I called their office at 9 am. The repair was at my house by 11 am the same day. The work was done within the hour. I am very pleased with the quickness and quality of the work.

The original appointment was scheduled for the following day. However, Mt View Door Closer contact me 2 hours later that they can come in on the same day. Repairman showed up on time to give me estimate. He was able to complete the repair in about 1 hour.

I made an appointment over the phone, they were excellent about working out a day/time when I could meet them. The workman arrived in about the middle of the time window, gave me an estimate and performed the work. The door works much better now than it has for several years. I'm very pleased.

The carriage slide of a Genie garage door opener was worn out so the garage door may detach from the garage door opener. They arrived on time, ordered the part, and replaced it. In addition, they found the garage door was not balanced and helped adjust it so now the door opens and closes much easier and quieter. An unbalanced door may be the root cause causing the failure of the garage door opener. My garage door is very old, and they were very creative in resolving various issues. The technician spent more than 2 hours trial and error, but he only charged one hour of labor and apologized that the adjustment was not perfect according to his expectation, but I think the door became much better and the imperfection was caused by my old and heavy garage door. They also offer 3 month warranty on their work.

Excellent. One call set up the visit the same day - Sears was four days out. Everyone was at work, they accessed the door opener through an open side door on the garage, did the repair, left an invoice and envelope to pay. Now the door works much better than it ever did when originally installed eight years ago. An outstanding experience start to finish.

This is the second time I've used this company. They are great to work with. The folks on the phone are friendly and helpful. The service technician was good and friendly as well. All the feel of well run family business without the hassle of a large company. They were about the same price as one of the larger local garage door companies, but definitely MUCH easier to work with.

REASONABLE PRICE FOR WORK DONE. IMMEDIATE SERVICE AND HAVE NEVER HAD TO RETURN A KEY BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T WORK PROPERLY. TOPS IN EFFICIENCY.
