Description of Work: Replaced furnace. Work was done quickly and on time with great feedback to us as to what they were doing and why. There was no surprises except that they replaced the thermostat and added a co2 alarm which were good surprises.

Description of Work: called, set up an appointment, was prompt, educational, direct with me. When he was there he quickly realized I didn't have a problem, but let me know that if there are any problems all year, he would come on down and fix it up.

Description of Work: Duke arrived as scheduled and began servicing the AC unit and Heater. Upon working on the heater he noticed a problen with the coils. Duke contacted the maker and ordered the new parts, cleaned the heater and informed us that he'd return in 2weeks with the new parts t finish the repairs. Duke returned and finished the job and shared the parts where under warranty so there was no charge. Great service and he took care to correct an issue that could have been very dangerous if unattended.
