And at the end of it, even WE were delighted with what we saw. Cesar does everything he can to make sure you're getting what you want. And he delivers. This was apparent from the very beginning. He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process.
