Wes ,our tech was prompt, he showed up the same day we called, WOW! Our AC was out, he diagnosed and fixed it within a couple of hours. So blessed . Overall a very good experience!

On time and did a great job. Air went out yesterday in an 105 degree heat. It's nice inside now. And his rate was very reasonable .

Wes was able to replace a part that another company told me wasn't available. He saved me about $2,500.

I worked with Wes Stetenfeld over at Air Works Mechanical Services. I had taken it upon myself to try and fix it myself but ended up causing another problem. Wes was super patient and walked me through everything over the phone. It ended up that while fixing my A/C, I blew the fuses and thasts why it wasn't working. Wes was kind, courteous, professional and knew his stuff. We got my A/C running better than ever! Thank you again for your help!!

I had Wes bid on installing a ductless mini-split heat pump, and he came through with a bid significantly lower than other contractors, with a more efficient unit and better warranty. He was very congenial, accommodating, and honest. Not a pressure sales guy. He and his helper, Kevin, were very friendly, and completed a difficult job in one day.

We've use various local HVAC contractors over the years and Wes is the first one that we feel we can trust completely. The other companies sent out technicians to do a job. Wes, on the other hand, sizes up the situation and makes good recommendations. He gave us the best value for the money. He's the best.

Heater wasn't working and Wes came out in the cold on the weekend. He took the whole flue and fan apart to remove a whole family of poor little birds that got in during the summer. Runs great now. He installed a screen to prevent that from happening again. He's such a nice guy and his price was very reasonable - he really cared.

Extra clean, very quality. Never seen cleaner vents.
