Description of Work: Paul was prompt in getting back to me, but made it clear he needed a full days work to come to my address. He repaired the broken sprinklers adequately, but chose a style that did not provide the same coverage as the originals. He failed to clean up adequately, leaving sprinkler parts on the lawn that the lawn mower almost hit. The price fair, but I expected better cleanup.

Description of Work: A toilet in a rental was running non-stop, and in Morro Bay, that equates to lots of $$$! I called Paul, expecting to have to make an appointment for a future date. He said he was in Morro Bay and would be right over, which he was. I had some parts on hand and Paul had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. It doesn't get much better than that. He charged me a small amout and he was on his way!

Description of Work: Handyman chores and did some we didn't see. Very helpful! Use him on an on-going basis.

Description of Work: We needed a padlock removed on our house in San Luis Obispo. Paul was extremely prompt and cost half of what the local locksmiths were going to charge us. I would highly recommend him and will use him for other repair work in the future.

Description of Work: Paul is a wonderful handyman, very professional and on-task with all that he does. He is very punctual and will call you if there are any delays or problems. He works fast and is extremely neat and clean. Paul installed ceiling fans and a decorative ceiling plate for me as well as installing new door hardware, hanging a large wall tapestry, connecting a remote to my ceiling fans and ran cable in the attic to connect a TV in my kitchen. In the future, I plan to convert my carport into a exercise room and will definitely have Paul do the work. His prices are reasonable and affordable.
