A tree company had unexpectedly taken down a eucalyptus tree, destroying my back fence, leaving a glaring view of my neighbors and creating a crisis for me and my three dogs. Ken from Welcome Home walked the land with me and we brainstormed together. He was kind and understanding, had great ideas for what we could do, and together we developed a plan in several stages that I truly believe will make a big difference. He recommended a fencing company that came out right away. We put in a deer fence that is such an improvement. When extenuating events occurred (e.g., discovering a massive trunk under the dirt, third-party delivery truck stalling in neighborhood street, etc.), Mike immediately took action and addressed the issues to ensure project remained within reasonable timelines and within agreed budget.
