Ok. He knew what he was doing. He did not clean the floor after he completed the task

Craig responded quickly, gave me a quote and we came up with a time/day for him to come. His colleague Mark called and confirmed his appointment 2 days prior and showed up on time and on schedule. No problems rekeying and installing the lock/latch, and took about 1.5 hrs to do the entire job. Would hire them again, great job.

Great! When I called Allsafe and explained my problem, they scheduled an appointment quickly. The locksmith arrived promptly, was able to repair the lock, and provide us with duplicate keys immediately. An excellent experience.

Done well, quickly, and left a clean work place. Said one of the locks had been incorrectly keyed, and he was correcting it. Can't remember whether it was a lock i neede done or one of the others that he happened to see.

Technician was prompt, professional and friendly. He made sure the new handle matched the old handle and re-keyed the lock to match the deadbolt.

The locksmith showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the work. He found that one of the locks had been installed incorrectly and corrected it for us. He was able to quickly re-key the locks and give us feedback on the locks that we had and why were encountering certain issues. Would definitely hire them again.

Rob came within three hours of my first call, apologizing that it had taken him so long. He asked to see the locks in question, gave me what turned out to be a highly accurate estimate in ten minutes, and finished the whole job inside an hour. He was never less than professional, and his price was very fair. I only wish he had twin brothers who were in other service sectors, or would allow himself to be cloned.

Rob Jones is a true professional. And, he cared about the safety of my family. When I phoned him on a Friday night, fearing that my front door lock had been vandalized, Rob made a special trip, first thing on Saturday morning, to make a personal visit to secure our home. He installed a new, beautiful lock this morning, again making a special trip to accommodate my work schedule. Would recommend this company to everyone! His prices are incredibly reasonable as well.

Service was wonderful! Chris from Allsafe was professional, very responsive and friendly. Chris arrived on time and got me an estimate quickly. He helped me to find the lock I was looking for and gave me a few options. I purchased the lock on Amazon. Allsafe provided the sliding door security bar and the sliding door lock part. Chris arrived on time and installed everything as promised. I had an Angie's List "25% off labor" coupon that he applied to the final cost. I was extremely happy with Allsafe and would absolutely use them again. Request Chris if you can - he's great and knows his stuff.

The locksmith was professional, punctual, and courteous. Since the old locks were 30 yrs old, the new locks had to be fitted in the space already there, but that wasn't a problem. The work was done as estimated in a reasonable amount of time, and the locks work like a charm!

I have been coming here for years for duplicate keys. Many years ago after my Toyota was broken into, they came up with a round lock that used a round key that deterred theft. They are always on time, very professional, honest and prices are reasonable. They service consumers as well as Corporate Accounts. I can't praise them highly enough and would never consider going anywhere else. Thank you again, guys.

He came the same day and was able to rekey and repair a lock in one hour. I thought he did fast work and that the price was reasonable.He is very polite and friendly.

Rob is extremely nice and helpful. The response to my email was quick, and service was scheduled for the following day. Though he ended up running a little later than expected, Rob called to let me know when he would be arriving. The work was completed quickly and he also threw in an adjustment on a deadbolt lock at no extra charge. Excellent job in all respects

I strongly recommend Allsafe Lock and Key. Of course it always happens on a holiday weekend. I called Friday morning before Memorial Day and a locksmith was onsite the same afternoon. I left a message on Sunday and requested follow up support for Tuesday. Bright and early Tuesday AM I got a call back. Their response was immediate. So pleased to find a company with quality work and impeccable customer service. (While he was here I also got a quick lesson on how my front door security lock actually works.)

Rob repaired the strike and lubricated the lock and made sure door was stabilized.

Worker completed repairs to three locks quickly and with regard to the quality of the deadbolt locks and the ability to repair them rather than replace them.

We recently purchased a townhouse from a crazy person. We needed to get the locks changed without delay upon possession. That's a long story, so I'll just leave it at that. I called Rob on Wednesday to schedule an appointment for Friday at 10am. He may have been able to come sooner, but that was the first day we were available to be there as well. At 10:15am, Jack, the owner arrived. This sounds like it's off to a bad start, but it isn't. Rob blew a tire on his way to our appointment and quickly got Jack to cover for him. We were really impressed. They could have easily called and said he couldn't make it. Instead, they made sure to keep the appointment. Awesome. Jack was quick, experienced and professional. He knows a LOT about locks and has been doing this for a very long time. He changed our front door, door to our garage, and the two doors that secure our roof deck. He was a pleasure to deal with. We would DEFINITELY call them again when we need lock-work. I can't complete this review without remarking how much Jack looks like Jack Nicholson. Obviously, I wasn't the first one to tell him that.

!I was able to get pretty much immediate service from this provider for my non-functioning lock. it was my second time using them. I thought the lock cylinder would have to be replaced as at had become detatched from the deadbolt housing on my French door. Instead of replacing the cylinder, he was able to repair the pins, saving me money, despite the fact that it would have been quicker for him to save the repair time and just install a brand new lock. Also, since the door does not hang completely straight, he was able to make an adjustment to the plate housing to lessen future strain on the lock. Very good work!
