Joey was prompt and professional. He was there to repair an Advantium cooker and microwave which he assessed and decided it needed a new motor. He called a parts store and gave me the price of new motor. Two days later he returned and replaced the motor. While he was there I told him about an issue with the oven. It was intermittent but he said he would research it. When he returned for motor replacement he said he had read some forums about oven issue and it was possible with some work the oven could be fixed. He is a problem solver not just finding a part to fix the issue. Highly recommend!

He arrived on time diagnosed the problem, He stated that due to the age of the appliance it was not worth repairing.He gave us a tip to keep it going., cleaned up carefully.

Still working on repair for this Friday. Johe call me early the next morning in my written response. He came over to review my problem is very courtesy. He will finish the job this Friday and I will follow up. My motor was installed today and Johe did a great job. I really appreciated him cleaning the back area behind the washer machine. He made sure my wood floors were not damaged and he is efficient and very courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I would hire him again.

Johe responded to my online query within minutes! We discussed my issue over the phone and agreed on a time to meet so he could evaluate the situation. On the appointment day, he called to ask if it would be okay to come a bit early because he had finished another job. I appreciated his communication and punctuality. He was polite, neat and did not leave a mess. He discovered that I needed a new tub gasket for my washer. He tried to locate the part but could not get it right away. He offered to keep looking and let me know when he finds it. I will definitely call again for other repairs and refer them to my friends.

Job was done well & fairly quickly. A part had to be ordered from the company that made my oven.

Johe was professional, courteous and professional. He called me within minutes of my requesting service, and showed up later that day exactly on time. He explained the repairs and provided an exact estimate. He performed the work at the agreed upon time, and the final charge exactly matched the original estimate.

Johe was running late but called to let me know he was running late from the job in front of me. When got here he was very precise on the job that needed to be done. Does great work pulse made sure everything was done to my satisfaction which it was. Well dressed did excellent work.
