The quality of Team Remodelings work exceeded our expectations. Pini and his team made the remodel experience into an enjoyable one. We marveled at the transformation of our kitchen on a daily basis. We couldn't believe our eyes. We would recommend Team Remodeling to anyone who is contemplating a kitchen remodel and is nervous about the process. Although most of their work comes to them by way of referral, we found them through a thorough search on the internet and the before and after photos of their previous work is what drew us in. We were skeptical at the start based on some of the horror stories that people tell about their experiences. We did a comprehensive due diligence before we made up our minds to move forward. We spoke with five references and everyone was thrilled with the Team Remodeling experience. We thought that the references had to be family members by the way they were raving about their kitchens. We can tell you now that we are one of them. We would be happy to be added to Team Remodeling's reference list.

The overall job by Team Remolding was EXCELLENT! From their initial estimate through final completion their work was outstanding. They gave us plenty of time to plan the job, which I highly recommend, especially if you're going to live in your home while the work is being done. We never felt rushed in making our decisions. They accompanied us in picking out every element of the job including, fixtures, appliances, tile, granite and cabinetry. We were given a wide range of choices and the design team focused on meeting our specific needs. Team came highly recommended from two separate families that attend our church so we got first hand references before we even got an estimate. We were told that Team uses the same crew on a job and that was exactly our experience. We had the same electrician, the same plumbers, the same painters and construction crew the entire time. Team promised that once they began demolition, our entire job would be completed in 40 days. Well, that's the only thing they got wrong. The entire job was completed in 38 days which included having an entire cleaning crew come in and clean our whole house! The initial work was done five years ago but Team has just completed a total upgrade of our lighting system and we could not be happier. We have suffered through remodeling nightmares in the past, but I can honestly say that Team Remodeling and Construction not only stands behind their work, they stand behind their word and that is a rare quality in today's world! We can't recommend them highly enough!

They were very good. I think they were quite reasonable in price. They were a little slow on communicating but I can stand that for good craftsmanship.

The projects ran smoothly. The owner gave us a finish date and completed it accordingly. Any time we were not happy with a part of the project, they were sure to fix it immediately. All of the workers were very polite and on time.

Team Remodeling did an incredible job, didn't start work till all appliances were ordered, arrived and stored in the garage..They are incredibly clean and on time, there every day except Sunday. They have their own cabinet shop, and do not contract outside help. We wanted custom hand rubbed cabinetry. They made samples for us till we approved the one we wanted. Team Remodeling, Yegal and Pini, are extremely easy to work with as well as all their employees. We had a problem with our tile floor in the kitchen they came back and fixed it without a hesitation or any questions.

These guys are excellent and I will use them again. The end result way exceeded our expectations. Job done quickly with superb attention to details.

They were very thorough in looking at what was we wanted to add in putting the quote together with appropriate options. We are planning on using them. It was a really wonderful experience working with them. They are the ideal contractor.

Team Remodeling and Construction just finished remodeling our home and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend their services. They installed wood and tile floors throughout our home. Our kitchen and bathrooms were completely renovated with the highest quality craftsmanship. They used fine quality materials and their workers were friendly and professional throughout our remodeling. They also have given us references to complete our project. My wife and I are both extremely picky about the small details of a job like this. When we were interviewing contractors and they would show us their work, almost every time we would notice things like paint overspray; excess caulk in corners; poor cabinet joint fitment; fixtures that were slightly off center. It just so happened that Team Remodeling were just finishing up a major remodel of a friend's house and we were able to review a lot of their work prior to hiring them. What sealed the deal for us was that all the detail work was impeccable. No such sloppiness was to be found, rather a lot of care had been taken to make everything just right. That was critical to us in choosing Team. Once we had decided to start the job, Yigal worked with us and helped us make the sometimes overwhelming amount of decisions that go with even a minor remodel. Yigal walked us through everything and even helped us shop for all the tile, granite and fixtures. He provided (bit did not insist on) suppliers all of whom provided very good pricing. An important point to make is that Yigal would not start on the job without every tile, faucet, sink and towel rack already purchased. I found this a very practical and smart approach to avoid delays based on receiving materials when promised. Once we had picked everything, they worked at a very brisk pace. Overall we were extremely happy with the progress of the job and especially the finished product. There were two problems along the way: 1. We purchased a custom stone tile for the shower walls. 2/3rds into the job when the tile was opened, we realized that we had ordered the wrong color. The job ended up being delayed a little over a week while we exchanged the tile. This was no fault of Team Remodeling. They went as far as they could without the shower tile then waited for it to arrive and were back at the job immediately. 2. When the floor and shower wall tile was completed, we were were not happy with some excess grout that was left in some of the natural pockets of the tile. We contacted Yigal who showed up within an hour to review our concerns. We were assured that he would either correct the tile finish to our satisfaction or they would remove it and do it again at their expense. To his credit, his guys were able to remove the excess grout in all places and make it look perfect without removing any of the tile or marring it's finish. In the various remodel jobs I've done over the years, there have always been problems you encounter. In my opinion, what separates a crappy contractor from a very good one is how they handle these problems. Team Remodeling immediately dealt with our concerns; did not point any fingers or try to assign blame, they just asked what it would take to make us happy and did that without so much as a hiccup. That is rare today. We have had a couple of very minor adjustments made in the months that followed completion of the job and each time we called Yigal, he always had one of the Team out right away without complaint (or charge). While many contractors may promise this, Team actually delivered and we never felt like were were a bother or nuisance. We would definitely use them again.

Each job that we have undertaken has gone very well. The owners continuously oversee every step of the entire project, and work hard to save us money on the items we have to purchase. I particularly appreciate the fact that they do not begin any job until everything is in place and ready to go so that there are no delays. Every project was finished in a timely manner on or before the estimated completion date. They are punctual, neat, clean and professional, but the attribute I appreciate the most is that they routinely answer my requests with my two favorite words: "No Problem!" We recommend the Team team very highly.

Team Remodeling is an honest, reliable, clean, efficient, and timely staff of professional craftsmen. I would highly recommend them for any home project.

I first used Team Remodeling to do a bathroom remodel and window replacement on my house in Calabasas 8 years ago. I continued to do work with them throughout the years and when I moved to a different house, also in Calabasas, I enjoyed working working with Yigal and his team so much that I brought them with me to the new house and this time had them remodel almost the entire house. 8 years later they still have the same guys working for them and they have watched my kids grow up. My kids love having the guys around the house working and I trust each and every one of them completely. I love going to their shop in Newbury Park to design furniture and bathrooms and choose stains and finishing details. Yigal has been very helpful in the design process and helping me choose colors and finishes. He is always on time and I find them competitively priced. The workmen are always clean and kind to everyone in my house and I am always a little bit sad when my project is over. So much so that I always find a new project every few years just to bring the "Team" back and get something new for my house. I would highly recommend Team Remodeling to anyone who is looking to remodel, make any changes to their house or just have a beautiful custom piece of furniture made. I have recommended them to several friends who have all been just as happy as I have been.

They were excellent. Yigal and Pini, the two owners were totally "on top" of everything and followed through on all they said they would do. If all contractors were like them, homeowners would not have to worry (but we do). Work was done on schedule, they were here every day. The employees were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any job. I just recommended them to a friend for her kitchen remodel and she has been impressed just with the presentation. There was no sales pressure which she appreciated.
