Be sure to check that rubber molding trim around windows is installed straight. I didn't discover until after they left that there are areas it's not tucked straightly into frame.

Am amazed at how hard it is to find a company to replace window glass. I talked to 5 outfits before finding Roxy. They were a breath fresh air.

The window is fine but they have never returned to do the trim. I have contacted them so many times with a promise every time that they will be here to finish the work and then they never show up or even call me. I originally thought that they were doing a good job but I must now replace my original review.

Worst customer service I've ever received. I called them to look at a broken window, they gave me a day and window of time the next week to take a look at it. They didn't show up on that day and didn't call. I called again, they apologized, and I was given a window the next day...and they didn't show up AGAIN. I call again, and they finally showed up on the 3rd attempt, and said they would have to order glass to replace the window and would let me know when it arrives to schedule the repair. A week goes by, and I call them back (I'm doing ALL the call backs by the way, and they seem nice on the phone). They said "the window is in, I have no idea why you haven't been called yet". They schedule the repair, and actually show up after 2 attempts. I get NO feedback that the repair is done but my account is charged the full amount. There is no follow-up call to close the repair and send me an invoice. I call a few days later and politely ask for an invoice to be sent to my email address. Nothing sent (what a surprise!). I call back again the next week (at least my 10th call to them), and the lady says she will send me the invoice. Finally!!! After almost 3 weeks this ordeal is finally over. Do NOT use Roxy Glass!!!!

David did a great job measuring for replacing 2 double pane windows. New windows came within 2-3 days & were installed in about an hour. However, when I was presented with the final bill, the owner had forgotten that I had paid a $100 deposit, so got that corrected. Overall, a very good experience & a good job.

They do not have voicemail, so it's weird to call if nobody picks up. There was an error in the original measurement, but Brian was very apologetic and made me a good deal on the windows that would have cost a lot more, because the error was theirs.
