Description of Work: Duke gave me advice over the phone and explained why I don't need to install a certain piece of equipment where I live do to the local weather/environment. I will be getting an HVAC tune-up and coil cleaning, but this advice saved me thousands, and he could have charged me if he chose too.

Description of Work: The first step was an inspection and estimate of the attic. We scheduled an |apt for them to repair ducts, install new control panel, replace filter |and service the unit. Description of Work: Installed refrigeration lines, charged system, inspected and tested system. | |I installed furnace, evaporator coil and condenser myself. |Duke came by to provide an estimate for finishing up the installation. |He pointed out necessary changes to bring the system into code compliance. |Once I completed my part of the installation, I gave Duke a call and his workers came punctually at the agreed time. The work was completed professionally.
