ALLSAFE LOCK AND KEY

I had to rekey locks because so many copies of previous keys were given out to contractors, handymen,etc. and some left on not good terms. Therefore, needed to rekey locks.

They did a great job. I used them the first time from Angie's list and will continue to use them. They were fast, reliable, and always did what they said they would do!

Excellent service, arrived right on time despite rush hour morning appointment. Assessed situation quickly and completed entire job of re-keying 6-doors (2 with double locks) within 2-hours. Don't be afraid to call the company, it is family owned for over 30-years and they are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to try and save you money while providing quality service. Will I use them again - - - YES!

AllSafe was professional and accommodated my need to change the time they were to come over without a problem. Once he arrived at the agreed time, he worked quickly. He also fixed the front door so the lock would no longer be so hard to turn, which is what broke the key in the first place. He explained the difference between keys and gave me several options to choose from. I would highly recommend AllSafe to anyone needing any and all locksmith work.

Had been trying for a long time to get a particular key made for a cabinet. Lowes, Home Depot, and Osh did not have the proper blanks. The very courteous gentleman found the blank and made the key in literally 20 seconds--and it works great.

The company is a very well run family business. Rob, our locksmith, was very professional - punctual and knowledgeable. One of our locks needed a replacement part which needed to be special ordered. Rob ordered the part and he replaced it without charging us another service fee when he came back. He also helped us with a door issue without charging extra. I highly recommend Allsafe - they're good people and trustworthy.

Wow! I called around 4 pm to make an appointment to get the locks changed on all my doors. To my surprise, the locksmith told me he could be there in about an hour. He came out and did the work quickly and efficiently, made me 4 keys, and did not make a mess. He was very friendly and easy to work with. I'll never use another locksmith company!

Great experience! Gave me a time slot from 10-11. Called around 10 and told me he was at the shop and asked for the details on what I needed so he would have it in his truck. He had to work his way around ADT, who was installing a security system at the same time, but he seemed to have no problem with that. Sorry about that! He explained everything well and made sure to voice any concerns and confirm what I wanted before he started doing the work. I knew our locking mechanisms were not functioning properly beforehand, so I was glad that he caught it as well and brought it to my attention (I forgot to mention it to him when he first called from the shop). I would definitely use them again for the next home I purchase!

I needed to replace my aunt's deadbolt in her apartment. The person I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating and we made a morning appointment. Rob came and did the work in just a few minutes, went to his truck and returned with a couple of extra keys in addition to the ones we asked for because he was a little late in arriving. Apologizing and explaining his delay, and giving my aunt the extra keys was very much appreciated and we would definitely use him again.

Rob arrived on time and replaced the lock cylinder quickly. He was concerned as to whether the cylinder would look too shiny with the rest of my aged door hardware, and offerred to try to repair the existing cylinder if I wished. He was skilled and friendly, and gave me the angie's member discount even though my printer was malfunctioning and I wasn't able to print out his company coupon. Definitely a nice experience!

Rob was very nice and professional. He arrived on time and he was very thorough with every detail, right down to cleaning up. I have a small business and I understand that a lot of customers often think they're being overcharged for things. Rob was sensitive to customers thinking this and explained, in detail, his businesses wholesale prices for the locks and for labor. He explained this is a family business and they've been around a while, I thought that was a great detail.

It was a little more than I wanted to pay. They called me back the same day. They gave me an estimate, but because the work needed to be done after hours, it was a little too expensive.

I took a key to their shop, I needed a copy made. The exact match didn't exist in their shop even though they have a huge inventory. They found a near match and made one for me. It worked fine when I got home. They went above and beyond helping me out that day.

He showed up exactly when I was told he would. He obviously knows his stuff....unlike the last 3 I've hired recently!!
