The goal was to replace 30+ year old central heating and A/C system. Wally, the owner, came out to inspect the system and explain options. He was thorough, and the quote was very well detailed and delivered the next day. The installation crew (four men) was right on time at 8 am, and finsished ahead of schedule around 2 pm. Before signing off, they tested the system for maximum efficiency, and gave me a quick tutorial on the operiation. Conejo Valley HAC was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, from the ladies who answer the phones to the installers. Quite simply, they were the exemplar of professionalism. If you're looking for the lowball price, irrespective of quality or cut corners, there may be better options. If you want local pros who know their craft, act professionally, get the job done right, and stand by their work, then they are definitely worth your consideration.

Excellent. Everything was great. Of the four companies I interviewed they were the most honest. Other companies tried sell me things I didn't need. This company saved me around 7000 USD.

We learned that our furnace was unsafe to use after an inspection from another company, so we turned if off immediately. When lining up estimates, Branden willingly came to our house the next day even though it was New Years and took the time to explain what we needed. We had an estimate within a day. After a few other estimates, we decided to use Conejo Appliance because they seemed the most trustworthy, reliable and were reasonably priced. The day before installation, we learned that the furnace we selected was out of stock, so they upgraded to a better 2-stage furnace at no cost. Installation went well (no problems or extra charges) and now we are warm and happy.

They arrived on time and did a good job. They came when they said they would and they did what they had told me that needed to be done. The price includes some minor parts that had to be replaced.

Conejo Valley Appliance sent an entire crew out, maybe 6 to 8 guys. They were the best! No one is more professional than this company. Everything is done right and on time. They may not be the cheapest, but they are the most reliable and always stand behind their work. They do it the right way the first time.

Wally (owner) was extremely knowledgeable and professional; his employees were polite, neat, and prompt. When I had a question later about the effectiveness of a particular duct, Wally was out in person the very next morning, and took care of the problem promptly. It is nice to see professionals take pride in their work, and care about customer service.

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I USED THIS DIVISION OF THIS COMPANY. I FOUND THEM TO RESPOND TO OUR SITUATION VERY QUICKLY, ESPECIALLY AS WE WERE COMING INTO A COLD PERIOD.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL AND CAME TO THE HOUSE ON THE SAME DAY CALLED. THE SERVICEMAN WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND MADE ME FEEL CONFIDENT ABOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE SITUATION.
