They measured our double pane window, but brought us a window with the dividers running in the wrong direction.

I received two estimates to replace my shower doors and Roxy was $400 less than the other estimate. They ordered the new doors and 4 days later installed them. The installers were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job of installing them. I highly recommend Roxy Glass.

Very prompt service. The installer David was very polite and knowledgeable. We feel bad that we forgot to give him a tip.

Called previous night about the broken window. The next morning 9am, the mobile workshop came and replaced the glass on the frame within minutes.

Contractor never showed on the day that he was supposed to. When contacted, he indicated that his man in the field was held up on another project. I indicated that I understood but I would have appreciated a phone call as my wife rearranged her plans and was at home all day waiting him him. He offered to send someone out the next day between 12-2. My wife rearranged her plans again and by 2:30 no one showed up and no call from the contractor. I contacted the Contractor again and his representative finally showed up at about 3:15 or so, (and actually did a very nice job when he was there). He told my wife that he had been told that the appointment was at 3:00. In any event, all is fixed but I thought you would want to know about this experience of ours.

Pleased with the work that was done. Quick response time on initial request and service/installation was efficient and professional. Price was reasonable and company easy to work with. I would use again.

Installer was careful and appeared to do the job as requested. Price was very fair.

All individuals that I interacted with were polite and professional. They addressed any questions I had clearly and concisely. They explained the process necessary to repair the window and set the expectations when the work would be completed. The quality was excellent and I found the price to be very reasonable.

The person that came out to do the estimate was very professional, and that is why I decided to go with this company. The head of the company on the phone was also very accommodating and did a price match with other quotes that I had received. However the installer who came out was over four hours late and didn't even contact me to let me know. Worse than that he was very rude when I asked him to fix some of the quality of his work. He basically insulted me, I know he probably had a long day, that's why he was late, but that is not the customers fault. I did complain about this to his boss, and hopefully he will educate him in the future. I hope the window holds up, I have not been able to test extreme conditions yet, but fortunately they do have a one-year warranty on their work, and the glasses guaranteed for 10 years from the manufacture. Price was decent, but customer service left a lot to be desired.

It took 3 visits from the company to ge a very small bathroom window replaced. The first visit was to take measurements, although I was under the impression that they would replace the glass in the first visit. Even though the measurements were for both parts of the window, the installer only had glass for one half, so they had to come out again a week later.

The job was unique and required some research on Roxy’s behalf. The glass was installed yesterday and looks great! The customer service was prompt and the installers were lovely, professionals. Very happy with the final job!

There was some miscommunication when scheduling the job, but company was very apologetic and took the initiative to straighten scheduling out. Glass service was professional and cleaned up after. Worked efficiently and informed me what steps they needed to do. Installation looks great! I would recommend to others.

Excellent and very quick service. Good price and very good service and installation. Very happy with this company. They were much more responsive than other companies. The installer was on time and a true expert.

Customer service was lousy and hard to co firm timing once overcoming that hurdle, installation of the new glass ran smooth.
