After searching to find out a glass company to be able to change windows in my residence, I found Roxy Glass company and I was lucky to work with Bryan. Bryan is very knowledgeable and helpful. He installed eleven windows in my house. The whole project from the time we made the contract until they finished the job was less than 45 days. Great work and very professional. I recommend Roxy Glass to everyone I know. Thanks.

Window measured, created, and installed in a reasonable time frame. Had to pick up broken glass (from old window) after. At first rain the window leaked from one of the screws in the inside top of the frame; I called Roxy and they sent someone out to caulk that screw. At the next rain the another screw leaked so I went ahead and caulked all the screws. Could be a flashing or other wall issue... Otherwise window has performed well over the last year.

Job was completed on time and quickly

Had to reschedule due to an important event that I could not work around. Rescheduling the glass replacement was simple and they were able to come out a couple of days later. Once the crew sized up the situation, they told me that it would take maybe an hour to complete and they were very close to that mark. Left the work area clean and they were friendly.

Did a great job, very fast and price was fair.

Victor and Gio changed out glass in 4 double pane windows and replaced a sidelight by front door. They were punctual and did a great job. The windows all look wonderful and everything was picked up and tidy when they left. Would highly recommend.

Before setting in my window, James allowed me to paint the 3 support posts which would have looked horrible if they weren’t painted. Victor did a really nice job of putting in the garden window panes and reinserting the rubber sealing strips.

Eddie the installer did the job week. Quickly removing the mirror in one piece.. no crack no broken pieces. He also installed the new mirror fast.

Melissa and Brian were great at supporting me with the quoting and ordering process. The gentleman who did our installation, Roland, installed one double paned window, and 19 specialty tempered glass panels in a deck railing, worked quickly and professionally and finished all in one day. Strong recommendation for the whole team!

Overall smooth experience

Let me first start with letting you know that they have been the most unprofessional services company I have ever dealt with and I say this for multiple reasons - overall lead time to service the request, lack of skills displayed by the folks who came for the installation and absolute lack of customer service. I had initiated a request to change 4 glasses in the master bedroom beginning of March this year. After multiple visits, where this stands after 3 months is that I have 1 window pane with a cracked glass (that happened during installation) and another window pane in which the glass has not been installed properly creating a safety risk - both these issues were acknowledged by their representative who visited the house. This was few days back and I haven't heard back anything after that. And now I am seeing a charge on my credit card - without my authorisation. Honestly at this point, I am absolutely tired dealing with their team and my suggestion is going to be to stay away
