ALLSAFE LOCK AND KEY

Rob came out same day to re-key all the locks on the house after we closed escrow. He mastered the locks so they were all keyed alike, with one sub key that would only access the rear patio/yard/pool. He was on time and very efficient. I was very happy with every aspect of the job and would definitely use AllSafe again without hesitation.

Rob, the locksmith from ALLSAFE, did a wonderful job on our door locks. He was professional, courteous, and quickly carried out the job of re-keying several doors and repairing a broken lock. I plan to recommend ALLSAFE to my friends and neighbors in Glendale.

Allsafe was called in the morning and was told the front door lock needed replacing or needed to be repaired. Rob came out that afternoon, and called prior to arrival. He was able to be rebuild the door lock & very quickly. He was on time, was courteous & worked quickly.

Rob's quote was the best I got, and immediately he proved extremely knowledgeable when recommending a key schema to allow proper limited access to our 20+ employees. He had everything very well thought out, and was 100% on in the execution. After about 1.5 days of Rob personally handling everything, we walked around testing locks and everyone was correct to the plan.

Rob came just hours after my call. He was punctual and called prior to his arrival. As when he performed service for me last year, he did a great job, and was professional in every way. He is also very friendly and informative (and honest!). It was also nice being able to use my 25% off Angie's List coupon. I give him my highest recommendation.

I contacted a few locksmiths using Angie's list to come and give an estimate on my front door lock. I was told by a previous general contractor that fixing the lock would cost me over $600. But Rob came over at the designated time and quickly and efficiently fixed my lock. He saved my quite a bit of money and educated me on the locks that I had to secure my home. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Will use them again if ever in need.

Rob from Allsafe Lock & Key came by this morning to re-key the 2 locksets and 2 deadbolts and make 5 duplicate keys for the house we just closed escrow on. He was punctual and personable and completed the job efficiently and quickly. Rob & Brian were really nice and informative on the phone However, Jack came out to do the work, and he's really a great guy! He was courteous, professional, personable & efficient. Changed out locks on a house we just purchased & also installed some child safety locks on 3 sliding glass doors. I would highly recommend this company & will use them again in the future.

When I was scheduling Allsafe to come out and change the locks at my new house I was hoping for an early appointment but the first available one was in the afternoon. I was amazed when they called me the night before to say that a spot opened up in the morning if I still wanted it...which I did. What great customer service! Rob showed up on time and was very personable. He was also very conscientious of my small dog and took steps to ensure she didn't run out the door when he came in and out. He was very efficient in changing out the locks and also offered advice on how to keep one of the doors from scraping the floor. Rob was a great representation of the friendliness and professionalism of Allsafe. I will definitely use them in the future!

Rob arrived when scheduled, and even though I had purchased a new handleset, he was able to repair the old one. He was also very friendly, informative, and professional. Brian took my call the day before, and he was equally helpful. It was also great getting a 25% discount through Angie's List! I would definitely use Allsafe again.

Lock broke suddenly. They were able to squeeze me in and get to my home within a half four of call. Very courteous and efficient. Only thing I would like to see is to haver labor deducted from service call fee when work is performed.

I originally spoke to Rob when making the appointment. He gave me a 1 hour window and said he'd call when he was close (which he did).. He was on time and did a good job.

Left Rob a message on 8/22/11 at about 9:00am, he called me back at around 9:30am, and was at my home re-keying locks by 1:30pm the same day. He is a great guy to talk with, and is very fast and professional. He provided me with 5 keys, one tossed in for free (Thanks Rob). He told me his family just celebrated their 32nd Anniversary, and I wshl them a very prosperous 32 more. This is a great company, and it feels great to support a small family owned business. I called AllSafe and my call was immediately answered by a friendly helpful voice. I wasn't sure at first whether the job was able to be handled by a locksmith because the old lock never really fit correctly and couldn't be tightened up properly. I thought it possible the entire doorjam would need to be replaced because the holes for the existing locks had been poorly drilled. Rob and Brian allowed me to e-mail pictures of the existing lock and doorjam holes and took the time to assess whether they could fix it ahead of time which I appreciated because it potentially could have saved me both time and money. They called back very quickly saying they believed they could fix the doorjam and scheduled an appointment at my convenience. Rob showed up exactly on time and fixed everything very efficiently. He drilled out the strike plate holes more thoroughly and installed an alternate strike plate on the main lock which fit the doorjam better than the one that had come with the lock I had purchased. He installed the new lock and deadbolt. I was asked for my Angie's list coupon prior to his writing up the invoice and the price was very reasonable for the work performed. I'm happy to finally have that lock working properly and doing business with AllSafe was a pleasant experience. I will definitely call them again when future needs arise.

I was finally re-keying the house I had moved into. Rob changed out 8 locks. He was very helpful in recommending which locks to get, advised me on fixing a door inexpensively, and humored me by opening all of the cabinets in a shed I had previously been locked out of to make sure there weren't any hidden surprises. He was very efficient and very personable. All in all it was a good experience, and I will certainly call him again if I need any locksmith services in the future.
