REVIEW UPDATE: August 5,2024, So wanted to update this review. Had their work almost a year ago. The fan was installed in the attic, when first initially installed worked but had a situation with it. As it was connected to the control of the light. So requested someone to come and just reconnect it. Someone came who was not an electrician and could not do the job. I was fine with the fan not working in the mean time as it was winter time. Moving forward to now. Had an electrician take a look at the connection so not to be a bother. I find out its the fan that is not working. Today Mario came and changed the Fan without no hassle. Thanks again guys for the great service. Tod, Mike, Kevin, Dustin, and their team were really great. Had a difficult situation with our project. Aspestos was discovered in our attic by one of their guys. So they could not do the work done until the Aspestos was removed. They were great at rescheduling to another day. Working and communicating with me about the project. Then, when their day for installation came, another situation happened where the company who was supposed to remove the Aspestos did not finish the job. They were very patient and waited for the other company to remove the Aspestos. When it was their turn, they moved fast and efficiently. They cleaned the attic, did rodent seal and air seal, and installed R38 all in the same day. Thanks for the great work.

They were able to blow in additional insulation, but some of the patchwork we needed to have redone because it wasn't completely flush with the wall.

After having a new air conditioning system installed, to replace an old inefficient one, we decided to make sure our attic had the correct insulation as well as the appropriate R-value. Since our home was built in the 1950's, the insulation throughout the attic was minimal. We hired Insulation Commandos to survey and provide us with the appropriate solution. The solution involved removal of the old insulation, cleaning the area, and installing the correct insulation based on our homes location. We now believe we can keep our energy costs down and provide less strain on our AC system. Great job team!

The installer manage to blow out the waterheater pilot. Did not notice and leaf my elderly tenants with cold water. My tenant hired a handy man to relight it. Otherwise the installation was good. Price excellent.

Top notch technicians with top notch equipment. Very satisfied with the service. Very good communication between the scheduling office and customer also. They utilized email and texts to the maximum extent possible to keep me informed of any issues. For the price, can't beat it.

I wish I could rate them below one star. Unfortunately, I have no option. They did the installation a few months ago, and now I need the heating to switch on, but it is not working. I am with my two kids, who are suffering from colds due to the sudden weather change and need the heat turned on. I reported this incident and have no response yet. The day is almost over, and I am worried about the night. I requested that they have a phone assist so that I can troubleshoot myself. They refused. I do not know what is more important to them if they cannot help with urgency. I remember they were chasing me to get the installation every hour; now they don't have time to address this. Please do not use this company. I regret having the installation done by them. Please be wise and learn from my experience. This is a scam company. STAY AWAY.

Really great customer service. Technician was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made some good suggestions without pushing us to buy more services. He was on time and communicated his eta before arriving.

The Technicians did excellent work and were very easy to talk with and they were very knowledgeable they explained the system quite well... I would recommend their work to anyone.

The SoCal Climate control Team did an excellent job. They removed the old furnace and installed the new one. The job included fabrication of components on-site as well as mating existing exhaust with new piping. They also cleaned the heating vents .All work was done well. The house is cozy.

It was installed with a kink in the condensation hose and was not aware that it leaked under our hallway wood floor. This was June 2022. I paid to have a leak detection company come out and say the floor was OK. In August 2022, we ran HVAC for a couple of days during the heat wave and water came out of the HVAC unit, ruining our hallway wood floor. It is 10/29/2022 and we still have not heard from their office on how they are going to fix our floor.
