Landmark Energy Upgrades

It’s been a while that I wanted to have a company that can come over and check the house for any problems that increased my monthly bills and to fix them at a normal price. I came across this company and I scheduled a meeting with Ezra and Charlie to come over and see/check. Ezra and Charlie checked the house for more than 2 hours and they found out that some of the windows were old and needed to be replaced with new ones. In addition to that, they recommended me to remove the water heater and to install a tankless system that will provide me with hot water only when I need and by having that, my bills will be reduced.The Quote that I got from him was good enough (to my opinion) and I retained them for the job. The work that they did proved to be good one and I see that in my monthly bills. It was a 2 weeks work and I am completely happy with my decision to hire them.

My friends had installed a new HVAC system and they told me that the system improved the monthly utilities bills and the house is always warm. I contacted the company that made the installation and I spoke to Ezra. Ezra provide me with some basic information about them and about the system that they installed at my friend’s house and he asked me to pass by and look at my house in order to determine what will be the best system for my house. Ezra arrived to my house and checked the existing system and he explained to me the differences between that one to the new one. I decided to hire them and to go for the system. Before the installation, Ezra came over and did a special test that took close to 4 hours. He covered all the windows and ducts and ran a special machine that supposed to check and detect any leaks of energy. The end results of the test came out good and this was a good relief. The installation of the HAVC system went smoothly and without any issues. The work took 2 days and the new system start to prove itself. I must admit that I’m happy that I was referred to this company and that I hired them for this work.

Great company and good service. Charlie from landmark construction came over to check and see the work that I wanted to do and after our first meeting, he came back and provided me with several options of color combinations for the paint. In additional to that, Charlie repaired some cracks that the walls had and he included that in the estimate as well. The work was performed by his workers and they did a great job! The tankless system that he installed for me came out as the best part of the work because it provided me with hot water while saving the gas when I'm not using it. During the work, I noticed that Charlie is pretty honest man and his estimate was pretty much very good.

My research about everything that can be a good benefit for me about energy, lead me to Landmark construction crew. I read a lot in their website and after I contacted them, I initiate a meeting with Ezra and Roy. They arrived to my house and recommended me to perform a fully audit that will reveal a full picture of any leaks or issues that I might have at the house. The audit didn't cost much and Ezra with additional 2 people, worked for several hours and checked everything. Their report revealed that there were several issues including the windows and AC system. As part of my work with them, I had them fix some of the issues. Ezra was very nice to me from the moment he showed at my house. He always backed up his recommendations with the results of the report.

I have no complains about this company and the people that worked at my house. At my house, Ezra sent 4 workers that came over and did all the paint work. They covered everything and made sure to move all the bulky items so they won?t get damaged. After they finished the work, they returned and arranged the items and then moved to the next area. Ezra assigned to my house his supervisor Charlie and he visited the house several times during the work time and made sure that we are happy and that there are no problems. Most of the paint work was a sponge paint with 2 colors but the common areas were with a special paint which took longer to do. I'm very happy with this company and I highly recommend them for any paint work.

After scouring the internet and some friends for local contractors that can remodel my kitchen, I came across Landmark Construction (Charlie) who provided me with a quote that I was comfortable with and that included all the items that I wanted to have in my new kitchen. I hired Charlie and his team of workers to renovate my kitchen, guest bathroom and install new hardwood floors throughout my house. Now that the project is completed, I could not be happier with the end results. The most important thing for me (besides quality of work), was the communication between me and Charlie since I have a very busy schedule and Charlie was always responsive to all my requests. My new kitchen and guest bathroom looks amazing. The floor came out beautiful. Charlie gave me a time frame of 4-5 weeks for this renovation. But they were able to finish a little bit sooner than that and I was extremely happy. I highly recommend Landmark Construction based on my great experience.

Professional company! From start to finish Ezra did the job for quite a reasonable price for such a big remodeling project. Ezra went through the entire construction without any problems, which was rare for us especially when we had other constructions projects in the past. Ezra and the workers were always in a good mood. Ezra knew how to organize them and to provide them with a daily and weekly tasks so no one from them will lost time. The main key that we were happy about, was that Ezra completed the remodeling project on the day he said he would. We couldn't be happier!

Great service and honest people to work with! Charlie was able to give me a good estimate for repairing my concrete at my back yard. Although it was not a big project, Charlie agreed to do it and he sent to my house 2 guys that took out the old concrete and to do a new one with a nice design. The workers worked for 3 days in a row and they made sure to do their work without interfear us. At the end they made sure to clean and to ask our permission that everything is good.

We wanted to bring a new look to the house by replacing the floor. After checking several companies, we decided to contact landmark construction because we saw a project that they did and we liked the feedback from the people that hired them. We met with Ezra and he looked and saw the house. He provided us with several samples of wood floor and after we selected the floor that we wanted to have, we met again for the final price for the work. Ezra was able to work with us about the price and the dates of installation. He was able to send 4 guys that will remove the old floor and to install the new one. The work was completed after 2 weeks and this could happened only because they worked on several sections at the house in the same time. The workers cleaned each space at the house where they worked and we were pleased with this type of work.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and we are very happy with what Ezra from Landmark Construction was able to delivered! The first thing we liked about this company is not only the gret estimate but he also did amazing 3D rendering of our new kitchen! This kitchen remodeling atarts by trying to get few quotes around town from several contractors, and than to compare them as much as we could in order to get a normal picture of the prices. Ezra was able to beat them all! He gave us a very detailed plan on what they were working and they got it done right, within 1 month. At our house, Charlie was the supervisor and he is definitely the best! He kept us posted with things happening during the project. We do recommend them for construction projects!

Landmark Construction provided us with an amazing customer service throughout the process of the remodeling from start to end. Their prices were very competitive. It doesn't get much better than this. We were having foundation work done on my elderly mother's home in LA. We arranged this remotely via a friend that recommended us to Ezra and Charlie. Ezra took time, care, and patience to make sure that the remodeling will be comfortable with the process and to answer each and every one of our questions. This alone makes us recommend them as highly as possible. Customer service of this level is very very rare today. The work that they did was managed by Charlie. Charlie brought his 3 men team and made sure they will do an amazing work and as fast as they could. I would use this company again without any hesitation. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Great people to work with! Charlie and his people did a good and beautiful work at my house. At first, i was looking for a company that can come over and will replace the carpet for my kids and install a functional closets. Charlie was able to give me a good and logical deal that was comparable to 2 other estimates that i had. While they were working on this remodeling, I asked charlie what will be his ideas about the bathroom and how much will it cost me to do. Charlie was able to give me a great price on that because his people were working at my house already. The bathroom that he did for me included a new bathtub and stone walls In addition to new shower system and new paint. This addition of work, added 3 more weeks to the project, but overall it was worth it! It was a pleasure to work with someone that know what he is doing and that the workers are happy and made it to work each day.

Ezra and his team are Awesome! Ezra is incredibly professional, funny, responsive & communicative and mostly, a joy person to interact with. His team of 4 people were very nice and respectful of our home. They always put covered the areas where they worked and left the place clean We had some major leaks and we had them redo our center patio and front exterior stairs. Ezra's quotes were fair. He ended up having to invoice us for some extra costs but that wasn't totally unexpected since we didn't know exactly what would be there when we opened up the stucco and pulled up the floors and walls. His time estimates were pretty accurate and he only had to go a day over what he initially planned. The work they did was top notch. Ezra spent a lot of time helping us decide on a design. Once we decided and the tile arrived (which, incidentally, takes forever if it's not in stock. They worked quickly. They were very thorough, in addition to that, they always encouraging us to authorize them to do it the right way - not the cheap or easy way. A family friend of us, who's a general contractor as well, was there for some of the work to see if everything is ok and he was impressed with how they did the job. The finished product is gorgeous!

Ezra from Landmark construction, was the leader and supervisor at my house for the kitchen remodeling project. Ezra proved to us that he have a great knowledge and he can bring any kitchen idea to reality. His work included The design and the implementation of the new kitchen and he also knew how to guide the workers in order to achieve the best results. Each of our question was referred in a professional way and Ezra always answered to our calls OR was able to return to us soon. The kitchen remodeling included appliances, new floor, paint, cabinets and counter top on top of new sink, hardware etc... The work was completed within a month and the results came out above our vision. We appreciate the work he did and we will hire this company in the future!

We had Ezra and his 2 workers come out to do an inspection on our new house. We were able to schedule a inspection within a few days that worked with our busy schedule. Ezra came over and prepared the house for the audit and worked for almost 4 hours in order to complete it and to finish early, Ezra was also kind enough to wait for us to get off work and head over as quick as we could. Several days after, Ezra came again with the report that was prepared by his office staff and he went over the report and pictures with us. Ezra was able to find several problem spots. He explained to us why they were a problem as well as how we can fix them, and how big of an issue they were. His report was a 37 page, detailed report that explained everything we needed to address in detail. Our new house was a huge purchase for us, and we feel much better now that Ezra was able to give us a great opinion about the problems & how to solve them in order to enjoy the house and to save money on the utilities bills. We will be using this company again if we ever need another inspection!

We have a 1970's and we decided to have an energy audit by Landmark Construction. It was clear that our house have some energy issues and was in need of a any type of energy overhaul. The report that was prepared for us by Charlie and his office staff, was comprehensive, clear to understand and revealed that the ducts at the attic was not sized appropriately. In addition to that, the furnace/AC in the smaller unit was old (and original) and had to be replaced. The recommendations that Charlie told us, included a new furnace/AC, new tankless water system, hot water pipe insulation, building sealing, the insulation and new ducting throughout the house. This was the best investment we ever made. I could not believe the difference in our utilities bill. Charlie and his team were great, professional and experienced. I wish we did these 15 years ago!!

Serious company and certified people. We contact them to come over and to check for any energy issue that we might have and to find the solution for it in order to cut our monthly bills as much as we can. Charlie with his several workers came and did the inspection that took close to 5 hours. During that time, they covered everything in the house and walked with a special machine that can show them any place around that can be a problem. After Charlie completed that inspection, He then came back to us several days after with a detailed report that explain what they did and what problems we have. His report was detailed and clear to understand. Based on his report, we asked him to provide us with an estimate that will fix all the problems in the report. Charlie was able to do it and to work with us around the estimate so we will be able to do it and to pay for it. We are waiting to see the reduction in the bills and to see that what we did was in fact a good thing.

It was a while since we got our suspensions about the monthly utilities bills and we search for a company that can help us with this task. We spoke to several companies and most of them either didn't come on time or even canceled the meetings. Charlie from landmark spoke to us over the phone and he wanted to get from us the most information about what are we trying to get and what is the current problem. We scheduled a meeting with him and he came over and went over the monthly utilities bills. Than he checked the house and looked around to see if there is something that caught his attention as a problem that can be fixed. After that, he scheduled with us a day for the inspection and he explained to us how they work and how is the inspection should be. After his inspection that was made by his team of workers, he came back and provided us with the report and the results of the inspection. He went with us line by line and explained us the recommendations that we take care of. We are happy with this kind of service and we did hire them to fix the issues that they find and we most likely will hire them to install solar system at the house.

Landmark Energy Upgrades really came to my rescue when we were looking for a team of professionals who know exactly what they are doing. We had another team go through with trying to install a PV solar system, but unfortunately even though they promised miracles they never delivered. But the guys at Landmark came in and did the job like pros and the rates they charged were unbelievable for the great service that we got!

Landmark Energy Upgrades really proved to be energy efficiency experts and audited our home thoroughly while patiently answering our questions. I had several issues with my water heather and I wanted to consult A company for a new method that can provide me a hot water when I need plus to try and save some money on the monthly bills. I got a hold of Landmark Energy Upgrades, and I spoke to them over the phone about it. They explained me several methods of a water heater system and at the end, they advised me on a high efficiency tankless water heater and a solar water heater system which not only uses less energy, but also gives hot water in a short period of time. More research about that recommendation, lead me to hire them and to have them install that new system. Few months after and all I can say is that I am glad I changed to the new system and in addition to that, I'm very pleased that Ezra and his crew through did the planning and the installation of the system. They were knowledgeable, professional and worked efficiently and meticulously.

My energy bills were going through the roof around seven months ago and I was pretty sure that there weren’t any energy leaks but decided to get an inspection on exactly what was going wrong anyway. After contacting quite a few energy efficiency companies, I came across LA Landmark Energy Upgrades and was relieved. They were educated, informed about the mainstream and alternative options. They weren’t pushy selling their services, but really cared for my situational needs. After an extensive evaluation and analysis, they suggested going for an energy efficient roof. I was hesitant to go through with it at first... with more expenses. Yet, I realized that the long term investment would be well worth it... and months later, I can say it truly was!!! After the installation, I saw that the bills came down by a huge margin.

Last week I had Landmark energy upgrades, do energy efficiency work at my home. The work included sealing all my duct-work in the attic as well as sealing all the spots between the living space below and blowing in additional insulation in order to bring me up to today's standards. I also had them replace all the duct work in my crawlspace and seal it as well as when they came for their initial inspection they found that my duct-work was riddled with holes and was completely uninsulated as well as being unsealed. I initially contacted Landmark after receiving notification that they were offering assorted rebates for home owners to incentivize them to do upgrades to there homes. I was super pleased with these guys, a total of two crews worked on our home and they were both quick, professional, and explained what they would be doing in detail when they first arrived. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Immediately I noticed a difference in my home after the work was finished. The HVAC system weren?t running nearly as much and the temperature in the home was absolutely more consistent. Landmark Energy Upgrades promptly handled all the paperwork required in order for me to receive my rebates making this part of the process extremely easy. I fully recommend these guys!

After the workers completed the covering, He then ran a test with a special machine and took some screenshots of before and after. All the images were included in the report that cover everything. At the end of the report we were able to determine the problem in which it was not the big and Ezra gave us the option to fix it as well under a separate estimate.
