We had been through a few renovation projects before so expectations were low, but I can honestly say this is the BEST experience I have ever had with a contractor. If you need work done hire David and his team! David helped navigate the whole process for us from drawing up the plans, through the entire build, and final inspection. As with any renovation project some issues arose along the way, but David's attitude was always "it's okay, we will take care of it"! He was super transparent with everything going on, and was very responsive when I had questions. He also helped me with some design ideas that I absolutely LOVE! "Our home remodel has been 18 years in the making and we were both excited and nervous at the same time, so we were blessed to have had LionCraft Construction recommended to us. Michael DeLeon and his team were so supportive and informative from the very beginning. Our remodel was more than any of us anticipated, as we discovered pending home disasters related to typical tract home construction. Michael and his team clearly laid out our options and helped us make the best choices to address each challenge. And we all supported one another as we faced delays related to unavailable materials - an unexpected challenge of the manufacturing industry today. They were even understanding and supportive when we changed our minds about design features. Doing this remodel was no easy undertaking as our home was basically taken down to the studs and rebuilt.
