Description of Work: Perfection installed an upstairs and downstairs heating/air system to replace the one that failed less than a year after i moved into my home. It is still going strong 13 years later. The most recent experience i had with them is for the pre-paid preventative maintenance which i have had done at least once a year since the system was installed. this year the air conditioners needed 1 gallon of freon each which was included in the price of the preventative maintenance.
