I had to make many calls to so cal climate control to get them to come back to finish the job. They have a lot of work and not enough workers to finish the jobs they get. I should have gone with Bergusons heating and ac. Hopefully, you do not have a bad experience like mine.

Mike Molloy and his team at SoCal Climate Control installed a new HVAC system at my home in Laguna Niguel in August 2020. I highly recommend them. Their work was done quickly (one day), correctly, and cleanly. Highly recommended!

be sure to discuss all options that are available. also be sure to get explanation on why a particular option is recommended. seems to be a lot of variables between vendors. this company was very dependable, quick installation, no mess afterwards.

Very poor customer service. We have already paid for installation and they have canceled appointments on us twice, last minute with zero follow up. On top of that, they are now trying to charge extra to come out to complete the installation. It has been an absolute nightmare working with this company. If you hire them, you will be dealing with a call center and incompetent reps and technicians. And they emphasize how busy they are. Be prepared to not feel like a valued customer. I have two more jobs that I need to be done but I would never hire this company again.

They came out for 0<-07-20 and scheduled my appointment for today 07-20-20. This is a great company.who I would recommend to my.family and friends

The technician arrived within the time frame given. The technician (Ryan F) diagnosed and fix the problem within 40 minutes. Very pleased with the service provided and reasonable price.

Tech was very helpful explaining which smart thermostat to order.

They do not contact in a timely manner. The work is not done to what is promised in the contract.
