Carlos Martinez, the owner, did an outstanding job with his two helpers. They were punctual, they prepared the floor surface properly, and they installed the tile, grout and sealer in 3 to 4 days. I am extremely pleased with the result, and I intend to call Carlos for all my tile jobs from now on. Carlos is a very nice, professional and knowledgeable person and he did a great job for a fair price. I will be recommending him to all my friends.

Carlos and his crew were so professional and they did an outstanding job! My new tile floors are perfect, and they got the job done quickly and with the best quality - made sure everything was perfect, added wood molding, painted it - I couldn't be happier. And Carlos' wife Patricia was incredibly helpful when I was choosing my tile - she even talked me out of a more expensive option because it would be difficult to clean! I would highly recommend this company!

We initially met with Carlos and his wife Patricia and discussed the possibilities of tile replacement, tile options etc. They were both really great to work with. They met with us at a tile store the following weekend and presented many different tile options from which to choose and gave us some samples to take home to determine what would work best. We selected a couple options and the work began the following week. They estimated completion of the job would take 6-7 days but it ended up taking only four and we were very happy with the results. We are considering having additional work done by C-Bek and would definitely recommend them to others.

I am very pleased with my experience with this company. They recommended patterns that turned out beautiful. They did great work and left the job site clean.

I found C-BEK (Carlos Martinez) on Angie's List. Friends and relatives suggested other tile installers, but everyone seemed flaky and overpriced. One installer asked me to buy twice as much tile than the others. Not sure what that was about. Carlos came right away to give an estimate, measure and suggest tile patterns. At the time of estimate, he was finishing up another large job, but he was worth the wait. I ordered tile and had to wait two weeks for it. While waiting, Carlos kept in touch and let me know he'd contact me as soon as he was done with the big job. I called him when the tile arrived and we were able to set a date for installation. The night before, he called to confirm and told me he'd be arriving with his crew at 8am. Sure enough, they arrived on time and got to work right away. The crew of four was clean and great about picking up after themselves. They worked like a well-oiled machine and tiled two bathrooms at the same time. Carlos supervised both rooms and made sure I liked the patterns before they were permanently installed. By 2:30pm, everything was installed, cleaned, and the crew was on their way. I'm thrilled with the results! I hope to have C-BEK come back when I am ready to remodel my kitchen.

They did an excellent job. They were very prompt and came right away.

Everything went great. Of the company's contacted Carlos at C-Bek was by far the most responsive. He went to great lengths to find a suitable piece of granite to match. This involved multiple visits to my house. Throughout the whole effort Carlos was patient and professional. Once a granite piece was found, his crew fabricated and installed it within 24 hours. The results are perfect.

We previously used Carlos for the Granite in our daughters condo, so when we needed to have this work done we call Carlos again. His crew was efficient, clean and very professional. The work was done on time and on budget, no surprises. We have referred Carlos to several of our friends and they have had the same experience. We would only call Carlos for this type of work.

I searched Angie's list and found two contractors that performed the work I was looking for. I called CBEK and my call was answered by Carlos Martinez, the owner. I explained what I was looking for, and we agreed on a time he would come to my home and provide me a free estimate. He and his wife, Patricia, arrived at my home at the agreed upon time and both my wife and I quickly took a liking to both Carlos and his wife. We described what we wanted and while Carlos measured the rooms, his wife engaged us in a conversation regarding our plans. She gave us some ideas as we explained the color patterns we had chosen for out cabinets and granite tops. We had not selected the travertine floor, and Patricia provided us with local stores that carried travertine stone. We ultimately purchased the material at one of the stores she recommended. Within the hour, carlos provided us with a detailed estimate to remove and haul away the old material, prepare the floor, lay and seal the stone and add border moulding. The price was very competitive and I asked him to provide it to me in writing ,which he promptly provided within 24 hours. I also asked him for several references which he also gave me. I called and spoke to 5 of his references. They we re all positive and most of them were repeat customers in high end neighborhoods. Carlos also showed us photos of the work he has done. I checked out his license with the state contractors board and awarded the job to CBEK. From that point on, Carlos was punctual, stayed in contact with us and started the job when he said he would. We were delayed in getting started due to some unplanned electrical and drywall repair. Carlos accommodated us and called every few days. He picked up the materials and brought it to our home on a Saturday. I had a pretty tight schedule based on his completing the floor and. He arrived every day on time and spent the entire day for 3 days. His crew is very clean and when they completed they job, they cleaned up. The quality of the installation was beyond my expectations. He was on the job and closely supervised the work. At one point, he removed 3 stones that he did not like they way they came out, even though they looked pretty good to me. His crew was careful not to damage the newly installed custom made cabinets. He even added crown molding to my family room and did a fantastic job. The job was completed by Carlos adding the base molding which he painted and filled the nails holes and sanded the joints. This was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor and we will definitely use Carlos and CBEK again, and again and again........

Carlo's and his team were very professional and expert in their field. They came by on a Monday to measure and within the week brought the counter tops, did the demolition and installed the most beautiful counter tops that you can imagine. They were very efficient, clean, on time and best of all, on budget. In addition, they laid tile in our entryway and fire place, which looks amazing. Carlo's knows allot about all facets of construction, and referred me to the best wood floor installer that I have ever used. We have referred C-Bek to several of our friends, and they have all had the same great experience.
