I was very satisfied with and highly recommend Franco Tree Service. After contacting Franco Tree for an estimate, a day and time for an estimate was scheduled. He arrived promptly and we walked through the yard and discussed the service that was wanted. The estimate was very fair and competitive. He left me with a detailed written estimate. I called a few days later to schedule the service and they were able to work with my busy schedule and perform the work within a week! (I always like to be present when work is performed). They arrived as scheduled and performed the work to my satisfaction. Actually, the work exceeded my expectations and I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the service. The clean-up was fantastic! I could not find a twig anywhere. The crew was very polite, friendly, and responsive to questions and minor requests. Again, I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Contacted Franco for tree service quote; Franco came and provided a written quote, as well as proof of insurance and bond. I decided to go with Franco Tree Service based on verifying the sources of Franco's insurance and bond coverage and its Angieslist's track records. On the day of service, Franco and his team of 2 came. Although the original job description didn't call for trimming branches close to the utilities lines, Franco directed his crew to clear up majority of the branches near the utilities lines anyway due to safety issues ( usually PG&E will send tree service out to clear out those area very year, so far I have only encountered one PG&E's tree service contractor that has done a good and beautiful job.) I am very happy with the tree service and clean up Franco's crew had performed.

The worker arrived on time and began work right away. Very happy with the work done - the trees look great. Very good clean-up job - took all tree branches, etc. with him when he left.

It went well. He did a nice job. They cleaned up and were on time.

I was very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of this operation. They called back very quickly after I put in a request for a quote. Franco came out the same evening to provide a quote and came the next afternoon. It was not a very big job and I appreciated the fact that he was happy to do the work. They were very quick and cleaned everything up. Great job. I would recommend them again.

Franco has been doing the tree service for the HOA I live in for the last year. This service was to remove a tree in the common area that was giving a owner trouble. I called Franco and he came that evening to look at the job and set removal for the next Sunday. He and his crew showed up within the time frame he told me and did his usual fantastic job. They always do a great job with clean up which is very important to us. I have also used him to remove a tree in my own yard and both his price and performance were great.

It was an average experience with him. There was a lot of stuff that was left undone and things that I ended up having to do later on. The owner did not show up until the last day of the job.

I never thought it was possible to make the yard look descent again but Franco did a fantastic job. We were very impressed with all the clean up and hauling they did

The employees came right on time in the morning got right down to the work that was needed. They did not waste any time doing useless things, they completed the work around the time they said it was going to be finished.
