Description of Work: we had terrible ant problem. not only did he remove the problem. he found the root of the issue. Our tree in front of the house was infested with ants. We subsequently hired an arborist who removed the tree.

Dio was on time and very professional. He sprayed the entire interior and exterior of my home, garage and all around the yard. The next day, I noticed many dead bugs on our property. With a newborn on the way, pest control will be important to my family going forward. I will not hesitate to contact Dio again for his services. Thanks Dio!!

Great service! I purchased the Big Deal promotion of interior/exterior preventative treatment. Dio the owner called me back promptly and scheduled an appointment. He is very professional explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. On the day of the service he arrived when he said he would and was very pleasant. Dio Perez has been our pest control guy for about 15 years. When we first retained Dio for our chronic ant infestation problem, he thoroughly and scientifically investigated and traced the problem to two separate sources involving pre-construction soil problems. After we retained Dio, the multi-year problem resolved and has never returned. He is clean, reliable, honest and very professional. As a small business owner, he treats his customers as people, if not friends, and not strangers. We recommend him without hesitation. As an aside, Dio came to the U.S. from Cuba and is fully assimilated. His English is perfect; so, there are no communication limitations.

Anytime we had a problem, like when we had ants, they had come right back and sprayed for no charge. We have got the same guy for about 10 years. I think that their price is fair. Their quality is excellent. I don’t call them, but they just come out on a regular basis and leave a note. If I call them, they usually come out the next day. They show up and do their job. It seems to work and we haven’t had any problem.
