Nice. House was fresh and clean when I arrived home from work.

We hired Aloha maids to come clean all the parts of my house I can't reach (I have rheumatoid arthritis and it is very hard for me to get on the floor or reach behind things), so baseboards and high shelves. I spoke with Wyatt on Thursday and we scheduled a 1130-1200 (this is important) appointment. at 1205 I got a call from Wyatt asking for my address, even though I had def. given it to him the night before when I scheduled the appointment. At 1215 I called to ask what was going on and was told that they were "on my street". Now this is the part that just infuriates me. I live on a U shaped street. Right smack in the middle. If I stand at my door, I can see all traffic coming and going and everyone else's house. They were most certainly not on my street or anywhere near it. I told him not to bother, that my time was valuable and I wasn't going to wait around any longer. At 12:39, a full 39 minutes late he called to say he was at my door. Promptness is a big deal to me. I dislike being made to wait and I like it even less when I get lied to (we are five minutes away when they most certainly were not). I can't say if they would have done a good job because they didn't clean anything, but I can say that if your time is valuable (and everyone's is)...you'd be wasting it here.

Two women came and worked for 4 hours and cleaned my entire house. I don’t even think they took a break- they didn’t stop and got it all done.

I had never used a house cleaning service before and was hesitant. The owner was very pleasant and reassuring. He helped me pick a date and let me know what to expect. Two lovely women came to my house and just started right to work. They needed no instruction of what to do. They were amazing! The cleaned my whole house in 5 hours. This would have taken me months to do. Every piece of furniture was dusted and neatly arranged. The rooms were cleaned floor to ceiling. The house sparkled and smelled so fresh when they finished. I will definitley use this service again and again.

Wyatt is very responsive and the staff is very open. I was asked three or four times if there was anything specific I wanted done. I simply haven't had time to devote to cleaning because I work full time and go to school full time. I asked them to just get into the nooks and crannies because I haven't had time. They did just that and I can't remember the last time my place was this clean. They even did a super job on my hardwood floors which are not the easiest thing in the world to get clean.

Aloha, I had been searching for some house cleaning support for a few weeks now and really wanted find someone who would come into my home and support me in areas I fall short. We were looking for a company that was professional and would make you feel good using them so when I found Aloha I said "ok" let's see. I called and left a message with Wyatt and he quickly returned my call we discussed his services in detail and who would be the right fit for my partner and I. I asked about criminal back ground checks and although he does not do it himself said it would be no problem for us to do it on our own, he even offered to do it for us but we said we would take care of it. We set an appointment to meet on Friday 5.10.13 at 1pm with Wyatt, Rosa and Felix, they were on time and very kind. Wyatt translated where necessary on the logistics of our potential business agreement he was wonderful. We walked through our very messy house and they were gracious, smart and very knowledgeable on cleaning and cleaning supplies. We agreed they would return for a detailed house cleaning on Friday 5.17.13 at $250 with an additional $84 for windows, we have a lot of windows! That Friday Rosa and Felix arrived at 7:50am prompt and ready to work, they began with all the windows and screens and away the dust and streaks went, they were efficient and thorough but more importantly a good fit for us to continue a weekly arrangement. They accommodated any request although most were worked out in that initial meeting, they worked hard and were not intrusive extremely professional. They finished up just before 2pm and received agreed payment, we called Wyatt and asked negotiated a weekly rate with Rosa and Felix. When I arrived home I was so excited to know I was coming home to clean home and that I would be able to spend my day off doing other things than cleaning! Wyatt allows his team to shine he is receptive and a good communicator, very on the ball. I look forward to a long relationship with him and his team and we will refer him to many of our friends. At first, I was a little skeptical. But I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. They did such an excellent job. My husband and I have lived in this house for 5 years, we've found it always difficult to maintain. Between having two small children, living at the beach, and having dark hardwood floors, keeping this house clean and dust-free is next to impossible. Somehow the Aloha Maids found a way to do just that. They made everything shine, including all appliances! Not only can they say they're great house keepers, but they're magicians also. :-)

Wyatt is a wonderful guy and constantly researching better cleaning methods. My hardwood floors are older, but he makes them shine. He is very receptive to anything I’m not happy with. He is very reliable and they do good cleaning. They are also very responsive to meet my standards. Two people come in and do work for 3 hours and they stick to business and get work done. It’s an excellent service and they are really, really good people! The girls that work are very, very focused on getting the work done. It’s different than any other cleaners I’ve had in that way. Wyatt is very helpful. He is wonderful and the service is always improving with communication.

Wyatt and his crew have been to my house several times now and I have been impressed each time. Just that brief huddle on arrival and once it's clear what I need they just jump right in and get going. The end result is always a pleasure. You get the feeling that they don't just want to get it done ... they want you to be happy with the result! I referred them to a friend who is very detail oriented and he is quite happy with their work. Another friend with a very large house was unhappy with her housecleaning servicce. She was looking for a major cleaning for the house so I told her to make a list and call Wyatt. She is now a regular customer of "Aloha". I think Wyatt has something very special to offer with his "Aloha" service, and will continue to use and recommend them!
