Team Remodeling was very courteous, very punctual, and they did excellent work. Our kitchen came out totally beautiful.

Wonderful contractor to work with - delivered on all their promises and on schedule. As it turned out, we had to be away from home often during this project - and we were able to do so with complete confidence that the work would be done properly without our watching over them. We had put off doing this for far too long, dreading all the hassles and prolonged "down time" of the use of the kitchen - but Team made it pretty much hassle-free and we had the kitchen back in use in 3 weeks, as promised. All the Team members obviously took pride in their work and were a pleasure to have in out home. This project cost more then we had originally intended - Team is not inexpensive, but worth every dollar, you get what you pay for. We chose Team based on reviews on Angie's List and are so very happy we did.

This was a no-stress experience. I contacted Angie's List for a list of door repair/installation companies. They promptly provided a list of A rated companies. I explained the situation to Kristie who answered the phone enthusiastically and set up an appointment within the week. She even called back the morning of the appointment to confirm and asked if they could come earlier, which was fine. Yigal arrived as stated and he was very pleasant as he discussed potential causes of the problem with my husband. Then he fixed the problem! The door now easily opens, closes and locks. After seeing how efficiently and professionally this firm works on a small project would use this firm for larger projects. Thank you Team Remodeling & Construction.

My house in west San Fernando valley has 68 years history, it was superficially remodeled 25 years ago. The major renovation project started in the beginning of August, 2016 and completely finished in 2 months. Yigal, Zion and Team Remodeling INC. employees are the best people I have ever met in home remodeling and construction business, two of my colleagues who used their services before highly recommended this company to me. Team Remodeling INC. staff are very friendly, professional, punctual, productive and efficient, I have been so impressed by the excellent quality of their work. Yigal is a very responsive and hands on project manager with expertise in this line of business for over 25 years, he spent time helping me select proper construction material and related appliances, answering all my questions with great patience, guiding me with right choices of many products, and referring me the best people related to home decoration and design in his network. Zion is a very kind, trustworthy and effective manager, he is also a very good problem solver. Working together in great team effort, they have fixed every issue/ problem that came up during the two months period. Team Remodeling INC. staff also went above and beyond their duty helping me to fix some house issues, I really appreciate them. When I look at the end product of their amazing work, the perfect custom designed and built cabinets, vanities and closets from their shop, the almost flawless craftsmanship of workers and detailed finishing of all areas made my house transforming into brand new living experience. The price I paid was very reasonable and I had almost worry free 2 months with them, I am extremely satisfied with their great services and have already referred Team Remodeling INC. to my friends.

It was amazing!!! Yigal Boganim was our primary contact and he came to the house 3 times to make certain that all measurements were accurate. The installation crew was totally professional and cleaned up after themselves. It was definitely a 5 star experience, and I'm very happy to recommend the Team Remodeling crew!

Team Remodeling recently finished a major remodel of the master bathroom of our home in Calabasas. My wife and I are extremely happy with their work, and feel very fortunate Team Remodeling was referred to us. It's obvious now why they came so highly referred. The end result is absolutely beautiful - and it's hard to imagine how getting there could have been better. Every person on the team, from the co-owner Yigal (with whom we mostly dealt) on down, was extremely professional, responsive, skilled and polite (you're lucky to get one of those traits when dealing with a contractor's team; getting all four is pretty rare in my experience). The team worked on an uninterrupted basis, 6 days a week, from around 7:30am to 4:30pm. The whole project took about 3 1/2 weeks, right in line with Yigal's estimate. In addition to demo and tile and construction workers, the team has plumbers and electricians on staff, so you don't experience any delays from them having to subcontract or find an outside plumber or electrician to come in. Yigal shopped with us in the beginning for all materials (tile, floor, granite, etc) and his team built a custom vanity for the bathroom. We really appreciated his personal attention and great advice about what to buy, how to design, etc. And you might think all that service and attention would cost a fortune - but not so. Yigal's estimate was in line with the other 3 contractors we interviewed. Thank goodness we went with Team Remodeling. We intend to have them remodel our other bathrooms in the near future. I give them the strongest possible recommendation.

Very Well. We worked with Pini all thru the project. Pini assisted us in all phases of selecting appliance's, kitchen fixtures, flooring, paint,,etc for the project. He was present with us at his preferred shopping locations at which we received discounts. This took a lot of pressure off of us having to find and select materials. We really appreciated this, even though at times we had a difference of opinion on materials , but for the most part we took his advice. Pini's crew were all craftsmen in their area's. On time and kept a very clean work space. We also liked the detailed step by step breakdown sheet for the project that was submitted to us at the start, which was reviewed and signed off at the completion of each step. As with others ,we had a few minor issues with pluming and electrical. Called Pini and his worker was out the next day and corrected the issues. We have been enjoying our new kitchen, dining and family room since December of 2015. Thank you Pini.

Team Remodeling is an excellent company to do business with. I was told workers would be at the house 6 days a week, and they were. Since we had to have a porcelain floor removed, a jackhammer was necessary. They made sure that all other areas were well protected from flying porcelain and dust. Yigal was always available when you needed to call him. Within minutes, calls were returned. Every member of the team excelled in his field. The professionalism shown to us was impressive. This is truly a company that not only has outstanding workers, but does what the contract says. The price charged was certainly fair and honest. Yea for having such a wonderfully talented and professional group. Thank you Yigal.

From the moment I met Yigal, I knew I would be in great hands. Everything that he said he would do, was done in a timely manner. He guided us every step of the way and his crew was diligent in their work, professional and polite. Yigal always returned my calls immediately and whenever I had a question, he was on site answering and making sure everything was in order. Remodeling is a lot of work, and they made this process go smoothly and effortlessly. Without hesitation, I recommend Team Remodeling. Things went very well. We had a major problem with the new flooring, but Team Remodeling owned the problem and were very professional and handled it with integrity. We are very happy with the results and most importantly, the way they took care of us, they always made us feel that we could call them any time, day or night, with any issue, or just to talk about the project. Pini, Yigal and Zion are wonderful to work with, they are awesome people and set high standards for their craft, which is truly appreciated. All contractors should take lessons from them. We will, without a doubt, use them again! They truly live up to their name, TEAM REMODELING, because every step of the way we were working together to build our dream kitchen. Major remodeling is stressful. Not being able to use a kitchen is difficult at best. We were able to move our fridge into the dining room and kept our old micro wave, so that helped. The entire process took just under three weeks. Yigal, was our go to guy, and he helped us every step of the way. He took us to pick out the granite, the appliances and the flooring. His taste was very similar to mine, so his ideas were welcomed. We went to his showroom twice to decide on cabinets. A big decision. We chose one style and ended up changing to another. No problem. The cabinet color was difficult to choose. We narrowed it down to 3 and surveyed our friends and family. Yigal gave us his opinion as well. Everyone chose what he recommended. The workers were polite, hard working and prompt. Most have been with team remodeling for many years. They worked six days a week and the only day off was when the appliances were delivered. The only issue we had was with our new refrigerator. It came with a faulty compressor. One call to Yigal and he handled the situation. We had a new one within a few days. We have been told that if any problems arose to feel free to call on them. No matter how much time has passed. They stand behind their work and their workers. Because it went so smoothly we are thinking about redoing the bathroom, One caveat is we spent more money than we originally budgeted. Worth every extra dollar!!!

I put off updating and remodeling my house for quite some time due to the simple fact that I was overwhelmed by all that needed to be done and all of the decisions that would need to be made. Then, I found Pini and his group at TEAM Remodeling. They took an overwhelming task and made it manageable, easy, and even enjoyable. From the first time Pini came to the house, I was impressed with the level of detail he was putting into the estimate. After we discussed some basic ideas and goals, he walked around and videoed everything in my house and narrated what was to be done in each area. He gave detailed descriptions and specific information. When I met with him again to review the estimate, I was confident he had remembered and included everything we discussed. He reviewed the details of the estimate and explained the entire process to me. He also assured me that someone from the team (usually either Pini himself, Yigal (the other owner) or the project manager) would accompany me to select all of the materials for the project. That means they came with me to provide input and advice on everything from flooring to faucet fixtures. This surely helped make the process MUCH LESS overwhelming! Aside from the incredible communication from the get go, the thing that impressed me most was the fact that TEAM Remodeling does all of the work themselves. They are truly a team! There were no subcontractors or complicated schedules to deal with. The project manager, or site foreman, Zion was at my house every single day throughout the entire process. Workers showed up on time and worked diligently throughout. I was never stuck waiting for someone to arrive or left to wonder where the team was. This provided me with constant updates which gave me great confidence and comfort. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. Pini, Yigal, Zion, and EVERYONE else involved with TEAM that I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were true professionals. Christy, the office manager who often answered the phone, is a true delight as well. She is always so friendly, sweet and helpful when I have called. Everyone at TEAM Remodeling shows genuine care and attention to their customers from the first meeting on. In fact, just recently, 3 years after my project was completed, I was able to call them to come fix a drawer that had come off the track! They had no problem coming over to take care of it. They stand by their work and continue to show appreciation for their customer! I am in love with my new house and not a day goes by that I don't sit back and take in all of the wonderful changes made possible by TEAM Remodeling. My only regret is that it has taken me so long to write a review. I don't usually participate in online communities and would only write a review for a company I can truly stand by and recommend without hesitation. If you need anything done to your home, I recommend TEAM with the highest regard!

Overall everything went great. My wife and I took a year to pick out and design everything we wanted. Team Remodeling was very patient and there the whole time to help and make suggestions and improvements. They even went shopping with us and helped pick out everything. Being nervous, I took the first day of construction off work. I was impressed that they put plastic down on the driveway, covered all floors and sealed all affected doorways. Construction started very neat and clean, but as the days went on it got a little sloppier. Plastic started to come off doorways, they stopped putting plastic on the driveway. I wound up with oil stains on the driveway. When I asked them to reseal the doors they did. In the end everything came out great and exactly how we visioned. We made changes along the way with no problems. The biggest being a shelving unit that was framed. Even though they followed my design, it looked too high on the wall. The next day it was ripped off the wall and rebuilt. Every issue I had was fixed, unfortunately some of them should have been noticed and I should not have had to ask: no escutcheon on fireplace valve, paint on floor, 12 volt wire stuck right through drywall with no grommet and a couple places not calked. Surprisingly my biggest complaint would be all the cigarette butts I have been finding in my yard for the last month. It's been two months since completion and I still get a smile on my face every time I walk into our new kitchen, I love it. I will definitely use Team Remodel again. All the minor things are forgotten and the end result is beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

The entire process went extremely well. Shopping to select the tile, cabinets, countertops, etc. went without a hitch. Unfortunately for me, mold was found behind my old sink area, and that was repaired and fixed with no problem. Pini and his team all work well together. Everything is professional and up front. I never felt rushed or pressured throughout the entire remodeling process. I thought that the entire experience was actually enjoyable!!!!

They worked 6 full days a week during a terrible heat wave - totally professional, cheerful, and helpful. Nothing was a problem that couldn't be fixed. I was a nervous wreck before construction started but the experience couldn't have been better.

It has been 12 years since we moved into our now 33 year old home. It had become clear that we needed to update our kitchen. But whom do we choose to do the job just right? After seeing a plethora of homes that Team Remodeling has completed, and also seeing the work of other contractors, we were most impressed with Team Remodeling's work. We met with the Owner, Yigal, to discuss a general remodel plan. We visited his plant to see how the cabinets are fabricated and to select the exact door and drawer designs for which we were looking. Yigal also took us to a granite yard to select granite slabs that would compliment our travertine floor and new cabinetry. Team Remodeling's process for measuring the kitchen and seeing the new cabinets in 3D was very impressive. It made it easier for us to visualize how the new kitchen would look. Yigal made sure to maximize the space that we had by removing the soffit and installing new, wider pull out drawers. All the tradesmen who worked on our kitchen were employees of Team Remodeling. They worked from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 6 days a week and their work was exceptional. Being employees, not subcongractors, they were very efficient in scheduling work ...from knocking down the old cabinets to modifing the elecrical and plumbing, to installing the granite and new cabinets, painting and finish detailing. The down-time during which we were unable to use our kitchen was minimal. The crews were dependable, responsible and perfectionists in their crafts. We are extremely pleased and recommend Team Remodeling...without reservation.

Cost above includes all labor and materials for my bathroom remodeling project. I am thrilled and very satisfied with the work and the way my bathroom looks. I was particularly pleased with the shopping process ? I found this to be very helpful, especially in the tile store. The choices there are overwhelming and I found Pini?s eye for combinations to be excellent in this regard. Like many other members here, I was very pleased with the whole process, so I don't think I can add anything to the actual job process that other reviewers have not. Instead I?ll comment on two elements that were extremely important to me, and those are completing the punch list and having an involved project manager (PM) on the job. It?s one thing to get the contract and commence to do the job, it?s often quite another to finish the work, including fixing the things that may not be just right. Every job has a punch list at it?s completion, and mine was no different ?and having had previous work done by another contractor where the punch list took months to finish, I had been dreading this part of the project. However, I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased at the response I received from TR. Pini and his team took care of the items I noted in an expeditious manner ? often the very afternoon I told Pini about them. Not only were there very few punch items, but all outstanding issues were adjudicated to my satisfaction within two weeks of the job?s completion. The second thing that was very important to me was having an accessible PM who knew exactly what was going on with my project. I work full time and don?t have the time to manage a remodeling job (and don?t want to ;-) ) ? Pini, Yigal, or Zion checked in with the jobsite every day to make sure it was moving along smoothly, and no matter who was on site that day Pini always knew the status. I never had to chase him down ? he was always readily available and was proactive at keeping me in the loop -- I was very pleased with this aspect. TR craftsmen and specialists all work for the company, so TR is able to allocate the appropriate resources efficiently and effectively -- I never had to worry that my job would be forgotten, or that work would be delayed (or worse) due to ?sub-contractor? issues. They did beautiful tilework and the cabinetry is exactly what I wanted; everything was installed with care and attention to detail. It?s clear that all the folks at TR not only have pride in their work but see themselves as part of a team ? and it shows! I would definitely hire TR again!

Epic Fail. I should have known when Mr. Pinhaus, one of the owners, failed to return my first phone call, but everyone deserves a second chance. Or, do they? Mr. Pinhaus ("Pinhaus") did arrive on time, great dog 'n' pony show, lots of promises and repeats his mantra "I want you to be a customer for life". Other promises include, taking the customer "shopping". The problem is, you must go out to Thousand Oaks and Agoura to his vendors where he has relationships and people don't leave him on hold (his words). Fine, I made the trip out to Thousand Oaks to JC Plumbing 'n' Things. Met Pinhaus, brought along a friend (potential customer) which seemed to displease Pinhaus, but we got on with the "shopping". Pinhaus's idea of shopping for fixtures is pointing out what he thinks you need, what is the best in his opinion and putting down all of my possible choices. If I wanted something outside the box, like a rain showerhead, Pinhaus would tell me it would cost more money than he quoted me. Pinhaus also only allotted 1 1/2 hours for this shopping expedition and left at noon. I stayed at JC Plumbing because I needed to try to make decisions to avoid 50 trips to Thousand Oaks. I then went to Pinhaus's suggested tile store, Canyon Tile. They were very nice once I said I was with Team Remodel and they were helpful sending home samples. Pinhaus also prefers to make the vanity rather than the customer buying one which after some thought, I agreed. However, after that I never heard back except for one thumbs up when I said I would ask JC Plumbing a question. Radio silence from Pinhaus. Then I texted him that I did not want a square metal drain, I wanted linear or styledrain tile. Radio silence. So, before I plunked down 3800.00 at JC Plumbing 'n' Things I thought I better ensure I still had a contractor. So, I texted next steps. Pinhaus said if he could not be there for the "shopping" the project would not go well as he had to be there to make sure all the items would be purchased. There was no time I said to him, I've got this, I'll do all the "shopping", but I did explain that I have a full-time job, live an hour away from Thousand Oaks and needed to look online & locally to make my decisions and then I would purchase from his vendors. The next I heard was a voice mail from Pinhaus saying he would return my $1,000.00 deposit and he was not going to do the job. Here is what I know, Pinhaus realized that he quoted too little and that installing a rainshower and special drain would eat into the profit of the quote he gave me which was not low and would more than allowed him to do the job. Clearly, Pinhaus's greed got in the way of his mantra "I want you to be a customer for life". No, Pinhaus just wants to make a very big profit and the remodel better be his way or the highway. EPIC FAIL FAIL FAIL. Pinhaus is a sad excuse for a contractor.

We highly recommend Team Remodeling, who recently completed a full remodel of our kitchen. We interviewed eleven different contractors to ensure that we got a fair price combined with an excellent job?..so no need for you to look any further -we did the work for you! What set Team Remodeling aside from everyone else is that they perform all aspects of the job themselves including not only electrical, plumbing, tiling etc., but also the cabinetry. This was key to us as we are very detail oriented and this allowed us to be involved every step of the way with the selection of custom color, doors, design and changes. Our primary contact was Yigal, who was involved with all aspects of the remodel from start to finish. He was extremely attentive and patient, and assisted with all decisions relating to the kitchen and selections of all materials. Any issues that arose were addressed in a timely manner. The crews were courteous, professional and cleaned up daily. The job site was visited by a senior member daily to ensure the job was progressing as planned. Team Remodeling exceeded our expectations in every way. The end result is a beautiful kitchen with exceptional cabinetry. We continue to receive compliments from all our friends and love our new kitchen. We look forward to using the "Team" again for future projects.

This is the second time I've used Team Remodeling. Previously, I had hardwood floors installed and was more then satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism. When I decided to plan a new kitchen I didn't hesitate to contact Team Remodeling again. Again, I am very pleased with the help I received in the planning stage through the construction phase in meeting my vision of what I wanted, and then some that hadn't occurred to me. I do want to make note that the cost I quoted was the approximate price for the construction. I did not include the cost of new appliances and fixtures which would depend on an individuals taste and budget. I plan to have more work done at a later date for other areas of my house and will use Team Remodeling again. As you might surmise by this note, I highly recommend Team Remodeling

The job was excellent, went just as he said it would, owner very responsive, started on time and completed in said time span. The workmanship was done by his own staff and was meticulous. We were very impressed with his tile guy, he did a beautiful job. There were no mistakes to correct and all went smoothly. I would highly recommend this contractor. He also assisted with chosing the tile and plumbing supplies and shower doors. The price was just for labor and we paid separately for all supplies.

We had the best remodeling experience with Team Remodeling. We did a major kitchen remodel, essentially gutting the existing space, removing a wall, changing the location of major applicances for better flow in the space, custom cabinets, removing acoustical ceiling material, replacing windows, and replacing a very large sliding glass door. We had very few issues. Only two major ones arose, but when I brought them to Pini?s attention they were immediately resolved. The coordinated visits with Team Remodeling?s appliance, plumbing and tile partners were a huge benefit, and in the team spirit. We felt like we were being ?heard? by these partners, instead of being rushed through a sizable sale. Team?s approach also makes it easy to visualize the piece-parts of the job, and since there is little pressure to make a decision ?right now?, we could carefully consider our choices in materials, tiles, appliances, finishes, etc.. While we did not necessarily require custom cabinets, we did choose custom cabinets and we cannot dispute the fact that the final look is perfect. In our minds, the additional cost of custom versus semi-custom cabinets was minor in the grand scheme of things. Our job ran according to schedule and within budget. Pini also took great care to protect our existing hardwood floor from all of the construction foot traffic, heavy items, appliance installation, etc.. I would absolutely recommend Team Remodeling for your remodeling needs. I will use Team again.

We were very satisfied with the job Team Remodeling did for us. It was definitely on the pricey side, but we really felt that they took care of us and were so professional. We had a bad experience remodeling an entire house just a year earlier and were very nervous about taking on another remodel project. Pini put us at ease at our very first meeting. The project came together very quickly as we needed to be able to move into the home we had just purchased. They worked 6 days a week from 8 to 5 every day. All the employees (not subcontractors) were very professional and friendly. They kept the workplace clean and were more than willing to go the extra mile for us as we added things to the project along the way. We were very pleased with the final product and really appreciated how little stress was involved in such a big project.

So far so good. They are finishing up the last bathroom. The rest of it was good. I would recommend them.

Two of them were very very good, the last one, we had problems with the suppliers. When you don't have control over things, it is a problem, but the other two were good. I would recommend them. They had given estimates and it came in just that. They get everything, and set it up in the garage, and then redo the bathroom, which is very quick. They did the prepping and demolition. There is a shower head that needs to be replaced, and a few little things to be done.
