Very pleased with the work.

Too expensive

Having my 2 bathrooms redone. So far Christwell has been very responsive. The rep called and scheduled an appointment within minutes of me requesting a quote. Nicole has been amazing during the process so far. She has been patient with me changing my mind multiple times. She even came back the next day when I had more questions and concerns. Nicole was able too get me discounts as well as help me with interest free financing! The project is just getting started but so far I am excited to be working with this company.

Chriswell said they could do it all and I contacted them based upon Angie's List and Home Advisor. They sent a person out to look at our home and review the dry rot report provided by a reputable dry rot and pest company. He made a copy of the report and took it back to office after walking around our house and said he would get back to me. Two weeks go by and no response, so we contacted the office and were told that that person no longer works for the company. So, they set out their project manager to look at the project and she was unfortunately no better than the first person they sent out. She never provided an estimate for repairs and painting despite two separate visits to our house and my contacting her several times and each time she said she would get back to me with an estimate. The bottom line is that we never received an estimate despite three different visits to our home by two different people including the project manager (that's is what her business card stated). Very unprofessional. Very unresponsive. It is our belief that the project was too large and complicated for them to do it but they never were willing to admit it. A huge waste of their time and my time.

No work done

We looked at several contractors and decided on Chriswell Home Improvements. From the salesman (Sam) and the project manager (Sophia) to the installation team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. As the project progressed Sophia would call me every Friday with an update as the windows were custom made by Milguard. Thank you so much Chriswell !!! Job well done.

Our weather was the only problem. We have had a wet spring which was not conducive to exterior painting.

Fabulous job. Love the colors, workmanship, and crews doing dry rot repairs and painting. Feels like we have a new house!

In August, Chriswell Home Improvement began installing vinyl siding on our home. As is always the case with such large projects, there were a few unforeseeable delays, such as when the freeway was closed for several days due to a fire. However, the crew worked consistently whenever they could. They always arrived promptly at 8:00 and left at 6:00, and worked steadily throughout the day. The crew was obviously very experienced and skillful at this work. Overall, their workmanship was excellent. They were always receptive to any questions or concerns we expressed and provided good advice on the best way that something should be done. When the project was complete, they did a great job of cleaning up. Overall, we recommend Chriswell without reservation.

To begin, Paul did an excellent job in explaining the options available, the corresponding costs and differences and provided a model of the unit for me to scrutinize! All questions and concerns I had were resolved and I went with retro windows and new outside trim to ensure all work had the same visual look from the outside which ensured that trim that succumbed to dry rot was no longer a problem. Robert did the work, with exemplary attention to detail and precision in fitting and finishing, inside and out. I can't say enough about his professionalism the entire time - he called each day to say he was on his way, his anticipated time of arrival, explained the steps for removal and replacement, didn't mind me watching to see how it all went together. His cleanup was impeccable as was his workmanship. The product we used has made a phenomenal difference in the temperature inside. I had no idea all that I was missing until after this phase was completed. I'm certain heating/cooling costs will be reduced and look forward to future work to finish up windows/doors in my Phase II of this project. If you're are on the fence in using this company, rest assured, they will take care of you and leave you a very satisfied, happy customer.

When I voiced concerns about people being able to go into the yard, while the posts were firming up in the concrete, they brought over temporary fencing immediately. Couldn't ask for a better job. Criswell Home Improvements sent an evaluator the same day as the initial call, gave an itemized price and did not go over. They were quick and professional. Now I need the rest of the fence done.

They do not do just one window jobs.

Flawless!. the frames were measured,windows made,and installed on time\schedule,both the salesman and installer are fantastic ! The windows are high quality,I was impressed by installation as well,the installer used alot of good sealant and the trim inside and out is perfect! we are extremely happy.
