Hired to replace cracked window glass. They did so well, but had no interest in fixing the damaged "sliders" on this movable window. Also, the latch was not working right, but I fixed that.

Value for your money came in very close to other estimates, their personnel were extremely polite, quick to the job, and very professional. I gave a 4.5 re customer service because 2 workers indicated that on 2 occasions no one was home so they could get measurements when in fact someone was home; but I must say it is a difficult town home unit to find, it just takes more effort. I would definitely recommend Roxy Glass for their professionalism timely manner, and respect for their clients.
