Description of Work: He came to clean out the rain gutters on my house and check the condition of my roof while he was up there. He also cut away tree limbs that were growing onto my roof. I left my number and asked him to call me back when he was on his way. I never heard from him again. No call back or contact. It is one week later that i am writing this review. Description of Work: I did and major cosmetic remodel on a Foreclosure that I bought in Templeton, Ca. I hired Paul for 5 days to help me. He was great. Knew how to do electrical, plumbing, installing baseboard, painting he did it all. I will hire him again for any job around the house. Hire Paul for your next job, he is the BEST!

 + 1 moreCalled and left a message on Friday after noon. Paul returned the call Saturday morning AND came to complete our job. We needed the sand cleaned out of our gutters and it appeared to be an easy job for him. He arrived on time, was courteous, professional and ready to work. No wasting time, no need to leave the job to obtain tools or materials, he was up onto the roof on his hands and knees scooping out the debris finishing in less time than we would have guessed. We will definitely be using him again.
Description of Work: I called and left a message for Paul on Friday around noon. He returned my call Saturday morning and made arrangements to be at my house at noon that very day. At 2 minutes BEFORE noon, he was standing at my door ready to go to work. I am not accustomed to this kind of punctuality, and I REALLY appreciated it. The man could have taken 2-3 hours to clean my rain gutters, but when he looked at my house he said he didn't think it would take more than an hour to do the work. He finished in just less than one hour, including repairing the caulking around an air vent. This man is punctual, polite, knowledgeable, hard-working, efficient, and courteous. We have always dreaded having various tasks hired out, like replacing fixtures, repairing the doorbell, etc., but not any more! I will call Paul first and not need to worry. I even believe he would inform us if he is not the man for the task.

Description of Work: Paul has been doing work for me for the past 3 months. He has installed fencing, done some concrete work, plumbing, removing trees, patching, painting and the list goes on. He's very highly skilled; not afraid of any work; great personality and great to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's a good guy!

 + 8 moreMy wife and I are new to this area and live in a senior community. We first contacted Paul to wash our windows. We were happy with his work and had him do a few more odd jobs. By that time we had some larger projects in mind like refinishing our countertops and laying new flooring. The list grew as we realized that at our ages we were not able to do much of what we wanted done. Paul has become like one of the family. We continue to add to our list of items for him to do. He takes great pride in his work and is not satisfied until it meets his high expectations. He has a wide range of skills and can do a lot of different jobs, which is great for us. His hourly rate is quite reasonable. We highly recommend Paul without reservation.
