Good quality work but slow turn around

Good quality work and competitive prices, but slow and sloppy process 12 days of time (7 business days) to replace a broken window.

Darryl is the best of the best! He arrived on time and was able to resolve all of our kitchen window problems. He has the technical expertise and a great sense of customer.

Wonderful and are getting them to give me a quote on another project

Roxy Glass replaced two broken window panes for me. Communication was a bit disjointed, but they did a good job replacing the glass.

Very responsive from first contact to estimate to ordering glass and then installation.

They seem to be very busy with their work orders. I had to keep calling them to make sure my work was taken care of on time. Their customer service department could do a better job of keeping their customers up-to-date with the status of the work. If I did not call and stayed on top of procuring the glass and have technicians come over, the timelines would have certainly slipped. The work that was done, however, was clean and good.
