We have an annual contract with them. They come in twice a year and check everything and we pay them $180 annually for that service. We have had them for over 20 years. Yes, I plan to continue using them.

I had several bids, and I did not like the high pressure sales. This company however, made me very comfortable, and the price was excellent. They were highly rated, and very trustworthy. I was pleased that they also gave an additional discount for being an Angie's List member.

They did a great, workmanlike job. The way they mounted the new air handler in the attic was an added bonus, freeing up more storage space for us. They spent two days ensuring that the job was done right. We're looking forward to the savings on our monthly SMUD bill and already feel peace of mind having replaced a 25 year old system that could fail at any point. They did what they said they would do plus a little more--the hallmark of true professionals!

Perfection was the third company we had give us a bid. Due to it being an unusual replacement/install, the first company said they could not replace our 20 year old system. The second company said they could, but kept us waiting for over 2 months (May-June!) with no air conditioning saying they were having trouble obtaining the "permits" necessary. Eventually they admitted they could not do the job and we were back to square one. I remembered Perfection had installed a new system in my first home in the early 90s, and along with an excellent recommendation of them from a friend, I asked them to give me an estimate. They not only said they could install a new system, they had the better product and better price than the company that bailed on us! The work was completed quickly and with very little inconvenience to us. The crew was professional, courteous and respectful of our house and property. There were a few "glitches" with our unusual install, but Perfection found solutions with no added cost. They have responded twice to calls for service with promptness and again, no additional cost. John has been the lead serviceman for both our install and repairs. That man knows his business! He is an amazing diagnostician and it's obvious he has been doing HVAC a long time and takes pride in his work. Everyone we have dealt with at Perfection Home Systems is top notch!

My mother in laws air conditioner went out right in the middle of a heat wave here in Sacramento a few weeks ago. She asked me to get an A/C company out asap. Of course in the middle of a heat wave I am sure ALL of the A/C companies were slammed. But I knew who to call right away anyways...Perfection Homes Systems! I had used them many times in the past on home listings that needed repairs and had referred them to past clients. I had never heard a bad thing about them. So Jennifer Kennedy of Perfection Home Systems got an A/C guy out to my mother in laws home asap. They did a great job getting her 25+ year old A/C working again. Of course she will need to have it replaced eventually and I told my mother in law USE Perfection when she is ready to install her new A/C. During a heat wave I would have expected the prices to be jacked up for a repair, but Perfection Home Systems are quality trustworthy people. The cost to repair the A/C was very reasonable! Thanks Perfection for making my mother in law happy and getting her out of my hair quickly. HA!

If there is ONE company that all other companies should strive to emulate, it's Perfection Home Systems! Four words sum up Perfection - professional, honest, integrity and service! The fact that they were the lowest bid by $800-$3000 versus 3 other Angie's list contractors and Costco was just the icing on the cake! While Perfection fires on all cylinders where professionalism and customer service is concerned, I want to focus on HONESTY & INTEGRITY. Perfection promised us was that they did NOT do change orders. Once they put something in writing, it was etched in stone! Their word is their bond! During one of the many, many discussions I had with both Bob & Jennifer, a discrepancy came up with the contract. I was negotiating with Bob and verifying contract language. Fully satisfied with the terms, I told him that I was signing the contract. I continued to tell him that he won the contract for numerous reasons; but specifically, because of pricing and that it included a 10 year parts and labor warranty. At that point, Bob queried me about the warranty. I repeated, 10 year parts and labor. Bob said he had made a mistake and the contract should have read, 2 year labor warranty. Not wanting to take advantage of an honest mistake, I offered Bob a chance to correct the mistake and re-submit his bid - which still beat all other bids by $300-$2700. Without hesitation, Bob said it was his mistake and he would honor the contract, as written. I offered him one more chance to re-submit the contract with the correct labor warranty. He declined! I asked Bob how much an extended warranty would normally cost. He said $500. Needless to say, we have become Perfection's BEST word of mouth advertisers! Our family and friends have all asked for their contact info. 3 of them are considering new systems in the next 1-2 years, based on our experience alone! Save yourself time, money and stress the next time you have a Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) project and just give Perfection a call! Consummate professionals, Perfection Home Systems (Jennifer, Bob & staff) bent over backwards providing us outstanding customer service, a quality installation and peace of mind! P.S. 1) Please be sure to read the back of all contracts . They usually contain important stipulations as important as the language on the front of the contract. 2) Insist on a CA Mechanic's Release of lien (for all workers, suppliers, subcontractors and the contractor) prior to any partial or final payment for every project. Perfection provided this and all licensing, bonding and insurance(liability & workman's compensation) information in a timely manner and without hesitation. 3) Do your own due diligence research concerning Perfection Home Systems. You'll all come to the same conclusion - Perfection will become your one stop shop for any and all HVAC projects and servicing.

22 years ago we purchased a replacement electric heat pump from Perfection, and had such a good experience with them that we wanted to give them a chance to bid on this job. They were the first company to respond to our request and they were very professional throughout the entire process. We are very happy with the price as well as the quality of the system and their customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Perfection Home System to family and friends. They're the best.

Perfection Home Systems Inc. did a really good job. I've had minor problems with the heating and A/C system, and they came right out to fix it.

Its a roof mounted unit and they used a crane to bring it down. The crew was very experienced and I could not believe how quickly they did it. They finished the whole job in two hours. They are very efficient and knowledgeable. Their office personnel were very helpful in notifying me when they were on their way and followed up with me after the job was finished. They even offered me a free checkup on the work. I use them to check my A/C in the Spring and the Furnace in the Fall. Eric is an outstanding technician. I would recommend them to anyone.

The original installation went very well and the continued maintenance has been excellent.

We received their proposal during our escrow process since the home was missing the air conditioning unit and the furnace in the attic was not installed up to code nor connected to the whole house. This was our first project after escrow closed and the installation team immediately noticed the furnace may not be sufficient. They ran the model information online to obtain the stats and found it would not work. The original proposal did not included a new furnace, but they quoted me the furnace at cost (the price seemed very reasonable to me) and we moved forward. The whole team: office, installation team and technician were all very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We will definitely refer them to our friends and look forward to the annual maintenance they provide.

The job went smoothly. They recommended a system that matched my needs. The guy moved without difficulties the location of the outdoor air conditioning compressor as I didn’t want it to be there anymore. He moved it to the side of my house. He did it fine whereas other companies had indicated that it would be a problem to move it to the side of the house. It would have been much more expensive. They did a clean and neat installation of the system. I got their follow up service as well. They want to come out every 6 months to check the system. I decided that it was too often as I had hardly had any regular maintenance on my old system and it lasted for many, many years. With this new system, I decided to have them come out every 18 months instead of doing it every 6 months. They were agreeable to that. I don’t know if Bob Kennedy owns the company anymore. I think he retired, but I’ve had a good experience with the company. The cost of the system as compared to 2 others was less expensive. It is really a good quality system. They are punctual. I would use them again in the future if need be.

I had two bids from two other companies at the top of Angie's List that supposedly had good prices. I'm sure the other two companies would have done a good job as they were very thorough in their assessments of the work I needed. However, one company was twice the price and the other even more than what I ended up paying Perfection Home Systems. I met them because they were doing work on a neighbors house so I went out after the last company left after giving me a bid. They were able to come in and give me a price and luckily do the work right then! So convenient and inexpensive and the work was done very well. I'm totally pleased with them and will refer them in the future.

They used a very good material--rip-stop flexible coated ducting. It is a tough, metallic coating which will withstand heat and rips. They have really good technicians and I have been happy with the service.

They are the ones that put in our air conditioner 11 years ago we've had good luck with that.

AC unit was replaced. Water heater was moved. Air ducts were not put in. Repair to walls after cut into...not done. They broke the ceiling door and did not replace it. They charged me $261.00 for financed charges one month after the bill was paid. I asked for Smud financing and the rep did not apply for it.

I CALLED THEM & THEY SHOWED UP RIGHT AWAY. THE PRICE FOR THE SERVICE WAS REALLY CHEAP & THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY. THEY WERE NOT AT MY HOME TOO LONG. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM & LEFT.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO MY CALL. THEY CAME WITHIN THE HOUR TO INSPECT IT. THEY HAD ALL OF THE NEEDED PARTS BY THAT AFTERNOON. THEY HAD IT FIXED IN NO TIME AT ALL. MY AC HAS BEEN RUNNING VERY WELL.
