Chris arrived at specified time and immediately started installing my ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom. He did an excellent job installing the fans and making sure that they were balanced properly (he even rewired the remote control wires which had been installed backward when the original wiring was done in the home). Then he installed a new electrical connection in the garage. The job went quickly and I am extremely satisfied with his work. I will definitely call DEC the next time I need electrical work done in my home and I have already recommended them to several of my friends. Thanks for a job well done! ! !

Justin arrived promptly corrected the wiring problem in the bedrooms; diagnosed one fan as dead and two kind of "iffy". He gave me an estimate on installation of new fans... I have ordered the fans and will be calling them back to do the installation. I am a very happy camper! Thanks, Justin.

We weren't happy with ANGIE'S LIST. We didn't have electricity so my phone was dead. It was over 100 degrees outside and I sat in the car with it plugged in there trying to search for electricians on the cell phone. Angie's List isn't cell-phone friendly. Plus it kept giving us referrals to elecricians way out of our area. Contrary to Angie's Lists' belief, Big Bear and San Fernando Valley are not any where near Lake Elsinore. Even the Electricians were telling us that we weren't in their service area. I finally gave my husband their telephone number and told him to call them. Angie's List staff still gave him telephone numbers of non-local electricians!

Called regarding small items that were not working correctly. Motion light wasn't working, garbage disposal wouldn't turn on and unknown use of light switches in master bedroom. The callback was prompt, the appointment was made and they arrived early. All work was done professionally by 2 nice, friendly and expert electricians.After the work was completed we talked about some other issues and have already scheduled another appointment to do additional work. On a previous visit, custom colored switches, plugs and plates were ordered. When the items were received, the company called and an appointment was made for the installation. Justin and his assistant arrived promptly and installed the items. We are so pleased with the results.

Excellent service. They went right to work and the problem was fixed in short order.

Called John to get an over the phone estimate of the work I required for the fans. He was clear, precise, and I knew exactly what the pricing would be for the work we wanted. I was able to get an appointment within a week. They arrived within the service call window though he did call me to say when exactly they would arrive. After a brief discussion of the work they were off & running, placing plastic tarps down and careful to work around any obstacles like my home office desk. The service call was later in the afternoon so the work lasted almost to 6pm. As they finished up John noticed one fan with a slight wobble, he stopped and proceeded to work on it until it ran perfectly. It was refreshing to see a service vendor's attention to detail at a high level even at the end of a long day. We are very satisfied with the great work! We have a bathroom & kitchen remodel coming up and will definitely contact DEC for their outstanding service.

He arived promptly and was very clear in his explination of what was being done and what was needed answered all of my questions was friendly and polite. he even made sure to close the gate so my dogs couldn't get out unlike many other types of companies that have come out before. I will definatly be calling them back to replace the pannel soon.

The appointment was made with ease. The technicians showed up early, completed the troubleshooting & corrected the problem. We were very happy & asked about pricing on possible future jobs. We'd recommend 100%.

It was very good. The work ended up being quick and they were really great at getting in and out. The job was completed in a few hours. They were very courteous and they made sure we were satisfied. It turned out the way we wanted it to.

The only concern was the number of calls and e-mails it took to get them to initially respond. Once completed they actually came early, agreed to a lower price than originally quoted and fixed the problem expeditiously.

Installation of the 3 Quiet Cool fans was scheduled 2 business days after the initial estimate. The DEC guys arrived on time and after a quick inspection of the attic and install locations began the work. Initially John informed me it would take about 2 hours per fan which was more than reasonable, but his workers were able to beat that - wrapping all 3 fans in just over 2 hours. The work was very clean, none of the house was damaged or dirtied, the fan switch was installed in a location of my choice and looks very professional. I'm very pleased with DEC, they did a great install on a quality product that I am already enjoying. They were patient with all my questions, offered suggestions and fair estimates. I will not hesitate to call them again for future electrical work.

The technician, Justin, was very knowledgeable, personable, and prompt. When we set up the appointment we were advised that the minimum charge for troubleshooting was $150.00, for a two hr. time limit. Justin completed the troubleshooting in a few minutes so we had him put another receptacle behind our wall hanging flat screen TV. The work was done very professionally & quickly. I would highly recommend them & definitely use them again.

DEC arrived on time, they did a very clean job and it was completed quickly (about 2 hours). They cut the openings for the vents without needing to patch or paint anything. The new vents in the ceilings look good, and the fans are incredibly quiet. They work very efficiently. The fans also have a 10 year warranty.

We had a power outage and the fixed the problem. I recommend them to friends and family and will use them again in the future.

I used DEC at least twice while upgrading my home electrical. Justin and the guys did a good job overall on installing plugs, ceeling fans and lights.

Overall the job they did was excellent. They are an ‘A’ class company. They do excellent work and they are on time. They deliver exactly what they say they are going to and they deliver at the quoted price. It was definitely a good experience there. They were good. I was happy with the price and I thought it was fair. Their quality of work was excellent. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

Work was performed very quickly and resolved both issues. Showed up at time stated on the phone. Very pleased with the job and would use them again in the future should a need arise.

They fixed the problem and they were very good. We don't recall the price but it was not auto-blind. We had mouse problem near the gate and we thought that the wiring from the house to the gate was being nibbled by the mouse. They were going to re-install the wiring from the gate to the house which was about 1800 feet. They told us that they would give us an estimate about how much it would cost and what it would be. They were not the gate people which I knew but they said that they could do it. We had to keep calling them to get an estimate. They gave me an estimate which we thought was reasonable but when we called the gate people they said that the problem was not at all the gate wiring. We could not blame them but they said that they would come back with the numbers and they did not. They were a big company. We talked to the owner when we talked to them. The guy who came in was knowledgeable and okay but we were not impressed by his demeanor. He was a nice guy but he did not inspire confidence.
