to that time. So I arranged my schedule. And waited, and waited, and waited. Nothing. No phone call, no representative. My guess is that, given the size/costs of work done per various Angie's List reviews, mine would be sufficiently smaller and not worth their time. So, unless losing an afternoon is not important, I would not recommend this company to anyone who's budgeted work is less than $3,000.

Do yourself a favor, call someone else. I called the company and they sent someone out right away. The guys who came said they needed their specialist to come the next day. That person never came. I called the company back and they said they would send someone out in 2 days. They sent 2 more people out and I was told they would return at 9am in 4 days to give me my estimate. They never showed up. I called the company again and they said they scheduled an appointment. I received a confirmation text from the company and then they never showed. I called again and was told that they spoke to me in the morning (they did not) and that both homeowners needed to be present (not something they required on the previous 2 visits). I told them they should have disclosed this to me and they blatantly lied. I missed work and lost money to be available for these appointments.

Well i am glad that The House Next Door came to my home. I finally feel stress free knowing that i don't longer have no MOLD in my home. Plus i ended up remodeling my bathroom completely and adding Tankless Water Heater to My home. I am Grateful that there is a company that cares for me and my family. For me that is priceless thank you The House Next Door.

The Company The House Next Door did my roofing. After having a major leak in my living room. Adi came out and gave me a fabulous price. The work started the next day and it way complete in just one week. The Whole Staff was clean and professional. I will definitely used The House Next Door for My next project. Thank you
