Description of Work: Never called me back to give an estimate. I guess with El Nino approaching contractors are picking and choosing the work they want to accept and my job was to re-roof a 400 square foot flat patio overhang which was installed incorrectly, to replace at least 12 or more tiles on my home's roof, re-caulk and seal posts to my solar pool water system, caulk a leaky window, and to please check and clean the rain gutters if necessary.
