After another company told me our AC was totally shot and tried to sell us a whole new system, we got ahold of Wes for a second opinion. He was prompt, courteous and in the heat of summer tore our unit down to find some debris had blocked air flow to the unit causing a major Capacitor to burn out. A couple hours work and we were back working perfectly and at a small fraction of the cost. Highly recommended!

What a gem Wes is! We were freezing with our year old heat pump. West figured out in record time the installers didn't install the heat strips in our new pump. We now have glorious heat. I would recommend him highly. Thanks so much Wes.

Our 20 year old Payne combo unit was malfunctioning. Wes located the problem after showing up promptly on a Sunday and ordered a part that he installed a few days later. He also thoroughly cleaned the unit and charged a reasonable rate. I will trust Air Works to replace our HVAC unit in the future.

We have a large two-story home and the HVAC system was not zoned. Air Works separated the first floor from the second floor and added another thermostat--we felt the improved air conditioning upstairs immediately!

I’m a plumbing rep and understand the industry. I came home from a week long business trip to the house 91degrees at 9:30pm Saturday night! I called 16 HVAC companies many with 24hrs numbers, and only 2 called back. Wes and another company who could not respond until Tuesday. In our area for almost two weeks we have had 95-103 temps! I needed it fixed on Sunday, and he showed up with in a couple of hours and his wife assisted him! I have already referred him to two other people! Great customer service, dependable and honest! I have owned my own company for almost 20 years and it is hard to find people with this kind of integrity!

My A/C stopped working on Friday afternoon. I left a message on Home Advisor on a Saturday morning at 7:45 am. Approx 20 minutes later I received a call from Wes at Air Works. Wes said he could stop by at 9:30 am the same day. He arrived at the given time and had my A/C working by 11 am. I appreciate the very quick response from Wes. I would definately use him again and recommend them strongly. Thank you Wes.

Wes and Kevin of Air Works did a great job replacing a 38 year old furnace and air conditioner in a rental house. Wes helped find a cost effective solution. Air Works adjusted their schedule to cause the least disruption to our tenants and worked in fairly tight quarters in the garage, packed with tenants' belongings. They worked quickly and efficiently. Yesterday, we passed HERS testing and today we passed final inspection from the City! Wes and Kevin made the installation much neater than original. It is so good to do business with experienced, competent craftsmen!
