I had a great experience overall.

Rob and the company were terrific! I called them after seeing the referral on Angie's and explained I needed new locks and keys for my new townhouse. Rob was there in 30 minutes! His quote on the phone was dead-on, he gave me a discount from the coupon I had and he did it all was a smile. Rob was extremely honest, explaining that I didn't require everything I thought I did and it would cost less. He could have taken me for a lot more money and he didn't. Overall, great guy to hire and I would recommend him in a second.

I called to make an appointment based on the Angie's List positive ratings and the 25% discount off the service call fee for Angie's List members. Brian answered the phone and was very helpful and accommodating in scheduling an appointment to re-key our new house as soon as we took possession on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. I also spoke to Brian when I had to reschedule twice (due to escrow shenanigans), and both times my variations were accommodated. Rob is the locksmith who came to the house and he gave us a recommendation of what types of locks to use. I think it would have been helpful (and I should have asked) to know an estimate of the cost before he got started working, although in truth, we had to do the work that day, and with all of the other services and appointments we had lined up, I wasn't about to start shopping around. Still, it ended up costing more than I remembered from other homes we have owned (but there are also many more doors on this house than on others). Also, there was a specific type of lock for sliding glass doors that I asked about, but Rob hadn't seen it before and didn't know where I could get it. Other than that, we were very happy with his services.

Everything went exactly as we hoped. No, even better, because the process was much faster than we'd anticipated. Rob was prompt, courteous, efficient and professional. He handled everything we asked of him in one visit and the quality of the work was outstanding. One month later and all of the new locks are working flawlessly.

I was going to replace the very old locks on my front door, so I checked Angies list and found Allsafe. I called and spoke to Rob at Allsafe and told him what I was looking to do. I made an appointment to meet at my house. He arrived on time and brought some catalogs that he thought might be good choices for me. He was right! I ordered a beautiful new lockset. He also suggested that I may want to rekey my backdoor locks so that it would only take one key to open all of the locks. What a brilliant idea. My husband especially liked that he could get rid of a few keys from his keychain. The new lockset was here within just a few days and he returned to install the locks right away. What can I say about this company? Price was right, Quality of product and service was outstanding I would recommend Rob and his company to anyone who is in need of a locksmith.

I called Allsafe yesterday and Rob came over to check out the situation within two hours. He needed to order a new lock for us, but luckily we were able to lock the one we had in the meantime. The new lock arrived today, and Rob installed it very quickly. It's a beautiful knob and lock that actually looks like it came with the place. Much closer to the finish we have painted on the gate. Plus, we're able to keep one side unlocked if we want, AND have only one key for the gate and front door. We were also give extra keys at no charge for "visitors" that will only work the gate.

Very satisfied with Allsafe. Rob was very helpful, and did not try to upsell at all. Told me I didn't need to install another deadbolt - he could have made more money, but advised me against it. Very professional and helpful.

E-mailed Rob letting him know that our old keys didn't work very well in the ignition or in the door locks. He replied with a detailed e-mail explaining the possible issues. Rob also provided an estimate that sounded reasonable. I took the car to his shop and he and his brother went to work. They took out the ignition switch and removed the split wafers that were causing the problem. They made two manufacturer keys, lubricated the door locks and trunk latch, and then tested both keys. I was very happy with the service and the results. During the work, Rob talked about all things lock and key, and offered advice for other unrelated issues. I would definitely use ALLSAFE LOCK AND KEY again in the future.

Super job!! He installed all of our locks in about 3 1/2 hours and even had a vacuum to clean up the dust from drilling holes in the new doors. We didn't know much about door locks when we bought our home and we felt like they didn't try to take advantage of that. Also, we didn't have a huge budget as this is our first home and they took the time to explain the different brands, prices and security. We have already recommended them to friends!
