The repair person was great. He communicated well before he came over to check on my washing machine. He was able to help me determine that the worked needed to repair the machine could be more than a new machine. So he recommend he not repair it. I appreciate his honesty. I had to dissemble to clean the 4 inner oven glass panels in the Samsung electric range and the final 3 steps of putting the door back seemed too tricky for me to handle. No YouTube DIY videos available for 4 glass panel oven doors ! I called up several appliance pros and surprisingly none was willing to do it ! Joey kn Silicon Valley Appliance seemed quite confident on the phone relating to the oven door issue. He came on time (actually 10 min early, which was good for me). He worked on it capably for 5-10 min and put it back to the oven ! Very efficient ! He observed city ordinance & wore mask and shoe covers. Very polite, friendly , professional !
