Marvelous results on my lovely front yard landscaping! I’ve met Mila on August she was assigned to our requested project from Geico Builders. From the beginning of the project with Designer consultation Noa we had planned this project with a lot of details so before they started they already knew how and when and where everything should be! The results talking on it’s own please see attached pictures it help me a lot before I decided to proceed with Geico Builders. I have to say these guys are definition of professional company Mila is excellent project manager, with a lot of knowledge and ideas. Our Supervisor Delmar is amazing came out with an ideas we would never thought of. The Crew is clean and organized every day, pavers which is hardscaping were installed with seamless almost invisible detailing. Besides all of it they are great people to work. We already have lined up next project with Geico Builders for our bathroom & backyard remodeling. Stay updated meanwhile thank you Mila and Geico Builders for your professionalism and hard work.

Amazing people! We just finished Two bathrooms & Full Lanscaping basically Full House remodel with Jean and very happy with the result. Already recommended Geico Builders to our neighbors. Pros: 1. Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. Thanks again Geico Builders, we will keep you as our primary family builders.

Geico Builders and Brian did a fantastic job. He helped us in demolishing a front deck and replacing it with concrete, relocating a tree from the backyard to the front area and assisting with other odds and ends around the house like fixing the lock on the front window, fixing the latch on the entry fence, etc. Geico Builders were professional, courteous, efficient and did great work. Highly recommended.

I just finished our kitchen renovation with Geico Builders and I am so happy with the results. From the initial interviews through the final touch ups, I was consistently impressed with our project manager, Mila. One spends a lot of time with the project manager going from interviews to execution, and Mila was responsive, easy to communicate with and seemed genuinely friendly. She was also honest with her feedback on ideas and options. It was quite refreshing to work with Mila and their crew, as well as project coordinator Kai, foreman Tim, and the rest of the Geico team. We hired Geico for a remodel of our master bedroom and bathroom and also our stairs. Jean was our project lead and did a fabulous job helping us design the new bath and stairs, including custom glass and ironwork. Carlos was our on-site supervisor and between them every little detail was taken care of, including some things that weren’t even in the original plan. Took a little longer than the estimate but a lot of that was waiting for materials to come in. Would definitely hire them again!

Beautiful result & beautiful people! We just finished a kitchen project with Geico Builders. Remodeling for my mom’s kitchen and Electrical panel box upgrade. Overall the experience was great and the new kitchen looks amazing. We had an old kitchen from the 90s with a couple of leaks that caused us headaches big time and we finally decided to remodel and take care of all the problems once and for all. We interviewed a few remodeling companies and Geico Builders stood out. Mila, our project manager was the one talking to us. She was honest, respectful and cared about details. They were not the lowest in quoted estimates but they seemed to know what they're doing really well, especially when compared to sales pitches we got from all the other vendors. What really impressed there is no Change of Orders with in all project, Mila was right upfront that in order to pass inspection we have to upgrade our Panel Box to pass inspections from the City. Brian was also our quality control manager through the remodeling and I have to say that the communication was excellent. Mila and Brian was timely communicating and responding to questions through emails and texts. They were transparent about their work schedule and project plans and they kept their words. The entire project was well planned and executed, no surprising changes of orders or changes of timelines. Their crews were respectful, hard working and got things done. There were many moving pieces but Mila was always on top of things, any concerns we raised about details Brian spent time to understand and made sure they were addressed to our satisfaction. Overall it was a great experience working with Thank you Geico Builders and I'm glad that all my kitchen problems are now gone and we have a shiny new kitchen.

Qualified 100%! We had met Mila and Brian our project managers several times before we proceed with replacement of countertops for our kitchen. The honest true I could say about Geico Builders and their crews is an attention to details was planed with excellency. At very begging of the project we went for shopping with Brian to their showroom, which help us a lot to make up our minds faster than we excepted plus to it we got discount on the materials. Brian and the crew had cover everything around the area to protect from dust coming into the dining area, kept place clean with in the project. They removed countertops without ruining my tiles cleanly and quickly as I requested. Overall we are very happy and pleased to work with all Geico Builders employees. Honest and respectful people. Excellent job! We start our hardscaping and retaining wall project with Geico Builders 3 months ago and we are so happy with results those guys are real definition of professional Company including project manager Mila, supervisor of the crew Julio and quality control manager Alex. Our backyard had a lot of empty land which was hard to figure it out with the layout what can be actually done Mila had designed and help us out to figure it out how can we all can make that happen. We recently wrapped up a two bathroom renovation with Geico Builders and the end result speaks for itself! I just took a shower in one of our new bathrooms and it was like going to a fancy spa or hotel. I could not have envisioned it this great at the start, it has completely transformed our home. Feels almost unreal to have such beautiful, high end rooms in our home now! I had never done a remodel before and had barely posted the job on Angie’s list when Mila reached out and set the standard for what a consultation could be like. She had ideas for what could be done and David was nearby with his crew and could take a quick look so I got a brief feel for their teamwork. I talked with 5 groups in person and this team had a great cost/value balance and were willing to help me customize it how I wanted. Mila told me about their 3D design option and that reminded me that I do something somewhat similar for my job, so I mocked up the space in Maya and designed out several options that Mila looked through and helped me narrow down. Printouts of those posted on a wall at the job site really helped keep everyone on the same page. David’s attitude on the job was wonderful to be around, he values his team and is so positive. His crew worked fast and I had to hustle to keep up to order the materials in time. Both he and Mila went tile shopping with me and were a big help. There are so many options! If I were to go back I would have spent time picking out the exact pieces I wanted from the store we went with rather than done delivery—natural stone has huge variations so I was surprised by some of the tile when it came. The team was so fast that some of the stone had gone up before I saw it and several pieces were too dark. They were very understanding of the issue and fixed it when I brought pieces that were more representative of what we selected in the store. They consistently proved how trustworthy they were and backed up what they said from the beginning: that they were here for me, had my back and wanted me to be happy with the final product! Whenever I had a request or wasn’t sure with how something was coming together they took the time to walk me through it, listen to my perspective and shift if it made sense and would make me more confident in the process. I truly appreciated each time they double checked with me for my opinion and noticed when something was off! (For example, I had picked two grout colors thinking one was whitish and the other grey when in reality they were both almost the same in color! The crew caught it and I was able to get the right one quickly.) It was a huge collaboration, I’ll admit I wasn’t aware how much if my time researching and being available would be needed at first. It has been a steep learning curve but Mila and David were there for me. (Probably didn’t help that I designed and built some of the furniture to fit the space on the time investment side, but it paid off) Thank you Geico Builders for the stunning bathrooms! Your team’s work ethic, perseverance and expertise has been so appreciated!
