They were responsive and patient through the bidding process, their Engineer came out within a couple of days of us accepting their bid, and the installation of two new systems plus upstairs duct replacement was completed 3 days later in a single day. Working great, and looking forward to similar service through the permitting process

Everyone from start to finish has amazing! The system works great and the air flow is better than I thought a system could do. Old system was probably 20% the air flow. The team designed the ducting did a great job! They also installed a water heater for me in our garage as well. Same amazing quality and service on that install as well!

He fixed the noise issue, he ran extra wires & installed the Nest thermostat which works great and the heater does seem to running better. The repair man was very polite, neat & professional. I would hire them again.

We thought the 30-year old Carrier furnace in our home had drawn its last breath. Matt from Conejo Valley Heating & Air arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes. After installing a new thermostat, we were back in business. Even though the furnace is well past its prime, Matt did not try to up sell me into a new furnace. Problem solved in about 45 minutes.

Workers were knowledgeable. I also received a text with the person coming to my home prior to their arrival. I was very happy with the work. This company charged more that my other estimates, however they were worth the extra cost. A plus company.

The job was done in just a few hours. Provided us with a temporary unit for a week . It help a lot . It was a few weeks ago when the temperature in Thousand Oaks reach over 100 for several days

My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air during the recent heat wave. I called Conejo Valley Air on a Tuesday morning and due to the high demand, was given a service date of Thursday afternoon between 4 and 6pm. The technician (Craig) called and was running ahead of schedule (which was wonderful), and arrived at my home at 3:00pm. The problem was found within a few minutes, the part replaced and cold air once again flowed from the vents. Within a few hours, my A/C was blowing warm air again. At this point it was after 6:00pm and I called the after hours technician Ralph. He came to my home and discovered that the problem was due to Edison shutting my unit off. Both Ralph and Craig were very professional and never tried upselling service or parts. I can't say enough good things about the service I received and would highly recommend them.

They have been very good. They are excellent. Pricing they are average. I was on a special list with them for awhile so they could come out right away when you needed them. I did need them at one time when we had a heat wave and they could not come out because they were overwhelmed. I would use them in the future.

They did what they said they'd do... on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves. They also coordinated the required duct testing and city inspection - saving me time - and all went very smoothly. I appreciate dealing with professionals and would not hesitate to use these guys again.

These guys were amazing start to finish. Our house is not the norm. We have no attic for vents. We had some challenges that they were able to figure out. Ralph even found a small hole in the roof we didnt know existed and sealed it at no extra charge. I HIGHLY recommend this company. We went with an energy efficient model which is why it is more expensive but were able to finance it through the California First program because we dont have that kind of money at our disposal but had the equity needed to qualify.

The whole process, from initial design meeting to final install went extremely smooth and very, very efficiently. It is always a bit iffy to allow a group of complete strangers to come into one's home to do work. The Conejo Valley staff and team were very professional and trustworthy. They came to work at approximately 8:30 a.m. and were done, installing the entire system, by 8:00 p.m. By 9:00 p.m. we were enjoying our cool, and very quiet, new system. After suffering for years with an antiquated and underpowered system, we are finally ready to enjoy a more comfortable and efficient home AC system. We got estimates from other companies but finally decided to go with Conejo Valley Air based upon a number of factors, including the fact that we like to do business with a family-owned, local company. Thanks guys, summers will be easier to take...even our dogs and cats look happier now!

We had Conejo Valley Heating & Air replace our outdated thermostats and service our two air conditioning systems. Our appt. was between 1pm and 3pm and Craig, the service technician, called and said he was running early which worked out great. He was knowledgable and efficient. We signed up for their service plan and ended up saving $300 on what was quoted. I am so happy with the quality of service we received. Definitely a lifelong customer! Steve and Robin Timm
