I can't recommend Jerry and his company enough. He arrived early, had to run and get a part and then brought back a new filter too. Excellent service. Description of Work: John, Justin and Albert were all super to work with! John was extremely responsive, easy to get a hold of and very professional. We had recessed lighting put in and fans installed in every bedroom and Justin and Albert did an incredible job. We have them coming back for more already! Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Twice the owner John has call and refuse to honor the agreement.The second time he call and left message that he was in the office and that maybe he might return my call if felt the need? Each time he seem to be hostile cause he is a distance from me but there was need for him to answer my request. I told him I had most of all parts here ,but he has never return any of my calls at anytime.Please have this person stop calling for his work I felt will cost more than his price. I am handlecap,if not I would not been asking for your help.

Description of Work: The guys from DEC were on time and did a good job installing our whole house fans. They were very professional and gave us options on vent and switch placement. The install went well and was done with excellent workmanship. They also cleaned up after themselves. Overall, they did excellent work and I would recommend them again. I also felt good about the level experience and knowledge of the product I purchased (QuietCool was the manufacturer) and the system they installed is perfect for our home. Great job!

Description of Work: The initial contact by phone was handled by excellent customer service with a knowledgeable representative prior to my installation. I had three ceiling fans installed and the guys were awesome, friendly, on time and cleaned up after. Could not ask for better A ++++ service.

She gave me a quote over the phone, which I appreciated also. The guys came out, did the job, repaired my drywall perfectly, and they even vaccuumed where they'd left a mess! I recommend this company highly and am glad that I now have found "my" electrician. Thank you DEC!
